She didn't use any wax, just plucked my eyebrows to the perfect shape and kept the fullness of my eyebrows so she didn't over tweeze! The place is very nice, clean and soothing ambiance. If you live in Fort Myers and haven't been here, it's a MUST!! I've traveled the world and so far this location and one other place in Nevada are my two favorite places to have my eyebrows done!! As soon as she began, the instrument felt like it was burning and stabbing my skin. The pain was excruciating!!! She applied more numbing and kept saying I've done this for 25 years. She even gave me squeeze objects - I felt like I was in a nightmare - tears were flowing and had to yell for her to stop!! She took my money and I was gone never ever to return. I'm back in NY and was seen by several professionals that indicated that I was CUT very deeply and scarring has begun. The pigment she used is so dark it looks like a penciled brows - completely awful, thick line. Saline process is long 8 weeks per session. My alternative now is laser! I order to undo the botch job this person did, I have to see a dermatologist to perform corrective laser. I'm posting this to prevent others from being victimized by this hack!

I have been threading as of late as I will breakout on my forehead from waxing. I was down in the FM and meeting a potential employer and needed a clean-up of my rascally brows. I hit up Ulta's Benefit brow bar. What a lovely experience! She designed them beautifully, waxed 'em and soothed my face so I was literally ready to go. Magic! Whatever products she used I hope are consistent at other Ultas. I will try Ulta again soon up here in Columbus before I go back to my threaders. It was a little more pricey--but without the painful, dryness I am accustomed to elsewhere. Thanks for making waxing a positive for me!
