Wow! We were so FULL & extremely satisfied after dining at this place. We all came from California…read moreand my party kept saying "it was so good...so so good!" I'm so happy I YELPED this place for us all to enjoy. Let me share our experience with you... ALL YOU CAN EAT HOTPOT & KBBQ for $35.99 as of December 2025...(drinks are SOLD SEPARATELY)... 1st Timer Experience: Service was an absolute A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ We asked our waitress LILY so many questions and she did not get irritated instead she explained to us how the whole process works and recommended some broth and meats we might like too!! She also went to the back and gave us a variety of dessert options on a big platter! Ambiance was great! The whole place looks nice, spacious and CLEAN! They had a VARIETY of meats, seafood, noodles and veggies. There's also a sauce and salad bar with a Variety of dipping sauces to choose from... My favorite part was that I could mix up to 4 flavors of SOUP together. I mixed the Tomato and the Thai broth together and it was delicious! PRO TIP: Try squeezing some lemon or lime into the broth too ;) NINE SPICES HOTPOT did not disappoint!!!!!

It's solidly above average. But for $120 for two adults and a kid...I dunno. The meat is fatty, which is to be expected at a place like this. The seafood was good. Not a lot of variety on the conveyor belt sadly. Would have been nice to see some dumplings and other things on there besides mushrooms and noodles. Service was fine. Ambiance is also okay. Pro tip, skip the sushi, it's super mediocre. Diet Pepsi was surprisingly good. Not sure if I'll come back - there are better hot pot places in Tampa.

We were looking for a place where we could watch the sunset, so we were really excited to eat here…read more We had a reservation for 7:45 PM, but when we arrived it was raining, so they had to move everyone inside. We weren't seated until around 8:20 PM. The restaurant was extremely busy. They had a separate gluten-free menu which was nice. Once we were seated, it took a while for our waitress to come over, but we understood because of how crowded it was. Unfortunately, when she did come to the table, she seemed extremely rushed and it came across a little rude. I had several questions about gluten-free precautions, and every time I asked something she quickly said "yes" without really explaining. We ordered the Millionaire Bacon, oysters and the octopus as appetizers since both were listed on the gluten-free menu. I specifically explained that both needed to be prepared gluten-free. On the menu, it even notes in parentheses what needs to be removed to make certain dishes gluten-free. When the appetizers arrived, I noticed the octopus still had the red sauce that the menu said must be removed. I stopped our waitress as she rushed by, and she quickly said it was gluten-free and walked away. My husband had just put some in his plate when the server, who had brought the food out, came back and asked if we had eaten any yet because it had not been made gluten-free. He immediately took it back and returned with a gluten free one. When I mentioned it to our waitress, though, she kind of just shrugged it off. For dinner, I had the seafood bowl, and my daughter, who also eats gluten-free, had the salmon with potatoes au gratin. My son and his girlfriend got sushi, and my husband had the fish Clearwater style. Everything looked great when it came out, and I double-checked that my meal was gluten-free. The server confirmed it was. Overall, the food tasted really good. The only issue was my daughter's potatoes au gratin there was so much grease pooled on top that she ended up not eating it because they were basically inedible and her salmon was over cooked and had zero seasoning. Overall, our meal was good. The restaurant was packed, and we were disappointed that we missed the chance to sit outside and watch the sunset, but that was obviously due to the rain and not the restaurant's fault.

This falls on management and I have known this since I was 14. Food should generally be served from the guest's left side using the server's left hand. However, if the food is pre-plated in the kitchen, it should be served from the right side. It shouldn't matter if one is eating in an upscale restaurant or not.

It could just be the nature of a "resort" v the regular hotel. Either way, you're going to find what you want. They did have an omelette station! Important additions - the best high chairs for our toddler and coloring sheet.

So, about 20 to 25 minutes later we are finally seated and we see the restaurant is actually less than 50% full so it's perplexing that we had to wait. We had seating outdoors to watch the sunset. Now, hear me out, the hotel and restaurant location is beautiful. As a local, I never get tired of watching our sunsets, so I can see why anyone would want to come here, but that's where the greatness of the night ended. We were greeted and given water only for our orders to not be taken until almost 45 minutes later. When we ordered, it took an hour to get our food and by that time we are just sitting outside in the dark. There is almost no lighting outside after the sun has set. There was not many people eating in the restaurant by this time or even outside ( 4 tables outside and none of us had food). All of our food came out at the same time despite the fact that two of the tables had been there since 7 and the other two tables since 8 and it's now 9pm. Our waitress was looking really upset and frazzled explaining it was the kitchen and not her fault which I understand. It's a Tuesday though, so it's just confusing why the service is so slow other than what she is saying is issues with the kitchen. When we get our food it really is not great. It's sub par for the price and the wait. It is obvious a lot of it was sitting because it wasn't hot. It was really dissapointing because so many people had great reviews of this restaurant and I realized you know it was all influencers and I have no idea if they got their meals for free, but on social media they rely strongly on these posta that appear to be sponsored and everyone says they had an amazing time. Its my fault for not looking at real reviews, but all of us that night had the worst experience ever. We arrived at 6pm and didn't get checked out until 10pm and all of us had work the next day. I loved the hotel, but this restaurant was a huge diasapointment. The food was lacking flavor and we were eating in the dark. I had to ask for a table lamp and it barely provided any light. It was just not a good experience which was shocking because I eat at a lot of Marriot Bonvoy restaurants and usually everything is on point which is another reason why I disnt look up reviews. I wish I had looked at reviews before we came out because it was the main thing everyone was complaining about. Don't waste your time.
