Exactly what you would expect from your local deli. I've tried both breakfast and lunch here when visiting the area and have been pleased with good food and service on both occasions. They serve the food to your table when it's ready. The location has a good sized seating area both inside and outside, but don't expect to bring a large group here.

When I noticed that Deli South had Corned Beef Hash on the menu - I knew that further investigation was required. Turns out it is a scratch-made Corned Beef Hash. Ordered that with two eggs over easy and Rye toast. Paid with Apple Pay. They give you a number to place on your table and then they bring the food to your table. The corned beef was chopped on the small side - which IMO makes for better "hash." There were some potatoes mixed in. Overall, very tasty. Rye toast comes unbuttered - I should request they pre-butter the toast - by the time it gets out to you - the toast has cooled off and it's harder to spread the butter. Lots of seating inside - there are also a few tables outside. Service was good! I will be back to try out the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito! #DeliSouth

    Veggie Melt

Tried the Veggie Melt and it was pretty good. Value was good. It had sprouts which normally I wouldn't put with a hot sandwich. Also got a large bag of chips which is probably a good option if your sharing. Chips were good as kettle BBQ. Service was good. Nice seating area. Veggie options are OK, not sure if I'd come back or eat there that often b/c the execution was good but not like amazing. So typically there are restaurants with veggie options and there are restaurants that try to create something special for vegetarians that's not blah. This is the former.

I come here frequently and always am very satisfied with the customer service, food, and speed of food coming out of the kitchen. This time I asked the worker at the counter taking orders what she thinks was better and she chose the steak and cheese. This sandwich is hot, plenty of food, and tastes excellent! A little messy but definitely worth it! Very satisfied again from TheDeliSouth as I wait for my vehicle to finish up at the dealership. I always plan my vehicle maintenance around lunch to make sure I come to grab a bite to eat here, every time.

Great food. Friendly staff. Soup bins look a little overused and disorganized, that's not a plus. But overall great deli.

Full disclosure - I'm not a Christian. But I was thirsty when I happened to be walking past Trinity House this past Friday, and I stopped in. The cafe is large, with lots of comfortable seating. I think it's a great place for studying, reading, or working - comfortable seating, great light, and a menu of beverages and snacks. We stopped in on a Friday morning and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. We were seated immediately, which gave us a chance to take in the restaurant's charming farmhouse aesthetic. With its high ceilings and rustic décor, it feels like a modern take on an old country farmhouse that's warm and inviting without feeling overdone. As an unexpected bonus, we happened to visit during Restaurant Week, and the special was an incredible value. It included a Buff-Mosa, deviled eggs, and the Low Country Biscuit. My wife ordered the Southern Philly, so we ended up sampling a little of everything. The Buff-Mosa was a refreshing way to start the meal. Made with Blue Ridge Vodka, Cava, and strawberry-watermelon juice, it was light, crisp, and not overly sweet. The deviled eggs were topped with bacon jam, which added a nice savory touch. They had a bit more mustard and horseradish kick than I'm accustomed to, but they were still delicious and packed with flavor. The real star, though, was the Low Country Biscuit. It was absolutely enormous, stacked with perfectly fried chicken, chunky pimento cheese, and hot honey. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the combination of the rich pimento cheese with the sweet heat of the hot honey was outstanding. The honey added just enough spice to complement the sandwich without overpowering the other flavors. I also tried a bite of my wife's Southern Philly, and it was fantastic. It's a creative Southern spin on a classic Philly cheesesteak and one that's definitely worth ordering. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. One fun detail I really appreciated was that the check is presented inside a book, a small touch that fits perfectly with the restaurant's farmhouse theme. Between the outstanding biscuits, generous portions, creative menu, and excellent service, Buford's Biscuits delivered a fantastic breakfast experience. There are still plenty of menu items I'd love to try, so we'll definitely be back.

Manisha and Prashsant, owners of Stone Manor Inn, were personally involved in making sure all went smoothly with our cocktail and dinner party, and it most certainly did! SMI is a lovely old country inn on 14 acres, I believe, with a number of different venues (indoors and out) for meetings, parties, and weddings. The rooms (7 in total) were eclectic, in a good way. All four of their largest rooms that we occupied were spacious, with king beds and spa tubs with separate showers. All were well maintained and clean upon check-in. We had no complaints. I'm not sure when we will return to the area, but when we do, we will not hesitate to return!

I was on the fence to book this place given its hefty price tag, and glad I went for it and completely agree with the glowing 5 star reviews. The bubbly host Manisha is very warm and welcoming. She cordially gave us a 20 min tour around the property, which was built in 1908, and even gave me a bonus tour of the other rooms afterwards. She kindly answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. The Peacecock Room is the most spacious and best room (aside from the bridal suite), elaborately decorated in peacocks. We loved it! The little touches like the handmade soap, a set of wine glasses, and a wine opener made the stay so memorable and special. While the rooms aren't temperature controlled, the electric flameless fireplace kept the room warm. The double capacity jacuzzi was perfect for my hubby and I and even had lights (some of the other rooms have smaller jacuzzi, so be sure to check). The rooms were clean minus a couple of lady bugs and stink bugs (which is too be expected out in the country). Dr. Fauci's assistant stayed here and Manisha informed us of the extensive sanitation process, even the pillows and decorations are quarantined for 6 days! The backyard is well groomed and really spacious with a nice patio and heat lamp, which kept us warm sitting outside in the frigid winter. Our dog loved running around! You can see the stars and constellations really well. It would make a great wedding venue! The Christmas decorations around the property are really nice. The owners really go the extra mile and put a lot of TLC into the property. The 6 course breakfast is delicious and bursting with flavor. Between the veggie quiche, cheesy potatoes, scone, pancakes, yogurt, and fresh OJ, I was stuffed! The fresh butterscotch scone was divine and devoured my mine and my hubby's! The cheesy potato had a nice spicy kick. Everything was so fresh and delicious. All the courses come out at once on a large tray. While my hubby and I chose to sit at the communal table (the chairs are roughly 6 feet apart), you can take the tray up to your room. Manisha and her family greeted us and thoroughly explained the dishes and chatted with us for a bit, even her son made an appearance! The bed and breakfast has a nice bar with wine, cider, and alcohol based on an honor code system. Water and soda is complementary, they even had Coke 0! The complementary fudgy brownies by the breakfast area during the day were sweet and tasty. Again the little complimentary stuff gives this bed and breakfast a nice resort feel. Very relaxing stay and looking forward to coming back!
