The easy to find, yet nondescript building, along with a field of randomly parked limousines, shuttle buses, and a school bus, had me knowing I was in the right place. During my first visit with Greg, the owner, I knew I wanted to do business here. There was no high pressure sales pitch or shady business dealings. Greg had a genuine interest in what my plans are and shared invaluable information. Not only did I get a lesson in vehicle engine types and state laws, but also small business ownership information too. After a few visits, test drives, inspections and insurance quotes, I'm ready to wheel and deal, to sign on the dotted line. It was truly the excellent customer service - Greg's professionalism, business knowledge, and referrals that had me convinced I had found my vehicle. The vehicle that arrived was a 16-18 passenger Hummer H2. The interior of the Hummer H2's door fell off upon the driver's attempt to close it (we have photos). The vehicle had Zero Air Conditioning and no ice was provided. Upon further examination, the wheel wells were dented, the rear black areas were faded to grey, and the driver's side exterior was significantly scratched and rusted. We decline the use, and were not provided transportation services because the vehicle was not safely operational and would not fit our party of individuals. Immediately, on the day of (during out wedding) we placed a call into the office. Additionally, the driver communicated with his dispatch. The company offered to communicate a resolution by Monday. Although many attempts have been made in the last two months to communicate (messages have been left with the representatives) with this company both book representatives Nicole and Amanda have failed to provide an opportunity to speak with Mr. Evan Ellis the Operations Manager. We are requesting a full refund. However, to this day no resolution has been discussed because management is not willing to communicate. Additionally, the booking representatives have failed to provide a resolution. This company did not provide transportation as contracted. Nor did they provide comparable or safe transportation for our contract.

I paid a down payment on my credit card to reserve the limo, and then we paid several hundred dollars cash (collected amongst the girls), when the limo arrived. However, they decided to charge me that $250 AGAIN on my credit card that I used for the reservation. Thus begun a LONG, DRAWN OUT, FRUSTRATING battle for 3 months to get my money back!!!!!!!! Right away, they admitted they had messed up and double charged me. They gave some long explanation of why they couldn't refund the money to my credit card, so they said they'd write me a check. In fact, they told me they had PUT A CHECK IN THE MAIL, but none came. I called again. They apologized and said they would add an amount of extra money to my refund (for my trouble/ interest) and send out the check immediately. AGAIN the freaking check did not arrive. I left them a message saying I would immediately report them to a collections agency as well as the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive my check within the week. It arrived... without the added refund he had promised me... and with a 37 cent stamp... how incredibly cheap!! DON'T USE THEM!!!

They called 5 times to make sure they had mine and my sister's correct contact information. It seemed like they were very organized and prepared, but that could not be more wrong. We booked the party bus to transport the wedding party and wedding guests to our after party location. The bus never showed up. I requested the driver only contact my sister if need be as I was the bride and not on my phone. They only called me once, left a voicemail that was completely unintelligible words. My sister called that number back after she noticed I had a missed call. The driver answered, then hung up. She called again, he said call the management company, but didn't provide a number. My sister eventually found the number and got ahold of the management team. They offered no solution. The groom called management again and they offered to come pick us up at the after party location, but still for an extra cost. My husband asked for a refund and they refused. I cannot believe the horrible customer service we experienced. I will say Sabrina was our point of contact until we ran into any issues and she was so sweet, sounded genuinely excited for us every time we spoke. The owner of the company was rude when my husband spoke with him, and the driver was absolutely awful and unprofessional on the phone. Obviously nothing could ruin our amazing perfect day, but this definitely put a wrench in the after party celebrations. I will NEVER allow my friends or family to book from this company. Thank god my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and I got a refund that way.
