Went to another bike store, replaced bearings for $70, fixed derailer and cleaned bike for free. Bike has no sound and rides like a new bike.

We were contacted shortly and given our confirmation and he showed up on time to the appointment and put together our bike in less than an hour. I have never had a worse experience with a dealership…read more I purchased a brand new CFMOTO UFORCE U10 Pro XL from Tejas Motorsports in mid May. Since then, it has spent more time in the dealership's possession than in mine. This latest visit alone has lasted nearly 30 days. After almost a month, I was told the problem was corrosion and rust that simply needed to be cleaned off. A brand new machine with corrosion causing warranty issues is disappointing enough. What's completely unacceptable is that I've now been told my UTV has been repaired for over a week, but Tejas Motorsports refuses to release it because they are waiting for CFMOTO to reimburse them for the warranty work. That is not my problem. I paid for a new machine, not to become collateral in a payment dispute between a dealer and a manufacturer. If Tejas Motorsports cannot or will not release a customer's paid for vehicle because they are waiting to be reimbursed, that is a serious business problem and customers should not be the ones paying the price. Communication has been poor from the beginning. I've repeatedly had to call for updates, and no one has taken ownership of resolving the situation. At this point, my brand new UTV has spent more time at Tejas Motorsports than it has with me. I regret buying from this dealership, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
