I love me some In-N-Out. You just know what you're getting every time, and it's a really solid burger. I'm especially fond of the Animal Style protein burger. The bun is good, but it can feel a little too filling for me, so protein style is perfect. I also actually really like the fries. I know they're not everyone's favorite, but I enjoy them. Overall, it's just a good, classic burger experience. My son happily eats his burger plain with nothing on it, and my husband always gets the cheeseburger with both kinds of onions. We usually visit this location every Friday and have generally had good experiences, which makes this review disappointing to write. Unfortunately, this is the second time we've ordered and paid for an extra patty that wasn't included on the burger. I understand it's ultimately my responsibility to check the order before leaving, but we've never felt the need to do that before. Since we don't live nearby, returning to have the order fixed wasn't really an option, so we were unfortunately out the extra money. Additionally, all of the buns were unusually soggy during this visit, which really affected the quality of the meal. Had a great experience at this in n out. The drive through line was long, so we came inside where there was no line. The staff were friendly and attentive to our orders. Everything was very clean. Once seated, one of the workers came and asked for our order number, so that she could bring us our food when it was ready. How could I say no? :) I got the grilled cheese animal style and it was delicious. Mom and hubby said the burgers were great. I never use to like their fries, but these were so fresh that I really enjoyed them. They also make a super thick and yummy vanilla shake. The service was super friendly and the inside was really clean. I liked that everyone seemed genuinely happy to work here. It was so refreshing in a fast food joint. By far one of the worst locations ever. They almost always get our food wrong. Today when we bought food and came back home. They put dr.pepper in one of drinks instead of regular coke. The staff deserves an A for effort. It's never easy working somewhere that the drive-thru is always full, the inside is always full, and overflowing cars in the parking lot. And yet, they do their best to maintain a steady state of mind while serving very different people with different habits, diets, and moods. The burger was the usual taste and awesome, though their veggies felt a little old. I can only tell based on the taste of the burger. But their meat and cheese combination never fails. Well, I tried it again after several months. I've been to many In n Out Burgers over the years. This one just doesn't measure up to the usual In n Out standards. This time, they actually got my whole order wrong. I had gone through the drive -thru. In order to get my order redone, I had to go inside. The line was long and it took a long time to replace it. The kids who work here are nice. I don't blame them for the problems here. I think it has had a big management problem from day one. I grew up going to In-N-Out Burger. Before they opened in AZ, stopping at one on a trip to Cali was a family tradition for us. I rarely eat fast food anymore, but In-N-Out is the one exception for me. This particular location in Yucaipa provided great service the day I stopped in. After a day of skiing at Big Bear, I was starving and stopped by here wanting a bite to eat. Lines weren't too bad, there was open seating, and food came out pretty quick.
