I'm shocked that Delilah doesn't have a solid, glowing, average 5-star review. I LOVED everything about Delilah. The ambiance, the music, the drinks, the food, the service. And I was there with a colleague from work! I tried to take more pictures, but after I took one, they were quick to come over and say, "no pictures." I think they book up far in advance. So if you're going to Vegas, and even thinking about going here, BOOK IT. Book it for the evening. They have brunch, but the vibes of the place are totally night time, cocktail vibes. What a stunning restaurant! I was respectful of their no photos policy so none to share but imagine being transported back in time to an opulent era where you not only enjoy dining but performances from a live band and showgirls, as well. The outdoor patio was also beautiful - just a different vibe. More like ladies who lunch vibe. Everything we ordered was delicious but skip the "Delilah"s Famous Chicken Tenders." There was nothing special - lack of seasoning, the fried batter was just ok - you definitely needed the sauces. Not worth the calories. We ordered the tuna tartare, Caesar, king crab cavatelli - all delicious. The other item that was just OK was the ribeye. Honestly disappointing - it was thin and a tad chewy. The meat quality wasn't great. I've never turned down a ribeye but would pass on this cut and likely order a different one. I also don't love that they slice it before bringing it out - that could have also contributed to it being rubbery. Cocktails were also a winner. I am super picky about my lychee drinks and the Glow Up was perfectly balanced . This would be a great cocktail spot, as well - they know what they're doing! Service was impeccable. Beyond 5-stars. Delilah is the kind of restaurant you visit to celebrate a special occasion or create a special memory. Very beautiful restaurant, fun atmosphere, food is secondary, not amazing but not bad. The reason for the one star, after spending nearly $1,000 on dinner, minutes after signing my credit card receipt, I was told I could not occupy my table any longer and I needed to leave immediately. On our way out our family wanted to take photos, we were told to stop taking photos that photos were not permitted inside the restaurant. If I continue to take photos I'll be cited for trespassing. How can you create memories without taking photos? You spend $1,000 on dinner and are told to leave and not to take photos? F-that! I'll go to another restaurant that appreciates my business. One of the hardest reservations to land in Vegas - worth the hype. We miraculously landed a walk-in at the bar for Valentine's Day weekend. Drinks were absolutely delicious. Loved the bartender (in addition to outstanding house cocktails, made me a blood & sand with hand-squeezed OJ just because!) Yes, you're paying top dollar (even for Vegas), but it just depends on what you're looking for - ambiance at Delilah is extremely hard to beat, highly recommend grabbing drinks here. One thing I want to day first: our server was amazing! I regret not asking for him mame :/ he was sweet, attentive and knowledgeable. The entertainment if you would call it that was beyond horrible.They played for the first ten minutes of our reservation and then took a 50 minute break.Someone then played for 30 minutes and took a break until our reserved table time ended.It is an insult to anyone's intelligence to call what was on the stage entertainment. We had just visited the Delilah location in Hollywood the week before. I didn't know there was another one at Wynn hotel in Las Vegas. We booked an early dinner for our anniversary. This place is so gorgeous. Lively but still cozy in those comfy sofas. It's much bigger than Hollywood location. We really liked the extensive menu with great seafood choices. We decided on seafood platter, famous chicken tenders, Caesar salads and filet mignon steaks. We didn't order too much cause it was our first anniversary dinner of that evening. The food was so delicious and fresh! The seafood platter had to be the best I'v ever had! We got a very cute anniversary dessert at the end of the meal. The performances were amazing, great singing and dancing during our 2 hour meal. No phones or photos were allowed inside the restaurant! Don't break the rules! Had brunch at Delilah at the Wynn. It was exciting to be escorted inside straight to the Bubble Bar. At the Bubble Bar you begin to feel as though you are being transported to the 1920's. The Great Gatsby time of consumerism, prosperity, cultural change, jazz, and exuberant optimism begins to envelop you! The decor, lighting, artwork, architecture, bars, stage, and staff had me experiencing what it might have been like in the 20's. For brunch, there's a partially set menu. There were starters of seasonal fruit, artisanal pastries for the table. Appetizers for the table include smoked salmon, Delilah's famous chicken tenders & waffles, and baby greens salad. Entrees are of your own choosing. Others at my table enjoyed prime New York strip & eggs, egg white frittata, king crab cavatelli alla vodka, French toast, and I had the king crab avocado toast. The king crab cavatelli alla vodka were completely consumed and others noted that it was a pleasingly rich dish. The egg white frittata was also enjoyed, but so big that only half was consumed. As for the king crab avocado toast, I have to admit that it was disappointing. Sadly, there were only a few pieces of king crab with the rest being imitation crab. The two crabs together do not blend well in taste. I eventually just ate the bits of king crab, pushed the imitation crab off to the side, and ate the thinly smeared avocado toast. I must note that by then, I was being fully entertained by the jazz band and singer. It was such a treat to tap my foot to the lively music and lovely voice of the singer. This place is so gorgeous. It makes you feel like your back in the old Gatsby era, which is one of my favorite arrows. Definitely make sure and dress up because this is a showstopper place. You need a reservation. If not, you will probably wait a very long time for a table. When you arrive, the hostess walks you down to the main dining area which like I said is gorgeous. Now you're not allowed to record in there. You can take photos of your food, but you cannot take video recordings of the place. Our server was so nice and made sure we were good and comfortable and had everything we needed. Also helped us in choosing a great food. We started off with some complementary bread and butter, which is delicious and I also ordered the oysters. I have to stay. The oysters were delicious. They were not fishy at all. They were perfect and silky. We then shared a main entrée which was a bone and ribeye steak medium I know the photo looks like it's overcooked, but it was not. It was just a very dark in there, and you can't turn on flash. We also got a side of grilled asparagus with truffle and they were to die for. We also ordered some potatoes with caviar on top which were divine. The shows that they put on our grade there's women dancing and a great singer as well with a little bit of comedy going on. I've been here for brunch and dinner. I preferred the food at brunch, but the night time atmosphere is so much fun too. Both seatings have live music so it just depends what type of mood you are in. Camera use, for pictures, is discouraged. The restaurant is great about accommodating dietary restrictions. This is a really fun place!! It's also loud, especially at night. Don't expect to be able to have an intimate conversation if you're seated near the stage at night. Brunch is a semi-family style and then individual meals. The first two courses are at set and then you get to choose your main dish. They also offer bottomless mimosas. It's a literal bottomless - they kept refilling our glasses, so they were never empty. Brunch started with a plate of fresh fruit, breads, and pastries. Our vegan friend got her own plate of vegan bread. For the second course, we got a beautiful plate of salmon, decorated with edible flowers, capers, and dill. It came with a serving of bagels and cream cheese so you could created your own salmon and lox. The plate was absolutely beautiful. I wish we could have taken a picture. The other two second courses were salad and chicken and waffles. Both were delicious! I loved the spicy maple syrup on the chicken and waffles. They brought our friend a vegan pasta. She loved it. For mains we got a variety of French toast, steak and eggs, and French omelette. It was a lot of food, but we got to try a little bit of everything. It was such and amazing experience and the live music was amazing. The singer and band really made it fun and lively. It was fun watching them have a good time up on stage. This was true for my dinner visit too. If you can't get a reservation for dinner, the restaurant also has a couple of bars if you want to try to get in after dinner service. Delilah is located in the Wynn hotel. Heads up reservations are almost nearly impossible to come by for a party of two. We have stayed at the Encore 3 times so far this year and can never get a reservation. The concierge recommended we go right at opening as the bar area is open seating. Luckily this did work for us so we finally got to experience Delilah but just a bummer we couldn't snag an actual table. The ambiance inside is absolutely gorgeous and really has a beautiful feel. I get the exclusivity of it! They also have performers that are dancing to add to the feel. Keep in mind if you do choose to sit outside you may get a table but truly a different experience. Otherwise service at the bar was truly phenomenal and our bar tender had such great recommendations. I tried several cocktails and they were delicious, granted, on the pricier side but worth it. For food we had the steak tartare, Mac n cheese, chicken tenders and pigs in the blanket. The Mac n cheese was crispy and rich, probably the best Mac n cheese I have had at an upscale restaurant. Wow to experience eating at this restaurant, I understand why it's so exclusive! We had reservations for Sunday at 830pm. There were several performers including a live jazz band and while we were there, two other singers. Loved the dark and intimate setting. If there's one thing I pay attention to it's the decor.. and it was on point! As soon as we sat down we were greeted by both of our servers. They brought fresh bread with butter. Hubby ordered a drink as per usual before we ordered food. Some yelpers have reported feeling rushed but we didn't get that feeling at all. For food we got the chicken tenders, Caesar salad and cheeseburger with fries. All were great and huge portions! The truffle Parmesan fries did arrive cold to our table so we requested a new batch. My colleagues and I dined at Delilah our first night in Vegas while here for a conference. I was looking for hot spots to try, and this consistently came up on many a list I checked. That, combined with the fact that one of my colleagues had dined here with good things to say, pretty much sealed the deal - so off we went. Delilah is located in the Wynn in an area away from the casino which in my opinion makes it stand out more. I was told beforehand that reservations could be tough but I made one a little more than 3 out with minimal issues. As we were being led to our table, we were told that pictures were not allowed inside - mainly to respect the privacy of the people that dine there. I was a fan of the decor - it had a vintage aesthetic with low lighting, plush seating, and high-end finishes; lots of greens and golds. The focal point of the dining room was a stage which hosted musicians playing jazz (at least while we were there). The vibes were on. The food was mostly new American; they had a variety of apps, salads, raw bar items, sides, and mains - plus a dedicated section for steaks, and desserts. We decided to start with the chicken tenders and the king crab endive salad. These were both very good - the tenders are one of their signature items and came with a variety of sauces to dip; they were good, but not life changing. The salad was good as well - it had good flavor, and what I really liked about it was that the endive served as a cup that was stuffed with the crab - it made sharing and eating very efficient. For my main I was feeling seafood so I went with their sea bass. This was served with Swiss chard, turnips, and sunchoke in a citrus herb sauce. The dish was great - the fish was super tender and the combination of veg and the sauce complemented it well. Our server explained this was a newer dish that was proving to be popular, so he definitely steered me in the right direction. We got some sides for the table - namely the carrot soufflé, asparagus, and the potatoes with caviar. The soufflé was the biggest standout for me - it had big flavor and almost tasted like a carrot cake without the frosting. The asparagus and potatoes were great as well - all were solid. We were told the desserts were large, so we all decided to share one - namely the brownie - Kendall's Slutty Brownie to be exact. This was a chocolate chip and Oreo brownie that was topped with a chocolate shell - our server then poured hot chocolate fondue on top of the shell which gave way to a scoop of vanilla ice cream inside. The brownie was surprisingly not too sweet which was a good thing - really a great finisher to our meal. Cocktails also shouldn't be missed - I had the spicy margarita which was solid. Service was excellent, our server was attentive and did a great job making sure we were taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience at Delilah - the food is good, though I do feel that it is a little overpriced for what I got. Regardless, this was one of my favorite dining experiences while in Vegas and wouldn't hesitate to return the next time I'm in the city. read more

The overall ambiance of Delilah was amazing, you feel like you're walking into a 1920s supper club. Unfortunately we were sat right next to the stage and it was super loud, also restricted our view of the singer/dancers. Upon arrival the waiter was nice but when we asked for the uni Truffel appetizer it was a nope not on menu sorry next. He was not personable! Our group ordered our dinner thinking it would be spaced out. NO it was not in any way!!!! Literally 2nd came when we were not done with appetizers, no gap between main and our group couldn't even enjoy each course. This was by far the best dinner experience I've had in Vegas. It's super swanky inside with a 20's inspired theme that reminds me of old Miami and Cuba clubs. There was a 2 man band and a singer on stage that played slow jazz renditions to modern day songs. The food was great and the drinks were flowing. We were really looking forward to dining at Delilah and had actually worked with the concierge well in advance to secure the reservation because we had heard such great things about the restaurant. When we arrived, we were sent to the Bubble Bar for a drink while we waited for our table, which was completely fine since we were a bit early. After about 10 minutes we were escorted to our table, but unfortunately that's where the experience started to go downhill. We sat for over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our table. When we politely mentioned the wait, the response felt dismissive and the interaction made us feel poorly treated rather than welcomed. At that point we had already been waiting quite a while longer and honestly considered leaving. The tone from the service staff was unexpectedly rude, which was disappointing given the reputation of the restaurant. Once our waitress finally came over, we decided to make the best of the situation and continue with dinner, but the experience had already been soured. Because of the service, we chose to keep it to just dinner and skipped another round of drinks and dessert, which is very unlike us. To be fair, the food itself was very good. I ordered the sea bass and my husband had the filet, and both dishes were excellent. But unfortunately the service completely overshadowed what should have been a memorable evening. When my daughter turned 21 this was the spot! She had heard great things and wanted to go. Making a reservation-was easy to do so we did it all online! Thursday 13th November @ 5:30pm. Note: our party had a 13yr old so please be aware you must be 12yrs and over to even eat here and from 7:00pm onwards is 21+ over. Let's start with parking: super easy! Wynn casino has 0-3hrs free! We parked in self-parking and there are three floors to choose from. The restaurant is away from all the hustle and bustle of the casino gambling area and tucked away in the back. On arrival you will find a greeter / host and security guards. We walked straight up, gave our name and were seated promptly. Everyone was so friendly and full of energy. Food was good and so were the drinks! Unfortunately they have a strict no picture taking policy (even in the bathrooms!) sorry no pics to share on Yelp. Overall a beautiful restaurant with outstanding service! This is why 4stars But the food was good - not great! And leas 1 star for the food. The best Delilah. Like the OG Delilah, the femme fatale from the Book of Judges who cut off Samson's hair and sapped his strength, the Spicy Siena margarita sapped mine. One of the best drinks I've ever had. Casamigos Reposado tequila and cointreau, agave for sweetness, lime juice for tartness, with a Fresno chili and Tajin rim for heat. The first two were great, the third was blurry. We were seated in the very corner, so I could only see the singer's face once in a while, like when you drive up to Mt. Rushmore and you see sneak previews of George Washington's nose. Still, the corner seat was much more private and romantic, so no complaints. Her impeccable 80s-90s playlist included songs like Janet's "What Have You Done For Me Lately", Whitney's "I'm Your Baby Tonight", Mariah's "Fantasy", Bowie's "Let's Dance", Blondie's "Heart of Glass", and Shirley's "Hey Big Spender" which was dedicated to all of us. Like the badass cross-dressing thief-turned-magician in a world of parallel Londons from V.E. Schwab's Shades of Magic series, Delilah is magical. Magical in the sense that it is the mix between a 1920s art deco Miami mobster musical with a vintage decadent 1950s supper club, with sweeping sets of staircases, bronze sculptures, brass palm trees, silk velvets, fumed oak, and French linens. And also magical in the sense of making $265 disappear. We ate our bread to start, which was fluffy and tasted like a salty poundcake. The wedge had so much blue cheese my tongue turned purple. The outstanding lemon dressing on the caesar was so good I wanted to drink it. (The salad is a little clumsy with whole romaine leaves and motel soap sized croutons, so you may need to cut it). The perfect chicken tenders were plump, super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with three dipping sauces. The mushrooms were the best I ever had. I'd skip the pureed potatoes. A fan of their macaroni and cheese, my wife informed me that the dry french toast-sized block was overcooked. It tasted like leftovers, though, in their defense, I am certain they would have fixed it if my wife allowed me to ask because the service is five star. Instead I just shut up and held her purse and watched the head sing. Like the long distance romance with the titular subject of the 2006 acoustic ballad "Hey There Delilah" I will be longing for this excellent restaurant back in San Jose. It's among my favorite restaurants, if not the prettiest. In the words of the Plain White T's, "I'm a half thousand miles away, but girl, tonight you look so pretty, Yes, you do. Times Square can't shine as bright as you, I swear it's true... A half thousand miles seems pretty far, but they've got planes and trains and cars, I'd walk to you if I had no other way." PS. Anyways...It was delectable, I ordered two! I went here with a big group of friends for a bachelorette party. And we had a set menu, everything was so delish. My friend made the reservation, she said that it was a little tricky to get a big table, as there was about 15 of us. But she made multiple reservations, then inquired on their instagram about ensuring we were all together. I'd recommend that if you're a party of two, don't count on doing a walk-in. This was my second attempt trying to get bar seating downstairs -- I tried on both of my Vegas trips, and honestly, it ruined my dinner plans both times. Their bars are technically first-come, first-served, but when you show up, they "look into it" and then tell you they're "fully committed." For context, this was on a Tuesday, not even a weekend.I want to add you don't want to get in as soon as they open because music starts around 6:30pm. They do have a bar upstairs that's always available, but it feels more like a check-in area that's been turned into a bar, not the real experience. It's worth noting that they almost always have reservations open for tables of four, even up to the day before, but never for two. And if you look at the layout, the nicer tables near the music are all for larger parties -- meaning, even with a reservation, they might seat you on the patio instead. I might change my review once I actually get to dine there, but for now, it feels like they're trying too hard to seem exclusive -- and it comes across as unwelcoming. And that's saying something, because I actually enjoy a little pretentiousness -- just not when it gets in the way of dinner! read more

We stayed at the Wynn Hotel and tried to get reservations at Delilah because we were told this was a must try place while in Vegas. We got a late 10:30 dinner reservation. Located in the Wynn Hotel Delilah is an extremely high end supper club. We had to make sure we wore our best. Inside there is a upper floor with a bar and waiting area and then you are seated downstairs for dinner. They have live jazz performances as well as dancers in the middle of the room. The menu was eclectic. There was everything from chicken tenders to beef wellington. My husband ordered the chicken tenders and I got the burger because we weren't really hungry. But I had to order the carrot souffle. I also had a non alcoholic cocktail called the Monroe which had quite a kick to it. The burger was cooked perfectly medium. The chicken tenders was hot and crispy. But as dishes they tasted pretty average. The portions are quite big. The carrot souffle was the best part. It's pretty sweet and delicious. I definitely recommend it especially as a dessert. Service was on a whole other level. They even used napkins to block the back splash of water as they fill your cup. The waitress was courteous, helpful, and attentive. It is definitely an expereince. read more

Okay WOW -- where do I even begin with this place?! From the moment we walked in, it honestly felt like stepping into a completely different world. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning -- every little detail is so thoughtfully designed, and the whole vibe is just chef's kiss. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best parts of the entire night. The energy, the talent, the ambiance -- it made the whole experience feel so elevated and special. BUT... here's where things took a bit of a turn. We came to celebrate my mom's birthday, and she was SO excited. I mean really, really excited. She had heard so many great things about how fun and special birthdays are here -- the little celebrations, the treats, the attention -- and she was genuinely looking forward to that moment. It wasn't just dinner for her, it was an experience she had been anticipating. During the night, we actually saw not one, but TWO other tables celebrating birthdays. They got special treatment, desserts, the whole thing -- and it looked so fun and thoughtful. Naturally, we assumed my mom's moment was coming. But... it never did. We waited... and waited... and waited. Nothing. We gently reminded the staff. Then again. And again. I think we mentioned it about four different times throughout the evening -- always politely -- just thinking maybe it slipped through the cracks and they'd fix it. But somehow, it just never happened. And honestly, that part was really hard to watch. My mom tried to brush it off, but you could tell she was disappointed. At one point she genuinely looked like she might cry, which just broke my heart. It's not even about the dessert itself -- it's about feeling seen and celebrated, especially on your birthday. So while the atmosphere, music, and food were all absolutely amazing... the service in that one important area really missed the mark. I would still say this is a beautiful, memorable place with so much going for it -- but if you're going to be known for creating special moments, especially for celebrations, it's really important to follow through consistently. Thanksgiving Day dinner at the really hard to get into restaurant inside the Wynn was pretty exciting! The no photography policy is pretty strict. I did manage to take a few of my food. The service is top notch! They are very attentive. They are so attentive that when you order your drinks, they want you to order your appetizer and main courses right away. The 2 hour policy is in full effect. We were seated in the bar area in some leopard printed seats and pillows that were in need of replacing. They have seen better days. We were a party of 4 family of 2 kids and they sat us in sofa chairs that had been used by many many people so many people that I had to ask for a chair because I was in a dress and kept sliding down. My kids ended up sitting on pillows to reach. Horrible. The ambiance was more of low key chill vibe. Jazz like music. A few girls dancing in a family friendly dress. All very classy. Onto the food, the steak was cooked to perfection. Nice and pink on the inside and just a pinch of salt. The Mac n cheese was a flat square shaped loaf of yummy goodness. The truffle fries were on point like the shoe string fries you used to get from McDonalds but with truffle! The best drink I ever had was the Kylie drink! Champagne with soda water and tequila. Very soft and refreshing! The chocolate brownie with ice cream was amazing. Lots of chocolate and moist. The lobster rolls were very tasty but petite I wanted more! I would definitely come back but next time ask for a table with regular chairs and I'd gladly spend another $1k. read more

I would highly recommend this delightful restaurant. It's luxurious, to say the least. I had the pleasure of dining here on Mother's Day so they did not enforce the strict "no videos or photography" policy--even in the bathroom (don't be nasty)--as they want to make sure guests are present and maintaining that exclusive lounge appeal. Service, AMAZING! My server was constantly checking in and smooth. I didn't even notice that my water was always full and the table was cleared without any clumsy transition. I like to think that it was because I was so distracted by the amazing live performances happening in front of me. Not a bad seat in the house to witness the spectacular cabaret. Now food, AMAZING! You definitely get what you pay for with choice prime ingredients like lobster, scallops, and caviar. Definitely be ready to spend but also know that the food is just the right portion to feel like you've eaten your money's worth. Great for couples and groups but it is a good time. I came here as a walk in on a Thursday evening so we were able to go in and self-seat in one of the lounge spaces in the main level. Super cute spot and we got lucky and still got a view of the live music We got some light bites (you have to ask for it) along with our cocktails. Film Noir: Their Old Fashion. it was bordering a little sweet for me but it still tasted fantastic and you could get a whiff of the citrus with every sip which I loved Hollywood Land: My favorite. it was like a ginger sour and it was amazing!! Naked and Famous-ish: I wanted something that I would typically go with so I asked door a Naked and Famous-like cocktail. Also delicious! Truffle Lobster Rolls: These were really good. Again, emphasis on the light bites - it comes with three 'sliders' but I savored each bite. DELICIOUS. very light and refreshing but also i diligent because of the brioche bun and i think it comes with Fries: They were okay, and teensy soggy.
