They scheduled my first appointment incorrectly, then called me on the day of, confused about where I was. We rescheduled--but when I arrived for the second appointment, I was told I didn't have one. In fact, they had no record of me in their system at all. Their next available slot? Three months out. I'm sure Dr. Fletcher himself is a great dentist, but I'll never know. His front office is so disorganized that I lost time from work and gained nothing from the process. If you value your time and want a reliable appointment, I'd steer clear--at least until they get their scheduling under control.

They charged me for something else entirely. They have a policy in which they will charge you full price upfront for services and the insurance would reimburse you. This should have been my first clue, that something fishy was going on. Please avoid this place unless you don't mind paying hundreds of dollars for routine cleanings.

Also, the one filling I had replaced here was by far one of my best dentist experiences that required advanced treatment. When I called to discuss the charge, the manager informed me that the fee had accumulated to $250 based on the number of times I had rescheduled appointments. This was surprising, as I was never made aware that simply rescheduling would result in accumulating cancellation fees. To her credit, she later offered to waive four of the five fees and only charge me a single $50 fee. However, my concern was never just the amount. My concern was that the policy communicated to me stated that a $50 fee would be charged for no-shows and same-day cancellations. The messages I received did not state that patients would be charged $50 simply for rescheduling appointments, nor was I aware of any policy allowing fees to accumulate in this manner. Because of that, I did not feel it was appropriate to pay a fee that I had never knowingly agreed to. I have copies of the text messages sent by the office, which state that a $50 fee will be charged for no-shows and same-day cancellations. The messages do not state that patients will be charged $50 for rescheduling appointments, nor do they mention fees accumulating with each reschedule. During our conversation, the manager claimed the text referenced a 24-hour cancellation policy, but the message I received does not state that. When I questioned the charge, the manager was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive of my concerns. At one point, she essentially ended the conversation with, "Call us back if you have the money." She also hung up on me, which I found incredibly unprofessional. She instructed me to contact the corporate customer service number regarding the issue. However, when I called, I was informed that each office handles its own fees and has discretion over whether to waive them, meaning there was nothing corporate could do. When I called the office back and explained what customer service had told me, the manager responded, "Yeah, I know." This left me feeling as though I had been sent on a pointless runaround, since she already knew corporate could not assist and that the decision rested solely with the office. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a loyal patient for years. I have maintained their membership plan for the last several years, regularly returned for my routine dental cleanings and maintenance, and was planning to schedule additional, more costly dental services with this office in the future. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has completely changed my perception of the practice. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. That's unfortunate, because this issue was never about refusing to take responsibility it was about wanting transparency, fair communication, and respectful customer service. Instead, I was met with misinformation, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of concern for a long-time patient relationship. I understand that offices have policies in place, and I respect the need to protect appointment times. However, patients also deserve clear communication, transparency regarding fees, and respectful treatment when questions arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. You'll have to sign off on it as if any normal patient would understand the difference. The hygienist inflicted pain several times on my wife's mouth at her last appointment because she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. I then made another appointment in Carrolton with Beverly Dental , another dentist where we were told the tooth could be recrowened and an implant for it was not needed and other then 2 resins (two cavities) and a cleaning we were given a quote of $2000 which is $7000 less . I dislike having to write this but feel that we were not told the exact truth of the whole matter . Also we were charged $200 for x-rays and Beverly Dental did the xrays for free.

Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk staff were disappointing. They were not very helpful when I arrived or when I left. When I asked about secondary insurance coverage, I was told they did not accept it and that there was no time to check any of the 3 insurance companies I mentioned because they were "too busy." I later learned that they DO assist with secondary insurance and help with the claim. During my 2nd visit for an orthodontic consultation, I arrived five minutes before opening and waited until exactly 12:58. I was then asked to wait further because of a staff meeting, which was fine. The doors opened around 1:05, but my appointment did not begin until 1:20, and I waited another 10 minutes in the dental chair before someone seeing me. The orthodontist provided helpful information but had to leave unexpectedly to handle another " time, sensitive issue" she told me and never returned to finish our discussion. As a result, I left with unanswered questions and am still waiting for someone to for the follow up on my questions and concerns. Additionally, the communication regarding billing has been inconsistent. I was quoted several different amounts for the initial consultation: $26 at first, then $44 at the end of the visit, $34 when I called to schedule the second consultation, and now $92 for what was only a consultation and X-rays. These inconsistencies, along with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the front desk, have made me hesitant to continue care with this office.
