My son and I have always loved Jersey Mike in Yucaipa. Unfortunately yesterday we had a bad experience with the sandwich slicer. She proceeded to finish our sandwich and I asked if I could have fresh shredded lettuce as the existing lettuce was brown. She said they needed to use up what they had. I asked why, no answer. The person behind us in line must have complained too, they were successful and received fresh lettuce. Just disappointed with their customer service. read more

Absolute horrible service! You all have been warned... There are better places out there who will care more about your orders and time. What is the point of placing an online order to be picked up at 6:09pm if the staff is going to just focus on 5 families that walk-in after I did to pick up my order only to be told "we are working on it now" then proceed to ignore my order till 6:39pm? Mind you, I am in the store at 6:15pm. My 1 sandwich was supposed to be ready at 6:09pm...... and I dont get it till 6:39pm.... I had 5 people enter after me, place large orders and walk out all before my sandwhich is made? I hate that this location is my option unless I want to leave town. They're horrible. My sandwiches are always a mess as soon as I unravel them. The bread is never even cut thru so I have to rip it and then the toppings go everywhere. I rarely make a negative post but after so many trips there this summer to get me and the kids sandwiches I just have to say this is the worst location I've been to. My order is also never right. Or the kids minis.. which causes for a meltdown every time and the sandwich goes in the trash. There was a dark brown hair in my good and when I called to tell them I'm coming back and want a refund she said OK. I get there and she proceeds to tell me her manager said they can't do refunds and want to take my name and number. I told her to call her manager and he said the higher ups don't allow them to give refunds and asked for my number again. How can you run a business and not give refunds. I cannot find a number for corporate and had to send an email. It's bad enough there was a hair in my food and now I can't get my money back. Never eat there again! read more

I've had a consistently frustrating experience at this location. This is now the fifth time I've ordered through the app, arrived at or even after the estimated pickup time, and still had to wait--often 30+ minutes--for my food to be ready. I've already submitted complaints through the Jersey Mike's app and received responses from administrative staff saying they would address the issue with the store. That was a couple of visits ago, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. I understand this is a sandwich shop and not a life-or-death situation, but repeated delays like this are disappointing--especially when the business sets expectations for pickup times and doesn't meet them. At a certain point, it reflects a lack of urgency and accountability from the staff and management. The most frustrating part is that I genuinely enjoy the food, which is why I keep coming back. But the service at this location has been consistently poor, and it's something that really needs to be addressed. PS once the food finally got delivered 30 minutes late. The order was completely wrong was on the wrong bread and I put special instructions for no peppers and there was peppers on my sandwich. read more

This place sucks. 1 girl was making all the sandwiches last night. There were 2 guys but they werent any help. My husband ordered the wrong sandwich. So he reordered. The guy that took the order, didnt ask him much of anything. So the guy ordered a regular sized sandwich, didn't ask my husband which type of bread, so the bread was wrong. Just told my husband to wait while the meat slicer was being cleaned and he would get his sandwich. Why hire people who lack customer service skills to take orders? The service is the worst they have children working who don't have basic skills i came in tonight, waited almost a half hour for 1 sandwich and wouldn't you know it? So its not on the place but the interview process it is the most unprofessional place I ever Interviewed at I have never Interviewed in a Group of more then 15 people and it was atrocious I only wanted a fun job I was way over qualified for and dam was I right the owner was so bad she was way late and she was still talking on the phone with someone in her car after she arrived may I might add they had us waiting in the cold , good good though but just dont work here if you want to step down and start over its a fire hole. I went to this location as it is usually better than the Beaumont location. The young who waited on me . Asked me times what bread I wanted I told him 3 times. He walked over to the bread and asked a 4th time. After selecting the bread he laid the bread on the counter , my order wasn't complicated. He forgot items on my sandwich . I did didnt say anything as he was having a hard time just functioning. I said no vinegar and he loaded the sandwich with vinegar, when I reminded him he scraped the lettuce and tomato off then added more lettuce and tomato . Service was bad , sandwich was bad . I'm giving an extra star because the two young men working today were both very polite and customer service oriented. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich with only 3 people ahead of me. The young brunette gal who was slicing was definitely struggling and drowning, but she also had an attitude and pretended not to hear me when I politely asked her a question. Went to the Yucaipa location on of Yucaipa BLVD. Honestly... I'm disappointed. I made a phone order for one sandwich. One of their special numbers, not even a costume made one. They said it would be an hour wait for one sandwich, okay, I get that they're busy. Completely understand. They say they're out of avocado for the number, still the same price without the avocado, I still said okay that's fine. Waited an hour, and went to pick up my sandwich. When I walked in they have caution tape around the chairs and table with a sign lobby is closed. Again I completely understand due to COVID19. What bothered me is the dirty floors and counters full of sandwich toppings and sticky soda or something on the floors. It wasn't crowded their was about 6 people inside waiting including me, it just felt crowded because they only allow you so far into the doors. What bothered me was the guy who went before me was coughing and everything and didn't even have a face mask, when you are required to wear one to go inside. He was touching everything including the pin pad and counter. Thank goodness I had Lysol wipes and a mask so I wiped everything down when I got back in the car. Cards, hands, phone, door handle, steering wheel, everything. When I got home the sandwich was for my immune compromised parents including myself, didn't feel the need to mention it, but I just thought everyone should know since this is a huge thing right now with COVID19. My parents shared the sandwich and I was expecting the no avocado, but then there was no bacon either which comes with the sandwich. So, I basically paid 9.95 for a ham, lettuce, & tomato sandwich, which the lettuce was all soft and wilted too. I'm sorry, & feel the complete empathy for those working overtime, working hard, everyone who is an essential worker. Visited this business for a sandwich this morning. I'm eyeballing the condiments while they're slicing meat and cheese and noticed the lettuce is a bit brown and towards the bottom of the bin, and this is at 10:40 am! I mentioned this to the girl and asked for some fresh lettuce. She looks at me like I'm nuts and continues to pile this wilted brown lettuce on there anyway. I have had two completely incorrect orders at this location and every time the staff has a major chip on their shoulders about being called out on their inability to be able to read simple instructions on how to make a sandwich and put the correct toppings on it. The 4 workers were watching me as I went to ask about an item and before I could answer the young lady shook her head no....I laughed, she laughed, the other 3 workers started giggling. I walked out with everything I needed for dinner. Maybe not what I wanted... but I had food.
