I was charged $155 for ACTISOL treatment for roaches after tenants vacated a condo. I dropped by the property and found 6 Raid cans in the vacant unit. I emailed and ask them about it and they denied using the store bought Raids. They claimed the unit was treated with ACTISOL. I felt cheated. Long story short, I had to call someone else. read more

This is the only company I found willing to travel to BFE to service our house (we live 45 min outside of Las Vegas). That was only after Terminex said they could, scheduled service, and called the morning of to say 'oh...we don't travel that far'. Delcon went above and beyond to even call their existing customers in our area to get us on the same schedule to reduce the drive fee. It's now 2:40 and I haven't heard boo from the company. I've called twice and was told they tech would be here by 1:30, I called back at 2:15ish and nobody answered. Delcon representative Grady, from a 7025571159 called me to confirm an appointment, I missed the call. My girlfriend called the 7025571159 number back, on the second try an individual picked up and began to cus my girlfriend out telling her. " I don't know who the fuck this is but stop calling my God damn phone" then hung up. We texted said number informing grady, we did not want him showing up. He then texted back saying he was not from delcon and to stop texting his number. When grady showed up at my door I called his phone. Grady was seen by me turning his phone off in his pocket. I then confronted the individual at my door. Questioning his verbal assault of my girlfriend. Grady then tried to lie to and evade my line of questioning. Telling me he does not have his phone that it has to be something with sprint. He questioned why would he Cus my girlfriend out when he is coming here. It's obvious what happened. His number is all over the internet. He gets calls all day just like I do. He assumed it was a telemarketer calling, he decided to answer his phone and be extremely unprofessional and foul mouthed. But, instead of a telemarketer it was a customer calling to confirm an appointment.. when he showed up at my door and was questioned he continued to double down on his lies. I would avoid this location. I would never allow a liar into my home where my valuables and loved ones are in sight and hands reach. All I was looking for was; Yes, I was foul mouthed and unprofessional, I should never have done that. Instead he continually lied and misrepresented himself. read more

There was new construction in my area and my street got mice and rats due to that. I paid for a 3 months service. The first month the guy came and helped and then he wasn't working there anymore and had different guys come out neither out traps where i said the rats are. I called and complained several times about no rats being caught in weeks etc and was told every house is different. The last month I didn't get service. So I still have the issue and now have to call another company!!!!! read more

I worked for this company for a short period. During that time it became apparent that this company is a joke. One of the techs, Garrett said to me infront of the office staff "customers are lucky to get water in the winter" meaning he would add no chemical to his tank during the winter. Also he is a pervert always telling fake sexual stories that he has had with customers on the job. The other tech shawn will lie so he gets what he wants from his customers lying about services or products you "must buy". When i quit i had to constantly bug them for 2 weeks for my check that they did not want to give up. I couldnt even get a hold of the boss of the company once i quit to figure out where my check was. Then shawn (one of the techs) lied to me about where my check was and made me drive all the way across town for my check to not even be in the office. The pest control company "innovative pest management" is delcon, they will even roll up to your house in a delcon truck but give you a higher price than delcon. I suggest using a big company not a pathetic company who is just trying to take your money. read more

Did a Google search for wasp control in Las Vegas. Delcon was one of the first companies to come up. I called them, and made an appointment for the next day. The women on the phone was so nice, so sincere, and extremely helpful. Day of appointment, the tec called to say they were running a bit late, but hey, I totally understand. He was also very professional and helpful. He inspected the area that I had called about, and then processed to check surrounding areas for more nests. There were more then even I saw, so he got rid of them all. I can't state enough the professionalism of this company, it's so refreshing that there are good, honest, knowledgeable people out there. Not only did he fix the problem, but also gave advice on how to prevent them in the future. You made my day! Now I can enjoy my yard :) read more

They were not able to control my problem with scorpions, they were unprofessional in my home, they have zero customer service and they continue to charge me long after I canceled service with them! I am very dissatisfied and I think the owner should be aware. I requested service to eliminate rats from inside my home. First visit they came and set traps. After a week, no rats caught, but rat still in the house. Additional visit by another tech, set more traps, still nothing exterminated, but rat seen in the house by homeowner. Gel painted on walls did not do the trick, rat again seen in the home (different location than before). After the last attempt to get the rats to leave, I was told someone would follow up the next week. That did not happen. I called to reschedule a visit, the tech was a no-call no-show. Rescheduled another visit, the tech was to arrive between 7-9, again, no tech. "Oops, I put it for the wrong week, so sorry" was the response I got. Not acceptable! Scheduling mistakes are not ok. I have taken time off work to be at home. I have seen the rats on more than one occasion, they need to go. I hired Delcon to do a job they said they could do and it's not getting done. Next visit, the tech said they would work to get the rat issue resolved (it usually doesn't take this long, they said) I was told I'd have a visit on Monday or Tuesday of the following week after they did some shopping at Home Depot. Monday, nobody called, so I called to see when they were coming. Only to find out they didn't plan to come. Thursday or Friday became the new day. The scheduler was rude and didn't seem to care about me as a customer. I'm a new customer! You'd think they'd want to make a good impression. I asked for the Tech who told me they would be out Monday or Tuesday to call me. No call. We are almost 6 weeks into this and the service has yielded no results. Today was supposed to be another visit at 7 am. At 8:30 I called and was told there was an issue with the truck and they don't have anyone who can come today. Seriously???! I had to call to find out. I'm over it! Not paying the bill, not doing business with this company. read more

So my issue is pigeons, moved into the house renting and they have a pigeon problem my landlord has already set up things with this company to take care of the issue they put poison corn on my roof.. now i have dead pigeons all over my neighborhood watched one die in my back yard! Like an exorcism death it was pretty crazy! And the amount of bird poop they leave in my court yard i can't even have guest come in my front door. So pest control now finally makes it out to my house after never showing up Saturday as they said they were, dude goes on roof removes corn and picks up 3-4 dead birds leave doesn't clean the poop or anything then comes back two day later to "clean" the poop and feathers no on tells me he is out side cleanin does a half ass job doesn't even do my back yard so i call to have him come back again! To find out he jus pushed the poop into my planter area... oh also still have a pigeon problem with nest under my solar power that ol boy said he took care of! If i was the owner i never would have used this company for this kinda service since they haven't don't anything to help other than pick up dead birds... my whole neighborhood has dead birds all over the places kinda a disturbing thing to see everyday read more

She was able to send a technician to the property within hours to verify that we had an issue and then got us scheduled for treatment the next day. The treatment was completed professionally and she kept me informed during the entire process. The cost was reasonable.
