Super great brewery! So much fun, great food and great prices. They have a wide variety of events, drinks, and foods, and they will cater their menu to certain holidays and events that take place! It can get really packed and crowded, so if you are trying to have a good time, I would encourage that get their early and maybe bring your own lawn chair if you plan to sit outside. They may run out of seats! It's that popular. The yucca fries were delicious! Well-seasoned and cooked to perfection! The ceviche, I felt it was a little on the smaller side for the portion, in terms of pricing, but it was so tasty! The flavors blended extremely well together and there wasn't too much of one spice or seasoning. Their dole whip slushie is amazing! It literally tastes like there is no alchol, so be careful when you are drinking this! They sneak up on you!! You order at the counter, pick up at the counter, and typically clean your spot when you're done. However, the servers do come around occasionally to pick up dishes that you've finished. Friendly staff and great food! I never branch out with beer really, so Mental Haze is my go to. The food at this brewery I believe deserves its own post because it is consistently so good and fresh. Everything on the menu! 10/10 today we got the empanadas and the del cielo burger. The empanadas were filled with tender meat with this really good salsa verde and avocado side, and the del cielo burger was cooked perfectly. The cheese, bacon, and arugula really ties it all together on top of carmelized onions. Garlic fries are always the best! Drinks 5/5 I really enjoyed the drinks! I love hazy IPAs and noticed they had a great selection. I tried Orange You Delicious and loved its bright citrus flavor. It wasn't overly bitter at all. I also tried Mental Haze, which was super smooth and easy to drink. I'll definitely be back! Food 4.5/5 Bar food is usually hit or miss, but I really loved the cheeseburger. Great stop if in downtown Martinez. I have only been a few times to this area in the East Bay, so wanted to give it a shot. Completely worth it for many reasons! First, quite an open space with seating indoors and outdoors. Drinks, a solid 4/5 offering a wide spread outside of just beer and all for a solid price. Typically have bands playing on the weekend with food, so sort of a one stop shop for entertainment. The only downside would be that I do not think they have AC, so it can get quite warm, thankfully brought plenty of water for the pup, so no issues there, which I might as that it is dog friendly of course as well. Very open, spacious, expansive area inside. It can get pretty loud with a lot of people, but you can still hold a conversation. Which is good because you'll probably want to stay and do just that. The beers seem carefully curated and are each done well. The Mexican lagers were some of our favorites, as was the German pilsner. Between the three of us we ordered: Cuban sandwich with Fries - this sandwich was actually good compared to the rest of the food we got. Pulled Pork sandwich with Ceasar salad side - $16 for a small sandwich is steal. add $4 of a tiny side ceasar salad and it feels like being robbed, especially for the overly sweet pulled pork that was not pleasant to eat. Pretzel with sausage - the pretzel was fine - warm and big but the dish was ruined by the cheese sauce and sausage that were so salty that they were inedible. Do they taste what they serve? this dish is a heart attack in the making. Guava Micheladas - HARD pass! the draft beer they used with the guava max is a bad choice, creating a bitter drink aside from the Cubano sandwich and the ceasar salad, every thing was inedible! we had to throw it all away, unfortunately. $100 for throw-away food is a shame, really. read more

Great brewery on the corner. 2 blocks from Martinez Amtrak if you're waiting for your train or just getting back from a train ride. I really enjoy coming when it's nice weather and sitting outside. Love to frequent this place because it's in a great location and well, beer. The live music is such a fun vibe, they definitely have something for all tastes. We most recently went and I can't even tell you how much I appreciated the extra help when asking for non dairy menu items. The service was above and beyond and they were able to easily make changes to the pretzel and tacos so that I could enjoy with the rest of the group. They have delicious hazy beers and seasonal agave drinks and slushies. They also have some food specials available as well. I think variety and quality must be their motto. A friend bought couple bottle beers only 2 and he came and rudely took it right out of someone's hand and then took another from the table and threatened to kick us out. He was drinking the entire event and came off very tough guy and disrespectful. We were outside on the street next to the event next door. I think if the weather was better then it might not have been so crowded inside...there is a lot of seating outside as well. I had heard about this brewery years ago but never had a reason to go to Martinez. We are big fans of craft beer but rarely see a Latine/x owned brewery. This one hits all the marks: family friendly, beautiful, amazing beer, and food. The service was slow and scattered but they likely did not expect 40 people coming in from these travel fall baseball games. The folks sitting next to us waited over 25 minutes for their food. It was a Saturday at lunch time and packed. They have outdoor seating also for folks with dogs. There is a sign outside that says only service dogs allowed but there were 5 dogs inside so apparently they don't regulate? I had the chicken sandwich on ciabatta and asked for grilled chicken instead of fried and it was too dry. They also forgot to give me the sauce on the side so the sandwich was dry. My sister enjoyed their Colombian empanadas. My husband said their burger was a 3.5 out of 5. My nephew scarfed their bbq wings but only 6 came in the order. I didn't like that they default any burger/sandwich with a side of pickled veggies. Like who wants that? They were so sour I couldn't eat them. Fries or salad as a side should be a default. The food is on the pricier side but they did have a full menu which is rare for a brewery. As for the brews- I had their Coquet which is a blonde. It had hints of honey and crisp but smooth. I really wanted to try their adult slushy but had to drive home so I hope to be back. It isn't too far from the 680 so I recommend you look last the ugly refinery and check this place out! read more

We were here end of September (9/27/24) and it was very hot, no air-conditioning inside. You can also sit outside. The Festbirra Beer- crisp, slight hop and perfect for a hot day. The Orange You Delicious Hazy IPA was hoppy with a hint of orange like its namesake. The slushy non alcoholic Cotton Candy was light and of course, Pink. The slushy Mango Margarita was good although their slushy machine wasn't making it too slushy that day. We missed having the beer flight since you could order flights before 4 p.m. only. For food we ordered the fries which was served hot and crispy, slightly salted, We also had the Nacho, which was ordinary and nothing special. This place is great for groups and small parties.
