At each point in the process I felt looked after, cared for, and informed. I was charged for a deep cleaning, but what I actually received was just a regular cleaning. On top of that, I had a tooth that only needed a filling. The dentist spent two hours working on it, used a filling material that didn't even match the color of my tooth, and failed to treat it properly. As a result, the tooth became so damaged that I now need a crown. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is neither professional nor trustworthy, and I strongly advise people to stay away.

All went very well as usual but this time I asked for a new teeth guard to be made as my former one had yellowed and was getting a bit damaged I'm always stressed out when I get because I live 2.5 hrs away and the traffic is always really bad especially on this particular visit. So I left and drove a ways and realized I didn't have my new teeth guard. I panicked as that meant more driving and I called and got the answering service. It was probably lunchtime at this point. So I was so upset I'm sure I frustrated the lady on the phone as I was telling her I needed that guard overnighted as I needed it! Then all of a sudden I realized I put it in my fanny pack and found it. I told her never mind that I found it and I was so relieved. I tell this story because the patience thus office demonstrates is amazing. Here I was half crazy thinking I left without my guard and yet the lady on the other end kept her composure and tried to help me! Next time I'm going to leave extra early to avoid some of the traffic and my stress from worrying that I will be late but this dentist is worth the drive.
