I'm really irritated with this place right now. The lady at the drive thru can hardly get past her language barrier to take orders. I am Mexican myself which isn't the issue at all, it's just disappointing seeing employees not value their jobs. I ordered a box of tenders and fries and a burrito. When she asked which sauce I told her "ranch, 2 of them" she marked down a whole second box which isn't even the issue- I'm more upset at her "customer service" if that's what you'll even call it. I was asked to "hold on," and by the time the employee returned, she said breakfast had just ended; even though it wasn't even 11:01 yet. I thanked her and took my business to Jack in the Box instead. There were no cars in the drive-thru and only one person inside the lobby, so it's not like they were too busy to take my order. ZERO STARS!!! I've been here a lot and it's always been good. Went there today and had problem ordering on the app. I asked an employee if they could help with a free reward I was trying to get. He said tough, nothing I can do. Surprisingly bad attitude. He was arguing with the cook about something. The food took about 15 minutes to get out and the order was wrong. The kid copped an attitude when I took the food back up to the counter. Then he and the cook start yelling at each other again. I love Del Taco. When I moved to the East Coast for a year I was deprived and I missed it so much, and now there's one so close to my house and I couldn't be happier. Getting there: Its right off the 10 fwy. If you're going East, then you are going to exit right off Cherry Valley and you will see it to your left-hand side. Experience: This place is very new. I haven't even been able to go inside yet because of COVID, but the staff is super friendly. They are a little slower, but that's expected because of how new they are. Also, be aware, they're skimpy on hot sauce packets, so always ask for more even if you don't know how many they've given you already. Chances are, it could and may only be one.
