I went through the drive-thru at about 8:40 pm last night 11/25/18. A girl took my order and was very nice. But when I got to the window it took a while for someone to come to the window in which I was okay with I figured they must have been very busy. The girl that took my order did not seem concerned with having me waiting at the window since it seemed like she was too busy flirting with the young man taking orders at the front counter. What I did appropriate was the girl with red hair that seemed to be packing the order was concerned. She was so apologetic and was super polite and made what could have been a very bad experience into a good experience. She took charge of the situation and followed it all the way through. If I could personally thank her I would. I can't express how happy I was with the service she gave me. She took customer service to the next level. Towards the end the girl that took my order finally came to the window and asked me if I wanted any sauce and I told her no thank you that the other girl had already given me some and she just turns around and tries to close the window. I thought that was very rude of her. Instead of saying sorry for keeping you waiting or something or making sure I had my full order. Fortunately, the girl with the red hair was standing next to her and didn't allow her to close the window on me and handed me my (2) drinks I was waiting on since the lemonade had ran out and she was waiting for someone to change it in the back. I feel bad that I don't know her name but THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE AMAZING LAST NIGHT. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PERFECT. You handled the situation the best you could. Ordered a "New Beyond Tacos" taco, but soft. 1st one came out hard. Sent it back to be made correctly. Employee named Cooper had them break the hard shell open and plop it on a tortilla instead of making it correctly. Get the product to out table to find the wrapping is loaded with some of what should be the interior of the taco. Take jacked up product back in to Cooper who was irritated and unhelpful - displaying his disdain for our presence. Cooper lacks any skill whatsoever to be working with the public - don't know what they were thinking when they hired this clown! read more

This is probably the worst del taco in the inland empire, I get off at 1:30 am so unfortunately it's the only one open close in my area. If you're reading this you're probably wondering why theres so many bad reviews. 2 things. 1) most of the bad reviews are from people who come at 2 or 3 am when theres only 3 people working. 2) a lot has changed since the last bad review. Listen people the way you present yourself to the cashier or to the person working the drive thru will determine how they treat you. You wanna come off as being rude saying "hello!" when you just pulled up to the speaker is going to get you off to a bad start. When you pull up ask them how they're day was, say "may I please have" instead of "can I have" or "I want this and that". Use your manners we're all adults. Have patience. If there's already a line of cars and it appears it's not moving very fast it means there's a lot of people with big orders and or the inside is also very busy. read more

Still the slowest drive thru service for fast food. In n out is much faster and next door.

Normally I don't expect much from a Del Taco but somehow this location managed to fail me still. Ordered one of their dollar iced teas only to discover the tea was thick and syrupy looking as it came out. Upon tasting it was unsweetened but still had the syrupy texture you would find in a sweetened McDonalds drink. When tea goes bad it begins to taste fermented which is exactly what this tasted like, yet the woman behind the counter informed me it was two hours old (she seemed truthful). While I was speaking to her I got a glimpse of the kitchen floor. It was COVERED in lettuce, tomato and rice. It would have been shut down very quickly by the health department. I was disgusted. I think I'll find a new location of this franchise to go to. Never have I had such a poor experience. read more

I've got to say, I've been to a lot of Del Tacos but this one is by far the best. I don't understand why people are rating this location so low. Take it from me, this is an honest review. I'd give this Del Taco 10 stars if I could. Ok so, my daughter and I have trekked our way thru different Del Taco locations within this area, ranging 5 to 30 miles and without a doubt, this one has the best quality food, cleanest dining area, quickest turn around, and friendliest staff. Every time we visit, my daughter orders her specialty 1/2 lb bean and cheese burrito, with no sauce, light beans and extra cheese. Easy enough to prepare right? Wrong. No exaggeration, EVERY other Del Taco has done something wrong with the burrito. Whether its pieces of lettuce that have made their way into the wrapping, not enough cheese, too many beans, ALL beans and no cheese, there's always something wrong. THIS location however has NEVER made a mistake with such a simple order. Not only do they prepare it perfectly but they go way beyond extra with their portion of cheese. We both unwrap her burrito every time and give each other a shocked stare of amazement. This makes us both very happy. And of course everything I order is always perfect, looking just like the pictures. Please don't listen to other's bad reviews and give this Del Taco a chance next time you're craving something from their menu. Just ate a Combo burrito with fries meal. Burrito was about 85% beans, and 5% cheese. I didn't pay for a bean burrito, and like always too much salt on the fries. I even had one democrat employee claiming to be the manager over the phone and refused to provide his name, so they could replace my order, that they screwed up to begin with. Just got home from this Del Taco location. The girl, young girl, handed me ONE bag for the a TWO meals I ordered, I was skeptical so I asked her to make sure BOTH meals were in this ONE bag. She assured me that, yes they were BOTH in the bag. Got home and I was right. I found only one meal. I'm upset that I pay for food that I did not receive and I am obviously not going all the way back there to get my missing food so I will have to not go back to an establishment that doesn't check to make sure their customer will get everything they PAID for. Aren't you tired of having to check your order for accuracy when you get food? This place is the epitome of horrible customer service when it comes to forgetting items. EVERY time I try to get something from here they leave something out. I swear I wish I never had to set foot in this place again, but the family likes their food and it's the closest to home. Just do yourself a favor and don't ever leave the lobby or drive away without checking your order with a fine tooth comb. Guaranteed that they will have left something out and when you point out what's missing they roll their eyes like it's your fault they screwed up your order. I have never received an offer of free food or money back to make up for the inconvenience of having to return back to get what I paid for in the first place, much less an apology or even a simple "I'm sorry". They can't even look you in the eyes while they're making their excuses for why they didn't get all of your food in the bag.
