    Stout and the hazy pride!

Busy place with some tasty brews and fantastic service! We really enjoyed checking this place out and loved our beer, nice and cold for this hot evening! The nachos, eh, won't order again, too much like something you'd get at a little league game. Although a super busy night, the beer tenders were attentive and nice. We will return for the beer!

"Wow. What a Pleasant Surprise!" I've been to this pub before, when it was Shadowpuppets, and I didn't know what to expect. The bar was set pretty high.. Wow, much better than I thought! The brewery looks brand new. The friendly staff confirmed to me that every single thing has been modernized in this business--well, everything, except the concrete floor. The concrete is still the same, I think. A huge seating area, with both high tables and benches. Even the restrooms are spartan clean. In fact, everything in this business is extremely clean.. Someone spent a long time making this brewery look great. They were successful. Special shout out to the friendly bartenders , Lisa and Jessica. The staff here is super friendly and offered a big selection of lagers and pilsners to choose from. The food menu is impressive with things like salmon tacos, regular tacos, hamburgers, of course, plus chicken wings, plantains, empanadas, salads and rice bowls. Thanks to the chefs, Saul and Walter for doing such a great job in the kitchen. Thanks for making my visit such a pleasant one. I know it's hard to believe. But this is even better than the prior business.

A great brewery and venue that i did not know of till today. Its in the Livermore business park and looks like you are going to the office, but this space is really nice. Food and service is fantastic and lots of delicious beer and food to enjoy plus live music! Cant beat this.

Super pleased to see the new Del Cielo open in Livermore. Overall the food was delicious and the beer was great. They had a wide variety for their tap list and many items that were unique flavor combinations that were not just run of the mill flavors. Their food menu is a touch on the expensive side in my opinion. Some of the items like Cubano of Burger for $17 are more reasonable but a shareable fries at $7, Yuca fries at $9 (although tasty), and pretzel (again granted it also has a bratwurst) at $19 may mean I'm only getting those as a special treat. Everyone is friendly inside and it seemed like a great place to hang out. I will be excited to see how they progress and I hope to see some fun events there!

We were excited to revisit the property since Del Cielo bought out the previous establishment (Shadow Puppet), a local favorite. We are thrilled that they are offering live music and live supporting businesses that do so. The remodel is modern and welcomes additional seating. There are many beers on tap. They have done a wonderful job of making the most of the space. I'm a dark beer lover and am a bit disappointed by the single offering in their menu which is why I knocked off a Star. Shadow Puppet always had two or three stouts or porters on the menu at any given time.

We went here this last weekend for their vinyl event. It was a great time. The staff were clearly busy with the event going on and having an influx of customers, but they were all very nice. We ordered the burger, the wings and the tacos and everything tasted amazing. Although, my husband did complain that the fries were a bit cold. The vinyl event went pretty smooth too and we were able to score some new records.

We've become regulars here, the food is amazing and the service is always great! We love the family friendly environment, and they have entertainment in the weekends for date nights

Do they have a trivia night?

Yes, it takes place on Wednesday evenings normally, but will be adjusting for the winter season, likely to Tuesday, as a Cornhole league takes over Wednesday and Thursday nights until March.

Is there dancing space when live music is happening?

In-house we haven't had much issue, but I don't know what's going on with door dash/delivery orders. Almost every time, there's an issue. My littles absolutely love the mini corn dogs, and even though the listing says "with fries" they've suddenly stopped delivering with fries for the past few months ( and don't allow customer notes.) It's also a 50/50 chance the mini corn dogs will be dark and hard... I have a sensitive stomach with dietary restrictions, so I find great comfort that I can get the seared ahi tuna tacos while my husband enjoys a hamburger... but the last few orders have been so wrong. Once I was missing avocado, next I was missing the sauce, and this time my tuna was completely raw, not seared with hard jasmine rice and very tiny avocado slices. I always put input in to DoorDash, but I don't think it's getting to the restaurant... and it's reached a point where I feel like I have to leave this review and maybe find a new go to for quick family dinners. I enjoy visiting, the staff is always so kind and the kids like the back patio. Perfect vibe for a laid back dinner.. but why are the to-go orders so terrible suddenly? Absolutely heartbreaking.

The inside and patio are both casual and open, similar to a brewery, and they have a self-serve tap wall, which is awesome. First time using one, and despite the self-service setup and ordering at the counter, the service we did get was great. Wait time for food wasn't long at all. I ordered the Sessions Burger, and it was lowkey one of the best burger's I've had in a while. I love blue cheese on a burger, and the caramelized onions had a deep, rich flavor. I also liked that it wasn't obnoxiously large for no reason. The fries were perfect, and the ranch was excellent. Honestly, ranch is a good way to judge a place like this, and theirs was rich and smooth. Also really enjoyed the beer I chose. Pouring it yourself is a fun experience, I could spend all day trying different beers. Great spot. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in town again. And no, it's not just the post-hike hunger talking, this place is serving seriously good food.

There's self serve beer on tap that you pay per ounce using a card they give you. Looked like a wide selection from IPAs to stouts. They also had a fun cocktail menu and plenty of food options from tacos to burgers. The hostess was really kind to explain to us how their restaurant works in terms of the self serve beer as you pay at that front beforehand. Whereas, food items and cocktail drinks are ordered at the back left corner. We ordered the "Such a Gemini" and "Paper cut". Both were more on the sweeter side and you couldn't taste the alcohol at all. Quite dangerous really. The "Such a Gemini" was a hibiscus agave drink. The "Paper cut" was more of a fruity mix with the elderflower and lemon mixed in the whiskey, which I was a HUGE fan of. Gorgeous presentation as well! As for the food, we got the Sessions burger (cheeseburger) and cod tacos both with truffle fries. And maaan. Cod tacos were cooked well and super fresh. Big fan of that red salsa on the side. The Sessions burger was juicy and not dry, but I really enjoyed how it served on a pillowy pretzel bun! Would love to bring my family and friends here! I'd recommend this place if you need a space to hangout at.

The tacos are on petite, single shells with a piece of fish, avocado and cabbage slaw on each. I happily ate every bite. A side salad would have enhanced this dish. I wish I had ordered an appetizer, like the deviled eggs or brussels sprouts, as it would have rounded out my lunch well and it would have been more filling. I noticed a steady flow of people coming and going. It was a relaxed atmosphere and we were not rushed out by any means. The Chopped Kale Salad came with apple, radish, carrot, cotija, and Pepitas, all tossed in a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette; and the Chickpea Salad also had a base of kale topped with chickpeas, roasted sweet potato/carrot, and charred halloumi, and dressed with herbed pesto. I interacted with autumn, and Dazha, both of whom were very kind, attentive, and provided great recommendations. They provided excellent service. I did not have to wait very long at all to get a beer, or order any food. I was also appreciative that they were able to carry a conversation with me as a patron versus just treating me as someone who was impeding on their workday. Now, onto the beer. I enjoyed the No Tanlines IPA, & the Tropidank IPA. Both were phenomenal. Great taste profile, went down easy and not too heavy on the ABV. Those beers paired nicely with the food that I enjoyed. Speaking of food their menu is just the right size with the right amount of options. I didn't find it overwhelming because honestly nothing is worse than a large menu with excessive options especially at a brewery. Lastly, the ambience of the brewery was very enjoyable. It's just the right size, and they also have a rather eclectic music playlist that I particularly enjoyed and it seems that the Staff there enjoys it along with many of the other patrons. Overall, this establishment will be a place that I revisit again probably more than once during my time in Dublin California and it will certainly be my go to place for a post round of golf meal & beer(s).

The bartender never once wiped down the bar top even though it was obviously covered in sticky spilled beer and bits of food. The staff were grumpy and didn't seem to be enjoying each other or serving people. One staff person complained about patrons and said they can either wait or order off the QR code...ouch. I got so tired of the bar vibe that I paid and took my beer outside to enjoy in peace. The beer selection seemed decent but I wasn't that impressed to think that I would frequent the place on future visits. They call themselves a brewery but I honestly didn't see any signs of brewing equipment and most of their beers were from other breweries. I'll give it another try but I might have to find a new beer spot.

Because my friend's band (shoutout to Bored of Directors!) was performing and of course that means I'm there to support him. The scene was everything I would normally avoid like the plague (or the "razor throat" strain of Covid-19 as it may be). Nevertheless, this place is cool! Very chill, not pretentious at all. Glad I scoured previous reviews so I knew what to expect: go past the front door and tables, down the alley to enter at the backyard; order drinks at the left side of the bar, food on the right. Picnic type tables scattered about for shared seating. "Stage" area set up in the corner. The beer selection was great, servers were friendly and helpful (and patient with us newbies). We did not have food so I can't comment on that. The band was awesome and played a mix of songs from 1970s thru 2000s. People were dancing, singing along. It was a great night! Not something I would choose to do if Bored of Directors wasn't playing, but when they come back around, I wouldn't hesitate! So go, have fun! There was a birthday celebration happening at a few of the tables in the front yard. Guests looked to be in their 30s to early 40s so I'm guessing that's the regular clientele here. Oh, and we found parking across the street in a center where a lot of businesses are. Some of the spots are reserved for the businesses but there are plenty that aren't. Or you could just risk the wrath of the Pleasanton PD and hope you don't get ticketed or towed. And of course, designate a driver before imbibing!
