Sam was great to speak with and he answered all of my questions and gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote (given all the increased taxes and tariffs due to the Trump administration ripping off Americans!!) and scheduled time for them to come and install a new gas insert. The installers were quick and professional and did a good job installing the new gas insert, everything looks great and the fire is warm. :)

She walked me through trouble shooting the issue and helped me find a solution. She showed me how to use a wire to jump the unit and confirm that it would light. I called my service rep Eddie for an appointment to get the squirrel and repair screen. He said he would make an appointment for me and call me with the date that night. Instead he went on vacation. The squirrel died and I had to live with the smell. He called one afternoon to offer me a time slot for another patron's cancellation. I accepted. He called me the night before to tell me it would cost me $400 just to drive here from placerville to Rancho Murieta. That would not include any services rendered.
