Great, ease of purchasing and no pressure was wonderful. Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and very customer centered.

They really wanna get you into a new used, but whoever inspects it doesn't do a good job. Brakes were bad, had to be replaced less than a year. Windshield tint was put on bad and was peeling off. Batteries are bad and need replacing less than a year. No extended warranties offered, no good will, terrible place to buy a car. Better to go to a dealership in San Diego or Phoenix. read more

Took my truck in without an appointment for a check on a possible oil leak. Up front, they told me it wouldn't be seen until tomorrow. Saved me having to wait all day. Called me at 9:30 am next day to advise there was no leak. Oil was from spill during prior work, and it worked its way down to the ground. They cleaned it up, did a test drive and confirmed no leaks. If it was possible to leave negative stars I couldn't leave enough. We have taken our vehicle to, I shudder to call it a "service center" twice. Once when it was brand new and they managed to put the wrong oil in the truck. It leaves with a knocking sound it never had before and after multiple trips back they have the audacity to lie to us and tell us that's normal. Took it to a competitor shop and wow they fixed it! Fast forward to having a recall completed here. Big mistake. After multiple phone calls 2x ordering the part because they couldn't seem to handle that. I knew it was a big mistake but I wanted to give them one more shot. They managed to install the parts without damaging anything that we could see. And forward a week later to having the check engine light come on, service warnings, and a god awful racket coming from the fans. Open up the hood and what do we see a large piece of plastic sticking out of the fan housing. Was it something we hit you may ask? NOPE. It was the cover that goes over the fan assembly stuck down in the fans being shredded by the fans. Never again Chapman. I will happily drive hundreds of miles to have my vehicle serviced by a competent service center. read more

I don't know where to start, but I do want to say how very disappointed I am with Chapman Chevrolet. How they take advantage of us. My wife and I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet equinox that was a lemon, had a replaced engine that they never told us about. So less than one year the check engine light came on, we took it to a shop and was told it was a turbo going out. A common problem with those cars. We went back to Chapman Chevrolet. They told us it's our problem. Then I expressed my feeling on Google review,then a manager from the dealership replayed saying he wanted to make it right . Nope he didn't do a dam thing.he saw we don't have the best credit and he basically shamed us . No help, nothing. What a joke.BEWARE people they will take advantage of you. I so Disappointed ! ! ! Generally I have had good service at the Express service center. July 16th 2025, I was given a 2PM Appointment. I don't know if they were behind or over booked but it took 1hr 45 for a simple oil change and tire rotation (I refused the car wash). When I got home I checked my vehicle computer and found two tires were not correctly inflated. This was confirmed by my digital tire gauge. read more
