Truth: it's been 13 years since I went to the dentist. ‍ I have zero excuse but pure laziness. I came here because my mother went and absolutely loved them. So I thought I'd give them a try. I called to check insurance comparability and hopefully make an appointment. They took my insurance info, said they would make sure I was in network and call me back. I cannot tell you how much I LOVED this!! I have been to doctors offices where they say I'm in network and they accept my insurance, but I later find out they don't. They accept the parent company but not the specific sector of insurance that I have under it. The person at this office did exactly as promised. She confirmed I was in network and gave me a list of costs if I needed work done! When I came in they were fantastic. I waited maybe two minutes after arrival before taken back. The hygienist who saw me first was so kind! I love how she found humor in the amount of time I went without a deist visit versus giving me a long annoying lecture. They never tried to sell me anything to give me anything I didn't need. After 13 years without a dentist visit, my teeth were still flawless (sort of). No cavities or issues at all. Despite my teeth being fine I went ahead and scheduled a follow up visit. Apparently normal people see the dentist twice a year. So I figured why not jump on the bus I would definitely recommend coming here. They were amazing, and completely pain free in every way! read more

Dr. DeSutter is so nice and just fun to talk to. You can usually hear him singing or humming . He even cleaned my teeth at my first appointment. At my former dentist office, I only saw the dr when it was time for the final run down at the end of my visit. So it's really refreshing to see how active Dr. DeSutter is with his patients. I went to east lake dental because of the $89 exam, X-ray and cleaning. I made my appt with Cate and she was so helpful. I told her I had a bad past with going to the dentist and she and the team at east lake dental assured me I would be taken care of. I was able to bring someone into the room with me for support.
