Delmonico delivered one of my favorite meals in Vegas. The lobster bisque was so flavorful, and the filet mignon with sautéed garlic mushrooms as a side made my day like Clint Eastwood. The 2021 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon was an excellent pairing. Don't be afraid to ask your server for wine and food recommendations; they know the menu well. Finish with the banana cream pie. Every recommendation was a grand slam!

Delmonico Steakhouse by Emeril Lagasse (this particular restaurant is not associated with the Delmonico's chain) is located in "restaurant row" in The Venetian Las Vegas. Our group of 3 arrived on time for our reservation, were seated right away and everything here from the service to the food, was on point all night. We each started with a cocktail, everyone in our group ordered a steak, and we requested au gratin potatoes and broccoli for the table. We also shared a bottle of wine that was suggested by our server, and finished with the bananas foster, flambeed tableside by the wait staff. Everything we ordered was excellent, and all the staff were outgoing, helpful with wine suggestions and very personable, if not maybe a little too chatty at times; Twice when they stopped by to check on our table, that became a 5 minute conversation with our waiter, while we were trying to eat and talk business. In all, I'd happily return here again.

Pretty good steak. I didn't realize this was Emeril's restaurant until after I ate here. At my age now, I was barely able to put down the 16 oz ribeye, but that's at no fault of the steak; it was perfectly cooked. Ordered a bunch of sides and shareables with the table. Reservations required.

Pleeeeease keep this on your menu, pretty please~!

Delmonico is a must-visit every single time we're in Vegas! We love stopping by the bar for drinks and bites. Our usual go-tos are the 'Hand-Cut Sea Salt Steak Fries' and the 'Creole Boiled Gulf Shrimp Cocktail', and this time we tried the new 'Oven-Dried Tomato & Three Cheese Ravioli.' It was incredible--super savory, smooth, with the absolute perfect amount of cheese. I reeeally hope they keep it on the menu! Also, their 'Lobster Bisque' is consistently wonderful. Highly recommend hitting up the bar here! Their full menu for easy access: https://delmonicosteakhouse.com/menus/

We've been twice now, once for dinner and once for lunch. This is a reliable place with good options. We particularly like that they offer a lunch special (prix fixe) for $50. It's a handsome room. You sink into the chairs. Tables are roomy. I especially appreciate that, unlike most restaurants these days, they aren't trying to shove people on top of each other in tightly spaced tables or banquettes. This place is comfortable. We've had the lobster bisque (delicious), the barbecued shrimp (you need to really like barbecue sauce as these are loaded with it), the caviar deviled eggs (good), and the tenderloin sandwich (great) for lunch. For dinner, we've enjoyed the filet and a really tasty mac n cheese. The banana cream pie is worth the hype. Save room for that. Another good place from Emeril. Recommend!

Delmonico Steakhouse is a decent place here at the Palazzo. We have been here before and since we didn't do steaks here, we saved the spend for the caviar. Service was fine, expected lags on a Saturday night during peak hours. It's a clean-look restaurant, nice soft touches and a nice place to celebrate a special occasion. As far as the food, as expected, the caviar was excellent including the accompanying garnishing that came with it. The French onion soup was ok, good flavor although the Gumbo is too salty. Overall decent place.

This is an experience if you want delicious food and amazing service. We got seated right away at our reservation time and from the moment we sat down they were always making sure we were taken care of with food and drinks. The ambiance was romantic and calm, a great we to end the night. We had steaks and snow crab legs for main courses along with Caesar salad and potato chips as appetizer. Everything was amazing! Steaks grilled perfectly & the snow crab legs were already cracked and a good quantity.

I've always been a fan of Emeril, so dining at Delmonico inside the Venetian has been on my list for a while. The restaurant itself is beautiful and definitely delivers that upscale Vegas dining vibe. That said, the experience didn't quite live up to the anticipation. Service felt a bit off from the start--less warm and engaging than you'd expect for a restaurant of this level. As for the food, there were a few bright spots. The potatoes were honestly the highlight--perfectly done and full of flavor. The steak, however, didn't wow me the way I expected, especially given the reputation. I also tried the Wagyu dessert, which was unique but not something I'd order again. The banana cream pie was just okay. It's always a little disappointing when a place you're excited about doesn't fully deliver, but I still admire Emeril and what he's built. I'd be open to trying one of his other restaurants in the future--just not sure I'd return to this one.

I recently dined at Delmonico Steakhouse inside The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas for my brother-in-law's birthday celebration, and while I walked in with high expectations--as I always do for steakhouses--this experience fell well short of what I'd hoped for, especially at these prices. The restaurant itself looks stunning as you enter: very elegant and high-end, with an impressive wine cooler right up front that really sets a luxurious tone. The ambiance is polished and upscale, and if you avoid the restrooms, you'd never guess there were issues elsewhere. Our server, Carlos, was outstanding--attentive, professional, and genuinely trying his best to make things right despite the problems. The manager (the guy in the suit who checks on tables) was also great and handled our concerns well. Service from the front-of-house team was a highlight. Unfortunately, the food was where things went wrong. We spent close to $1,000, and the steak--nearly $100 itself--was mediocre at best. It arrived completely undercooked (way off from what we ordered), had to be sent back to be re-cooked, and even then came out wrong again. We also received the incorrect sides, and the drinks were underwhelming and not up to par. The only standout was the mashed potatoes--they came out perfectly and tasted really good, which was a small bright spot. For a place of this caliber (from Emeril Lagasse, no less), there seemed to be a real lack of quality control and expediting in the kitchen. Orders were inaccurate, and execution was inconsistent. One more downside: the hallway to the restrooms had a strong sewage smell, and there was something on the floor covered by a napkin (hoping it was just a spill, but the odor was unmistakable). The restrooms themselves could use some attention too. We were celebrating a special occasion, and while the staff did their best to salvage it, the food issues made it disappointing overall. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure I'd recommend Delmonico right now--you're taking a chance. If the kitchen can get its act together, it has the potential to be great, but this visit didn't live up to the hype or the price tag. Good luck if you decide to go.

Delmonico has quickly become one of my favorite places to dine when my husband and I are at the Venetian. As Las Vegas locals, we see a lot of shows at Sphere and the theaters at Venetian and Palazzo. Delmonico is centrally located within restaurant row, so it's very convenient to make a reservation any time we go. It's just a short walk from either parking garage and then a small walk to the shows. The staff is always attentive and the process of ordering, getting the food, and making sure we are taken care of runs like a well-oiled machine. The ambience is so nice - a mix of modern and old-school dining that is upscale but not portentous. The seats are comfortable and the atmosphere is inviting. There are plenty of tables to seat larger parties and even more that can accommodate smaller parties like mine. They are spaced nicely apart so you don't feel like you are involved with the people dining next to you and angled smartly for privacy. We have dined here several times (for lunch and dinner) and each time has been better than the last. The food is incredibly flavorful, cooked perfectly, and always prepared the way it's requested. We try to make a point to try something new each time we dine, and we have not been disappointed in any of the menu items we've ordered. In fact, it's made it difficult just to order a few items because we want to order everything again. That's a good problem to have. We will definitely be back again (as I look through my calendar to see when our next show will be so I can make a reservation)!

We hosted a Christmas birthday dinner for my dad here with a group of 10, and the experience was excellent. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the service was incredibly attentive, polished, and unhurried. Courses arrived promptly and, impressively, everyone at the table was served at the same time, no awkward waits or staggered plates. Additionally, we enjoyed the pomp of the Ceaser salad and one steak being prepared table side. The food was consistently well executed across the board, classic steakhouse cooking done right. If there's one minor critique, it's that the side dishes, while tasty and well made, skewed a bit heavy, and a little more variety or lighter options would have been welcome. Still, Delmonico handled a large holiday dinner flawlessly and delivered a memorable steakhouse experience.

Located inside of the Venetian, we enjoyed a delicious and relaxing meal. We stopped in for a cocktail before our dinner. We asked about happy hour because it was advertised. The bar server didn't know about this. Either way, we enjoyed a couple of drinks. Dinner service was excellent. Service was top notch. Our Caesar salad made table side was the highlight of the evening. My filet was cooked perfectly. This meal was so satisfying that we actually could not eat the complimentary anniversary dessert.

Guy who checked our IDs let us know this place is like walking into a Midwestern basement and that they serve beers only. I thought this was so helpful because imagine walking in and thinking they served cocktails only to realize it was beer only. When we walked in it did look like you walked into a basement. Lol The place is very retro and I loved the beer cans on the wall. They have a photo booth located in the back right corner for $5 for 2 strips. Honestly, this place was cool but only downside was I felt like it had dead air. I was sweating in there, but the vibe did overpower my only complaint. Service was good. We sat at the bar and were helped right away. I looked through their menu and settled on a fruit beer while my friend had a stout. Trust, there's something for everyone whether you love or like beer. I saw that they served food but my friend and I just came for drinks. I definitely recommend checking this place out. Very cool area and the selection of beers is great.

The lambic we were were drinking cost $14 per bottle/glass. We ordered ONE bottle of his recommended beer "Framboise 2022" (which was not as good as the $14 one we were drinking, btw), at a cost of $35. We were heading to a show so when the bill came we were in a hurry so paid it without reviewing it. Our bad, but much more so the bartender's as he ensured 1) a larger bill for the owner, and 2) a bigger tip for himself. You also can really see when your light is green due to the bar not having much of an area to see the reflection. I only ended up getting 2 free drinks. The sweetest and friendliest which is always a nice thing to experience whenever you're out anywhere. Full bar as well as restaurant so food served as well. It's a nice place when the weather is great for outdoor seating as it's along the walkway to the stadium. Just along the side of New York New York. It's a decent place for a drink. Perfect for people watching as well. Family friendly if you have kids. This visit, everyone was there for a drink and to beat the heat. First time and it was great. Tabitha was a doll and amazing. Very friendly and sweet.

There is a kiosk to order food, and you pick it up. You also get your own drinks unless you order something from the bar. You also clean up after yourselves. The food was barely warm when we got it right after our buzzer went off. The portion size was relatively large. We ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, the pulled pork with fries, and a platter. The food was tasty, but I'm sure it would have been better a little hotter. I do like the many drink options as well. The vibe was fun. A lot of people in to watch the World Cup. There was some great energy there.

Inside the FIFA game was being broadcasted and outside a live band was playing. I want to come here again sometime! My drink was on the stronger side. I should have asked a bartender about some recommendations instead of trying to figure it out on my own. Everyone was pretty friendly too. I ordered the Galaxie and my friend ordered the Caprice. Tbh, the Caprice was more my vibe since I like my cocktails on the sweeter side. I loved the ambiance. The vibes were giving cool. Their photo booth in the back is pretty lit too. It was $8 for one strip x4 pictures. I thought this photo booth out of the ones I have previously encountered downtown was one of the better quality ones. Looking forward to coming here again and spending a whole night here instead of bar hopping it.

I loved the 70's like theme that this establishment had and their accessories (such as the Photo Booth). The service was quick and friendly. I also enjoyed the outdoor patio with the welcoming stage and camp-like decor. I will definitely be coming back for more Photo Booth memories and on tap options!

Round Five Espresso Martini Day Review…read more Drinks: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Came in for their espresso martinis, which were all delicious. We ordered the Biscoff Cookie Butter with Cookie Butter Cold Foam, Crème Brûlée, and Affogato. All 3 were delicious! Sometimes espresso martinis are hit and miss for me, I like them on the creamier and sweeter side vs. the espresso side and all 3 of these matched my expectations. We wanted to try their espresso martini Jell-O shots but by the time we got there they were sold out. Service was okay but still good. Weren't greeted when we walked in and they were just very busy. We were kind of confused if someone was going to come and take our order or we needed to go to the bar. When I was here before, someone came to my table to get my order but then today I had to go to the bar to order my drinks so that was a bit confusing for me. :/ I would definitely come again for an espresso martini day!
