He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. I am so happy and proud to be a patient here! Also everyone in the office knows I love traveling. They always engage conversation about my travel adventures. I was charged for a deep cleaning, but what I actually received was just a regular cleaning. On top of that, I had a tooth that only needed a filling. The dentist spent two hours working on it, used a filling material that didn't even match the color of my tooth, and failed to treat it properly. As a result, the tooth became so damaged that I now need a crown. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is neither professional nor trustworthy, and I strongly advise people to stay away.

At the appointment I was mistaken for the wrong patient once, and the doctor was not the nicest. I wasn't fully numb when he started beating my teeth out and my fiancé could hear me screaming from the lobby. Hours after my appointment, screw looking things fell out of my mouth I went back and was told that I had dry socket and the only way they would help me was if I gave them $200 extra. I'm not sure how I had dry socket with no pain at all. I've heard that was quite painful. Also I was told that I needed to quit smoking so I wouldn't get dry socket. I hadn't smoked in almost 10 years before my initial appointment so I'm not sure where that came from. I found a different dentist and DR refused to send my records until a court document demanded it, and even then it was after the deadline when they all of a sudden claimed I had to pay a fee to get my records sent. Anyway...I filed a complaint with the board and looked into a lawsuit. Lawsuit didn't pan out and I'm waiting to hear from the board on a decision. They still tried calling to schedule appointments with me even through all of this. It has been about a year, and today they called me out of the blue to schedule a post op appointment. Fxxk no. I have an actual dentist for that who does not have 5+ complaints / reprimands from the board under their belt. Avoid this place at ALL costs. I wish I could give them a 0/5 stars.

I came in for a routine cleaning on a weekend and ended up spending 2.5 hours at the office before anyone came in to do my cleaning, at which point I ended up leaving. They had me do X-rays and a consultation which I totally understood the reasoning for as a new client, but all these procedures were very time consuming and I ended up waiting about 30 min to be seen by the next person in between each one. The dentist after doing an assessment informed me I would need a cavity filled and a special cleaning on my back teeth which would be 75$ and not covered by insurance. They also offered to fill the cavity that day which I thought was odd since I had been waiting to see the dentist for so long. I had never experienced extra fees for a routine cleaning, and have never had a cavity so I decided to leave and get a second opinion. After visiting my old dentist for a second opinion, they located no cavities in need of filling. I understand that some healthcare professionals may have different treatment approaches, but in my experience this dentist is not on the conservative side of when work should be done. Would caution others who are looking for dentists with a conservative approach that this may not be the best fit. Also they had informed me that I would not be billed for the X-rays (which they required me to get since I was a new patient) when I informed them I had already had x-rays taken that year. But after I ended up leaving without getting any work done, the office did bill my insurance for the x-rays they took.
