DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO A CRAPPY JOB AND THE EMPLOYEE IS RACIST! I got my windshield done here two weeks ago. Two days after I noticed my wind flaps was up on both sides of my car. I also noticed there is a gap from my windshield to my roof. A gap from my dashboard to windshield as well. When I am driving I hear a lot of wind inside my car. I called Eric to let him now about the crappy job they did. He told me to bring it in between 10-4 and he and how tv would look at it. I didn't make it due to my busy schedule. So I took it in today. I went in asked the girl at the front desk was ERIC in? She said hold on and went to the back. She came back and said he would meet me out front. (ERIC NEVER CAME OUT) (ERIC IS THE MANAGER) A small skinny white DISRESPECTFUL guy came out I asked him was he Eric he said no and asked what's wrong. He was one of the guys that worked on my windshield him and Glen. I started showing him the wind flaps on the outside and how they were lifting. He started trying to talk while I was talking I told him to wait and let me finish showing him all the issues I had. He told me NO YOU BE QUIET AND LISTEN. I asked him who was he talking to in that disrespectful manner. He kept saying it was like that and I told him no it wasn't and to get ERIC because that was who I was supposed to be talking to anyways. He called me a NIGGER as he walked away. Then Glen started walking towards me and this crackhead employee started walking back and I told him to get away from me before I called the cops. Glen threw his hand at me and said fuck it and turned back around and started walking back to the shop. THIS WHOLE TIME THE MANAGER ERIC DID NOT COME OUT! HE SENT THE SAME TWO EMPLOYEES THAT MESSED UP MY WINDSHIELD OUT!! If you are a BLACK WOMAN DO NOT GO HERE ALONE!!!!! The who time I had someone on the phone listening I even told them to come because of the disrespect! THEY ARE ALSO REFUSING TO FIX THE MESS THEY MADE!! I'm adding a FEW photos! Scheduling was straightforward, and even when I had to reschedule, the second call went smoothly without any hassle. When I arrived, everything was well-organized, and the process moved along as promised. The replacement took about 90 minutes, just as they had estimated, which I found both honest and efficient. However, one thing that stood out negatively was the receptionist. While she was polite to me, I noticed an overall rude demeanor. After ending phone calls, I overheard some disrespectful comments directed at clients, which felt unprofessional. It didn't affect my direct experience much, but it's worth mentioning. Phenomenal service! Contacted them on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment at my home in southern Chester County, Pa. on Friday (They offered an appointment on Thursday but I was unavailable). Received a call on Friday morning and they arrived at the time stated. The service technician (Mark) was friendly, personable and professional. Replaced the windshield very quickly and it looked great. The price was substantially cheaper than others quoted and included the mobile service. Would highly recommend to everyone.. Gotta give these guys props for backing up their work. They replaced the front passenger-side window glass in my Kia Optima a couple summers ago. Quick service and worked fine until a few weeks ago, when somehow the window glass detached from the crank mechanism. I called them up and they told me to come in the next day. They got me in with no appointment and re-attached the window glass in less than an hour. It was way out of warranty but they didn't charge me anyway. Called around, found Delaware Auto Glass was given a good quote set up appointment went in and the staff was friendly and efficient. If your insurance tells you to go somewhere I suggest for you to call Delaware Auto Glass. I know I will spread the word about my experience. read more

I've had several windshields replaced here and most recently last week a hatch window that crystalized and simply fell in my car for no apparent reason. So they took me right away, which was important because it was raining. PLUS out of 3 people I called just to verify what I knew would be the outcome...the cheapest!! I went to get my windshield replaced today and my card was declined. I stepped outside to call my bank and the owner chased me outside and accused me of trying to leave. He cussed me out then I went back inside to offer another form of payment and the man screamed "Fuck you, get out. It's free. Get the fuck out". Horrible way to do business. Gave us a quote right before Christmas for a new windshield and side view mirror. More than $100 less than the national chain. They had to order the mirror - delivered the next day but the windshield was available in stock. The staff was friendly and called as soon as the car was available for pick up. - Right at the estimated time. No issues with either windshield or mirror! No Leaks no issues. Thanks! read more

I paid 150$. the chip spread and they weren't smooth. apparently satellite either didn't do it correctly or didn't do anything. i got another chip and Delaware auto glass repaired all three! This place was recommend to me by my Chevy service place. And was not dissapointed!! So much cheaper to replace my cracked windshield then other places. And it was quick too!. Our windshield needed replacement and called them. Bob got us in the next day. When I got there the waiting room was packed. Emily was very nice and called me when it was done (about 2 hours). Aftermarket glass not OEM, but clear and no distortion. Would absolutely use them again. Safelite is awful that's why we looked for somewhere else. read more
