Has a very greasy spoon/fast food feel, but the wait staff was polite and accommodating to my group of human Sasquatches. The food came out quick and piping hot. The steak sandwich was absolutely delicious; crispy, hot, perfectly seasoned, I could have probably eaten two more. However my onion rings seem to have been battered in almost cake batter? It was sweet and gloopy and kind of falling apart. My dining companions were equally happy with their choices of steak and gravy. Everything was also inexpensive and well worth the cost. Best location for a good Steak Sandwich. One of our places for a to go order. Even if we have someone else at our house, everyone is ready for a Steak Sandwich. Always big and crispy! Corn nuggets are a fav along with tater tots. You can even order Supreme loaded tater tots or fries that are a meal by themselves. If your a bacon lover , you will really enjoy. As most probably already know, this is a drive-in or walk in restaurant. I pulled into a drive-in stall and pressed the order button, since I have been going to various Del Ranchos my whole life, I am very familiar with the ordering and knew what I wanted. There was no answer, so I waited a couple of minutes and pressed it again. Still no answer. Repeated a third time and nothing. I decided to move to another stall, assuming the one I was in was broken. The other stall I moved to, no answer. Finally, one of the food runners came by and said they'd be with me in a minute. After I had waited another 5 minutes, I was putting the car in reverse when they finally took my order. Then they took the order of another car that had pulled into the stall I vacated too. There's always a wait for food at Del Rancho because they make it fresh, and I'm perfectly fine with that. I just wasn't sure anyone was going to take my order. I even began to think that maybe the food runner was talking to someone else. I know they were busy making and delivering the food. But I think even answering the order button to say "hang on a few minutes", or a sign at each stall that says "it may take a few minutes for us to answer the order button" would help to better manage expectations. When I received my food, it was wrong. Not a huge deal, just another annoyance. Ultimately after I deconstructed my sandwich and then put it back to get her with the stuff I wanted, it was still tasty. That salvaged this trip. I'll give them some leeway, since I am a big fan of Del Rancho, so I will be back, and will update with better subsequent visits. read more

We haven't been to this Del Rancho in a while. It appears to be under new ownership/management since our last visit? Still the same great Del Rancho tastes. Gosh it was tasty! We ate in their small dining area with great service by Keanna C. As usual, everything made it to our table hot and fresh, in a very timely manner. Customer service is definitely a priority with this restaurant and it shows. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in the traditional Del Rancho flavors. It's a drive in that serves old school burgers and the Okie favorite steak sandwich supreme. If you're not from OKC, Goolge Del Rancho steak sandwich supreme and watch the commercial. I have had their burgers, fries and onion rings and have enjoyed it all, but we usually go with the steak sandwich supreme. The hand battered steak is seasoned well & spills out over the edges of the large bun. It has mayo, lettuce & tomato as dressing. We have recently started ordering the chicken fried chicken sandwich which is the chicken version of the steak sandwich supreme. To me it needs some seasoning. Even though the same batter is used it's possible that maybe the chicken could use some salt & pepper before it's battered. Both meats can be ordered as a dinner with mashed potatoes/gravy and green beans. You can call in an order for pick up. Make sure you know which one you're calling as there are several locations. They usually tell you which one you've called & if you aren't sure ask. Nothing worse then going to the wrong Del Rancho to get your order you placed at another Del Rancho. Some may have a small eat in area and I'm not sure if this one does as I've never looked. read more

This was a spur-of-the-moment lunch stop. We got there just before the Sunday rush. This location has a small dining area. Although we walked out of there smelling like frying grease, the fried chicken sandwich and thick cut onion rings were delicious. I dipped both in bbq sauce. Loved every bite.
