Can't say enough good things about this place! Been coming here for a couple of months now and I have no plans on going anywhere else. My nails always come out just as I like them and they do not break or crack. I am a bartender and I garden often so I use my hands a lot. They take their time and staff is very friendly and professional. They are usually busy. I have come here early on a week day and I have come on weekends and there are always customers, which is a good thing! But I recommend making an appointment. This is the first time that I have gotten my gel taken off here and you can not tell that I had gel on my nails previously- this tells me that they do not file too low on your natural nail, which is awesome. Prices are reasonable- they charge just as much as any other nail salon that I have been to. Highly recommend. read more

Facility: immaculate. Very clean, very organized and great selection of colors. Employees: very friendly, prices were very competitive. Quality of service: this is the only reason it was not 4-5 stars. The pedicure me and my husband received was mediocre. No real scrub/scrape for the dead stuff. Limited massage time, as well. Granted, we only asked for the basic pedicure, but $20 to rub some lotion in for a few seconds and use a hot stone is a bit steep. I'd expect at least a 5-minute massage for the price. The nails turned out nice, but the time and attention was average at best. Still have some rough spots that most basic pedicures would have targeted. read more

Absolutely horrible as they were extremely unprofessional to friends daughter! Our little town finds this type of behavior unexpectable and will not put up with anyone treating a college student this way, let alone anyone! I'm a Cosmetologist and know all about customer service. Please know you do not have the right to request how much Tip a patron is to leave. I've been to many salons in the tri-state area and the service and professionalism and cleanliness is consistently exceeding my expectations. I've been looking for years for a good nail salon. My expectations were so low to find one because I had kept on going to mediocre or just horrible nail salons. Delicate nails is a 20 minute drive for me but I make a day out of it since the commute is so worth it. They have been nothing but amazing to me as a customer when I brought my sister they were so kind and we didn't even make appointments. They truly do you put their customers first. I absolutely love delicate nails and I cannot thank them enough for the great service that they do. My nails have changed so much since starting at delicate nails, my nails were still very young looking and now because of Emily they look very mature, appropriate for my age and they honestly look like acrylics but they're really just my nails! This place is the most clean and professional spa/nail salon establishment I've ever been to. Very customer oriented and very clean. From the entrance to the bathroom or the tools they use, you see that it is in a well sealed sterilized pouch. I only got a powder gel manicure but even hours later, I can't stop looking at how beautiful of a job they did. Asked my preferences, and I left it to them as they are experts and I'm so glad I stuck to my gut. No flaws and they ensured a clean perfect look as my technician was checking the work throughout the process. I can't rave enough about this place. Clean, friendly, warm and professional. The owners are kind to the customers and to the staff. There is often a massage woman who does a terrific job massaging your neck, shoulders, back etc during your manicure. They are happy to make you tea or bring you water. I was impressed from the moment I walked in until the moment that I left. The owner, who I didn't know was my tent nail technician at the time, made sure to make me feel welcomedx comfortable and wanted. I was ashamed of how my nails currently look since they did not last from the last dip powder I had not even 2 weeks ago, where they destroyed my nails as they chipped off. I decided to try this place since I've never seen it before and it looked like it had good reviews. I am so happy that I did. She took my nails from drab to sad in about an hour and a 1/2 to the point that she and another nail technician both worked on my hands to speed up the process. They even gave me a free paraffin treatments he make my hands look extra special and soft. It may have cost me more at the salon than it has in the past but I will definitely be returning thanks to the great customer service time and attention given. read more

The green tea pedicure was good they were very attentive and the gel mani was great too. The staff was attentive massages were great my only issue is that they tend to impose the time on you. I tipped over 20% of the bill but because the technician did not want to share the tip with the massage lady she asked if the remaining cash in my hand was for her. Not very professional and it makes you feel uncomfortable. I was pleased with my service but that left an odd feeling. read more

If I could give them less than one star I would. This is my third or fourth time going here and previously I have not had horrible experiences. I am a college student and I left my nail tech a tip I could afford and instead of being thankful for it, a taller gentleman ridiculed me and told me no one there would do my nails anymore. I would have liked to tip more but the price I was given over the phone was $10 cheaper than what I was charged, I gave them what I could. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I was in a hurry to leave so I called to speak to the manager about my experience and another employee proceeded to YELL at me and hang up on me TWICE! The person who took care of me knew exactly what I wanted, and explained why she left things the way they were in a few places.
