It consists of: "Fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, olive oil, basil, balsamic reduction." There were 5 slices of tomato, each topped with a generous slice of mozzarella. We enjoyed this starter. The tomatoes were ripe, and the balsamic reduction added a nice flavor. For dinner, I ordered "lobster and crab ravioli, which consists of: "Brandy cream sauce, jumbo lump blue crab". This dish had 4 raviolis. From their appearance, one could tell they were handmade. The brandy cream sauce was well-balanced. I was glad to see that the brandy didn't take over the sauce, but rather, it complemented it quite well. I could taste the lobster and crab.
