Horrible service today, slow workers drive through was main priority to them. Stopped here for my lunch break thinking it would be something quick to eat but it took over 20 minutes for a simple order to come out. Like many other humans, I have visited a few Del Taco's in my time. This is hands down the best Del Taco I have ever been to. Every time I go in the drive thru it's always quick and accurate and even on the uber busy Taco Tuesdays it's not bad and their little tacos have just the right amount of meat and especially cheese (they don't hand out lettuce tacos like most other joints) and the 1/2 lb bean and cheese burrito has the right amount of beans and cheese. I was a customer at your Del Taco today and was shocked and upset that your Del Taco was the only one in the area that had different and higher prices than the other Del Tacos on Van Buren. I came in for the Tuesday Nite Taco Special only to find out that you were charging $1.39 for the special and all the other Del Tacos were charging $1.09. That did not seem fair or correct. I also ordered a 1/2 Bean and Cheese burrito and found out that the price you were charging was $1.09 while all the other Del Tacos were only charging $1.00. The third complaint was that your store would not take a survey done from another Del Taco while all the rest of the Del Tacos in the area do not have a problem which store it came from and gladly take the survey because it shows good customer service. I only live 4 minutes from your Del Taco but I will never come to your Del Taco again and will gladly drive the extra minutes to another Del Taco that does not cheat their customers with unfair prices and has better customer service than your Del Taco.
