We were dealing with a leak at our fireplace chase and cap, and unlike the other companies we contacted, Michael actually went up on our two-story roof to assess the issue firsthand. Others didn't even bother to get on the roof. He thoroughly checked our cap and flashing, confirmed what was in good shape, and clearly explained what was needed to be fixed. We also had an added complication--our solar panels run right to the edge of the fireplace. Several companies refused to even consider the job unless we removed multiple panels (and none had even gone on the roof to look). Michael said it wasn't a problem, brought out scaffolding, and handled the job safely without requiring any panel removal. Within a week, he had a new chase manufactured and professionally installed. The problem is never fixed and they want more money but will discount the money that they already forced out of you. Dishonesty and misdirection is their main service. My home is still under builder warranty and I just needed someone for second opinion. Mark promised me free inspection. I specifically told him not to fix anything but just give me a quote and problem list with my gas fireplace. Sends a technician that has no certification or skills, talks over the phone walking the technician in Arabic. The technician tells me he fixed it, charges me $480, later to realize that the actual charge is $250. Fun part, he will only accept direct transfer via Venmo only for payment! Next time we use the fireplace, same problem. Mark tells me, upon contacting him, that there is another possible problem. But since I am a returning customer, instead of charging me $1200 to fix it, he will charge me only $780, and discount me another $250 that I already paid. Stay away from this company. Edit(03/06/2026) Your comment shows pure shrewdness and proves my suspicion of false promises and lack of professionalism and integrity. I have posted a picture of my conversation with you on yelp. And it's not 19 months old but a month old conversation for the work your incompetent technician did on November 2, 2025. Damaging my fireplace and stating that my review is false is very concerning and misleading. I hope no one else faces this. Francisco was able to squeeze in an appointment the following day and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. Long story short, he discovered that the problem was more than what was mentioned beforehand and involved dead rodents that somehow made it into the flue (stuck somewhere in the middle), probably made their way in through the said tree. Francisco was able to clean everything up. He was very polite and even entertained a barrage of questions from my 8yo son. Thanks again, Francisco for a job well done.
