They sell decent tires at normal prices but don't go here to have your car repaired! These are real nice people but be prepared to bring your car back after the initial repair. This happened to us several times. We liked them so we brought the car to be serviced but each time something was not done properly and we had to go back and have it fixed again and again. They were sorry, polite and did the follow up repairs for free but that doesn't mean I had to spend several days without my car and find transportation to and from the garage each time. And atop it all, my car would breakdown or start acting up within days of having it repaired. That's just plain old annoying. read more

Being from out of town I randomly stopped in because my tires had cracks and I was wobbly. 5 seconds after being there the man at the counter (Tom) came out checked my tires, took it for a test, then came back and checked my pressure (Even though there were people in the waiting room). He told me he could check for a leak but didn't try to scam when I was willing to buy two tires. I very much appreciated the service and peace of mind. This is a true and honest auto repair service. I went to Jack Williams near Milford to get a simple oil change and inspection and they said I needed a right control arm ($230) repair a light ($8)(I replaced that myself) and change my HID because they're illegal(it's a faint light blue white 6k). I had HIDS for about 7 months and nobody stopped me for them. My father is a mechanic and he said the control arm has dry rot. So I didn't replace anything! I go here, and I get passed in about a half an hour. It's on a turning uphill so you might drive past it. read more

place sucks. i asked for a estimate on fixing my parking brake then they insisted that i get the car inspected. which i know it wouldnt pass inspection without a working parking brake . so then they wouldnt give me an estimate in writing for parts and labor to fix the brake . never go there again now i have to pay for another inspection . and still get the parking brake fixed by someone that wants to fix it . ooo and i made an apointment a week earlier and this is what it got me . thanks for nothing delaware tire. for taking advantage of a 18 year old college student read more

About 4 years ago my son in law had it stuck up his butt on a warranty by another "well know local tire dealer". He went to Delaware Tire and they treated him like an old customer - contacted the manufacturer, processed the paper work and did everything necessary to help my son in law get a new tire. He made new customers out of our whole family (8 cars worth)!!!!!!!!!!! We've all gotten all our tires with these folks since then and are happy to give our money to local, hard working people!
