I went to Discount Tire 100% because of the kind way they took care of my car when I came by to…read morehave my air pressure checked a few times. They were always courteous and helpful, and they never tried to upsell me or be salesy in any way. My two front tires were at 40k miles & 4/10 tread and it was time for them to be replaced so naturally I reached out to Discount Tire. I ordered the tires on Friday afternoon, and on Saturday morning, César called to let me know that my tires were in. I ordered two Goodyear Eagle Sport tires, and I paid $230 per tire plus a small mounting fee. I came by in the afternoon on Saturday and it was quite busy. I had to wait a few minutes before I was helped, but shortly afterward, I left my car in the capable hands of the Discount Tire staff & prepared to wait. Less than an hour later, my car was ready to go with brand new shiny shoes on the front axle. Yay! Everything went really smoothly at Discount Tire and I'm really appreciative all of the guys there who were really hustling to get everyone's cars finished. I'll look forward to coming back in six months for my free tire rotation & balancing. Mahalo!

I called shops nearby to see if they carried Pirelli PZeros but no shops had a set ready for installment. The closest shop was Discount Tires and the had tires in stock and were able to install and align within 2-3 hours. The staffer had the team inspect my other tires and turns out they were in bad shape too and now I had to buy 4 new tires...ugh! :( With the discount, free alignment and warranty it seemed like a fair deal. I'm sure there's always a place that costs less, but I didn't want to wait because I needed everything done now. The staff were professional and efficient. The shop waiting area was clean and air conditioned cool. Waiting is not my forte, so I walked next door to Walgreens to purchase a bottle H2O, as there were no bottled water available and ai don't drink from water fountains, they only offer. The wait was longer than quoted. You're not assigned to one staffer, so who ever helps you out at the counter, I had at least 4 different staffers to deal with :( Was furious I hadn't purchased my last set of tires from Discount Tires because the set I had were only 2 years old from PepBoys, which costs more, didn't perform an alignment, no warranty, so never again. I called ahead on Friday, and the gentleman I spoke to was very kind, and said to come on over and they would take a look at it. I couldn't make it in, so had to wait until today, Monday. We drove over, and there was a good amount of parking in their lot; and good sized spaces! Thank goodness! Finally a place (especially downtown) with REAL parking, and easy to get in and out of the lot. We went in, and the office was nice and cool, and very clean. The gentleman behind the desk was super friendly, greeting us with a warm smile, and how can we help you today? We told him about our predicament, and he waked out with us to take a look. He asked us to park in front of the bay, and got another gentleman to help us out right away. He came over, took a look, and got things going! He did a beautiful patch job, tested the tire, and got it back on our car in a jiff! We were out of there in under an hour! Awesome work, great price, and above all FANTASTIC customer service! I know it's a chain, but it felt like we were in an old school neighborhood garage; where they greet you with a smile, treat you like a friend, and really care about their work, and want to get you back on the road safely. I hit something on the expressway that bent my drivers side front wheel on the inside lip causing a…read moresmall leak. After a Google of "bent wheel repair" I got several places and simply began calling the closest to me. I had to provide pictures of the damaged wheel so I removed the wheel and took several pics. After providing pics with details to several local wheel repair shops I was quoted a high of $450 and low of $200. AFW was actually recommended by a guy I called, because he only repaired wheel rash, not bent wheels. On AFW's website, I scheduled an appointment and though I did get an email confirmation, I called the morning of the appointment to confirm if they have a pickup service and if I can drive in or have to bring in the wheel. No pickup service. I only had a slow leak, so I was able to drive in and they removed the wheel for repair. Everyone I spoke with there is very friendly, answering all my questions concisely. The shop can be a little difficult to find as their main entrance is on the side, not visible from the street. It's a much larger shop than I expected with hundreds of wheels neatly stacked on shelves. There's a small lobby and waiting room, but after being told approximately how long it would take, I took a walk down the street to the Omelette Factory Santee. BTW, good food and super friendly staff AFW kept me informed of everything, from the time they started on my wheel, their assessment, an estimate and how long the repair will take. Approx 2-hours for my wheel damage. In short, American Wheel Factory is professional and absolute experts at their craft. My wheel is good as new and they were the least expensive. I highly recommend!

Honestly the only thing about this experience that was exceptional was dealing with Kevin. He made…read morethings smooth. First off. Their website is extremely misleading. I was offered a May 50% off oil change coupon- directly linked to this location, even booked through the system with an operator. Upon my arrival, I was told they're not giving those coupons out/honoring them. Kevin was able to get manager approval, but they wouldn't normally honor them. Everything was fine until I left. I had no remarks about the brake inspection, and then my internal Audi Warning lights came on saying the sensor is reading low oil/needing a change. I went back. The service tech told me "we don't have the computer to clear Audi manufacturing alerts, you'll have to find someone who can." Audi doesn't have to do that, it's just the sensor. I drove across to Sam who works on Audis. Upon further inspection, Tire Choice over filled my oil giving me an extra quart. I had to have it drained which cost me more $.
