These bakery is located very close to the freeway. It is easy to To park right in front. The conchas were soft and with a good amount of sugar topping. It is possible to pay with a credit card. There were some tables for seating outside.

Moist sweet cake with guava filling in the center! No frosting needed!

Summary of review: New Mexican bakery in Nipomo, close to 101 highway, accepts Apple Pay, Credit Card, Cash, etc. Easy parking on the street on marked parking spots. Delicious traditional baked goods. Pick your tray, serving tongs, pick your choices and pay. Simple. Now go get some pastries! Full review: I didn't want to go home right away but wanted to get something sweet. Off of highway 101, hang a left on Teff and drive towards downtown to find this new, small friendly bakery. So, if this would be your first time visiting a Mexican bakery, here's what you do: 1) check if they accept only cash or if they accept other forms of payment (credit, debit, Apple Pay, etc) 2) Go In, grab a tray and a pair of tongs and check the different pastry displays. Open the display that interest you. Grab some sweets and place them on the tray. Continue until you get a sampling. 3) Go to the cashier, pay and eat. Now you know how it's done! These are all regular baked goods with wheat flour, so there are not gf or special diets items. Seating is available, so you can stay and eat. Drive slowly coming down the hill towards downtown. The building will be on the right and there will be a sign outside by the parking spots. If you go, let me know what you think. Some people might want more variety on the pastries but the selection was good for me.

    MINI CONCHA!!

Mexican bakery with all baked goods made IN HOUSE!! Conchas, empanadas, and a lot more. Prices range from 0.75$-1.00. Self serve- grab a tray, and some tongs. The little drawers slide out. It's reall Conchas were very soft, and sweet. They're a little less sweet than others I have tried. I bought a variety of baked goods, and they were all amazing. Edit:: I do NOT have ANY affiliation to this bakery; I love and support the local businesses in our small town.

Conchita in the shape of a pumpkin (I cut in half to save the other piece for later) and a mini conchita for my little girl.

Hot chocolate was awful, couldn't drink it. The chocolate heart cake had no flavor. Very disappointed.

Absolutely amazing Mexican Bread. If you don't live in Nipomo that's ok. It's worth the drive. Even better than those in Santa María.

The conchas weren't too sweet, and the bread was soft and fresh.

All 4 of us ordered the Tri Tip sandwiches. The tri tip was very flavorful! probably the best tri tip I had ever had. TH=here was some good smoke flavor in that meat. Sliced very thin, it was so easy to eat. No fighting the meat. Bread was buttered. BBQ on the side was Sweet Baby Ray's. I found that the BBQ sauce took away from the sammich, so I did very little dipping. If I come again, which I hope I do, I will order that sammich, but prepared in the same manner in which they prepare the roast beef sandwich. We took some chile verde sausages home to try, and those have a strong and memorable chile taste. For people who do not like spicy, beware. For the rest of us it is a satisfying burn. It is a pork sausage. Wife denied the purchase of the blackberry habanero sausage, so I will be left wondering about those. We also grabbed their pesto mayo. We will be trying that this week. I think I would have liked it on my tri tip sammich. I love pesto on anything. Place ain't cheap, but what is?
