Soon after getting on the road, I get a text asking how close I was. I send the mileage from what my phone said and then get another text asking how long will that take. I give the info and ask if he had an appointment at 3pm. He said he need to leave at 3pm because something had came up. That's why he asked if I could come earlier. I get to the shop, explained what I wanted and moved forward with the cut. Without going into all the details, I had to ask twice to get some areas fixed. I felt like he was rushing through my cut. There was more that needed to be corrected but assuming that the rush was because he needed to go, I didn't feel like explaining what was wrong with the cut. The service was ended and I tipped and left out. The cut overall was not that bad, so I went back inside to get a business card. That's when I see he has another person in the chair doing another cut. This the "RUSHED AND LIED TO" title. I will not return based off of principles. Now I'm stuck with this unfinished haircut. HONESTY WOULD HAVE HELPED THE SITUATION SINCE I DID HAVE THE DAY OFF!!!!!!

7 months ago I went to this establishment to get a "trim" because my usual barber was out of town…read more i had been growing my hair for 2 years but needed the dead ends cut and a little shaping. I showed Cam a picture and described in detail what I wanted. I asked him if he had experience cutting curly hair, and he said yes. He then spins me around in the chair and starts cutting my hair. My eyes were closed a lot of the time because of course, I didn't want to get hair in my eyes. several deep snips had happened and he then spun me back around to face the mirror. I opened my eyes to look when there was a lull in the action and WOW. I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only did Cam take 12 months' worth of growth off, but he took it upon himself to angle my hair differently than the desired cut, and he also decided to THIN MY HAIR OUT WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST! I AM 46 YEARS OLD! WHY WOULD I WANT THINNER HAIR???? i had to let him finish because I was cooked. i got up out of the chair immediately and went straight home to see exactly what this sorry excuse for a barber did. I was mortified. if you google it, curly hair is not supposed to be cut with thinning shears because it shreds the curls. He had ruined all the ringlets I had been growing for 2 years. my hair had no texture, shape, or form. i then proceeded to go back to the barbershop to confront this man about his terrible service. Cam and THE OWNER both tried to gaslight me and tell me it was my fault this happened and that I should learn how to communicate better. They even patronized me over the refund I demanded and acted as if I were petty. the audacity. The only reason why I didn't crash out on both of them was because I was starting a new job that Monday. Even today my hair isn't back to normal and from what my barber says, it's gonna take even more time to get the curls back with several corrective cuts. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE EVER!!!!!!!! you're better off letting a goat chew it off. i gave it one star because the website wouldn't let me give a zero. all of these good reviews have to be fake.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this barber. From the moment I sat down, it felt like…read morehe was more focused on rushing me out of the chair than actually giving me a decent haircut. Before starting, I showed him photos of exactly what I wanted: a clean high bald fade. I even told him it was totally fine if he didn't want to take it all the way down to the skin if he didn't have the right tools. Instead of listening, he rushed through the entire cut and then had the nerve to tell me, "This is what you get in 30 minutes." At one point he literally showed me a timer he had set for 30 minutes like that somehow justified the quality of the haircut. Then he said if I wanted a better blend I should have booked a beard trim too, which honestly felt like a cheap upsell after already paying a ridiculously high price for the haircut itself. The result? An absolutely terrible fade with harsh lines and almost no blending. It looks nothing like the photos I showed him. For the price he charges, I expected professionalism and basic attention to detail, not to be rushed through like I was on an assembly line. To make matters worse, when he used a straight razor on the back of my neck, he actually cut me multiple times. I left with small nicks and irritation back there, which is completely unacceptable. A straight razor should be used with care, not rushed like everything else during the appointment. I walked out feeling like I had been robbed and honestly embarrassed by how bad the haircut looks. If you value your money and don't want to leave looking like an idiot with a butchered fade--and possibly with cuts on your neck--I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
