Totally blanked and forgot to take pictures of the menu! The spot is pretty well-known around Las Vegas. We came here with a group. We were able to try the pasta the halibut as well as the steak. The bread they offer is soft and super good. The sangria was also pretty good. Everyone else enjoyed their dishes. My dish was the one with chicken mushrooms and mashed potatoes and it was delicious. Service was interesting here for the most part our waiter was attentive. However, when they brought out the tiramisu, it was a little grainy for my taste. We tried to get the waiters attention so we could say something. however at this point, the entire restaurant was packed so we ended up just leaving it as is. The restaurant is very upscale people definitely dress to impress here. The outside seating is absolutely beautiful. I wish that we would have sat outside. This restaurant is like most places on the strip on the pricier side. You are going to be spending a little bit of money here, especially if you do the appetizers and dessert, but in my opinion, it's pretty worth it. Our sommelier, Luca, let us taste the wines we were torn between, and then my husband and I ended up picking one of each. We haven't drunken a lot of Italian wines in our time, so we were unsure. Poggione Brunello $42 Barolo $38 Polpettine: the meatballs were great. The polenta fries were just okay, I feel like they needed some sort of sauce to go with it. $26 Osso buco: My husband found it slightly underwhelming/one-note. I thought the bone marrow was great. The risotto was a small portion. The veal was very tender, but not super flavorful. $75 Cioppino: great tomato saffron broth, and a big portion of seafood. The seafood was extremely fresh - massive scallops, shrimp, lobster tail, and lots of clams. Came with a thick piece of sourdough on top and sourdough soaked in the bottom of the broth (which I didn't like as much). $85 Service from Thomas was great. Amazing if pricey Italian food. It's pretty fancy here and prices are high even at current Vegas restaurant insanity. The Insalata di Rinforzo -Chef's Garden specialty mixed greens, honey crisp apple, pistachio cream, truffied caciotta cheese, aged balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. Fagotelli "Sinatra" braised Wagyu short rib and duck liver filled pasta. Parmigiano Reggiano cream sauce with Pennette was fabulous. We were really looking forward to dining at Sinatra at Encore, but unfortunately it turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in Las Vegas. We specifically called four days in advance to reserve the lasagna, even though the restaurant only requires a 72-hour notice. Despite following their instructions, we were told the chef did not want to make it. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, the gentleman who appeared to be the head manager, wearing glasses, was dismissive and rude. He repeatedly tapped his fingers on the counter while questioning us about who we spoke with on the phone, even though our special request was clearly printed on our reservation ticket. The entire interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Rather than taking responsibility for what was obviously documented in their own system, the staff focused on challenging us instead of making things right. The poor attitude from management, combined with the chef's refusal to honor a properly reserved request, completely overshadowed what should have been a special dining experience. For a restaurant carrying the Sinatra name and located inside Encore, the level of customer service was incredibly disappointing. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant based on the way we were treated. read more

The restaurant is absolutely stunning; high ceilings, elegant ambiance without feeling overly stuffy. The crowd definitely leaned older. Service was excellent: attentive, professional, and consistently on point. The food was good, but nothing completely blew me away. If you are looking for classic and well executed Italian restaurant; then this is the place. The Panzanella di Granchio felt like a deconstructed crab cake. It was fresh with nicely balanced flavors, but not necessarily a standout. The Fagotelli "Sinatra" was enjoyable, almost like an Italian dumpling. The pasta was delicate and thin, and the braised Wagyu short rib filling was very tender with great depth of flavor. The Veal Parmigiana was the true star of the night. Incredibly tender, with perfectly seasoned breading. The cheese was rich and indulgent, made me think of a decadent cheese pizza(but instead of crust, with veal), and the sauce was absolutely flawless. For dessert, we had the tiramisu. I loved the layered presentation in a cup. Everything tasted light and not overly sweet. The coffee at the bottom was a unique touch that really enhanced the overall flavor. read more

Located inside the Encore, this restaurant offers guests a classy, upscale and elegant vibe, and a menu with plenty of dining and beverage options to choose from. I ordered the seabass with roasted vegetables. The seabass was delicious. It wasn't overly seasoned and was cooked to perfection. The vegetables had a light char and were very flavorful. The Chef surprised me with two complementary desserts, which were visually spectacular and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had a wonderful disposition. Kudos, to Pete Purdy, (General Manager), after introducing himself, he inquired about my meal and asked was there anything additional he could do. Great ambiance and classy vibes. Food was decent and filling. We got the beef carpaccio, which didn't disappoint. The Ossobuco is one of their popular choices to try. The meat was very tender, but for the overall taste it was okay. We had a reservation but waited about 15 mins before we were seated. One thing I've noticed lately, the prior star of the show - veal Parmesan for some reason they're unable to get the cutlet fried to slightly crispy as a classic veal Parm should be. Despite asking the server on three prior occasions to make sure this was the case each time it came out very flimsy. Still looks and taste great, but just lacking that crisp that is necessary. Sinatra is a great place to go if you're staying at the encore or Wynn and want somewhere less crazy. Great service from start to finish, nice upscale yet chill vibe .. and the food was standout. The Insalata Primaverile was a great start and one of the better salads I've had in some time. The veal parmigiana is excellent and more than enough to share with two (or more) if you're sharing dishes. They had a truffle fettuccine that was an off menu special and probably the best thing we had -- which says a lot because everything was great. They went all in on the truffle. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff members were friendly and attentive. We arrived early so we could enjoy a drink at the bar. My husband had the old fashion that had a large cube of ice with a fedora hat etched in it, such a nice detail. I like a sweeter drinks so I had the raspberry lemon drop martini, which was quite nice. Once we were seated, we were served a warm basket of bread with whipped butter. All the bread is made in house and is excellent. Especially the raisin bread. We had the Insalata de Biete, Fagotelli "Sinatra", Branzino, and Capello for dessert. All excellent dishes. Went here last friday for my mom's birthday and had an amazing experience! I booked my reservation online and put that it was a birthday dinner. When I arrived, they asked whose birthday it was and ended up bringing out a free dessert for her at the end of our meal. All of the food here was delicious, you can't go wrong with what you order. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. I had the Astice which is pasta with lobster. It was so good and the lobster portion size was great! Had wanted to try this place since I was coming here as a tourist. Took more than a decade but I finally made it in. Really nice inside, very elegant. Was greeted quickly and sat immediately. They gave my wife a little chair for her purse, it's that kind of fancy I always order the meatballs at any Italian restaurant and it was no different here. They were delicious, not too soft, not too firm. Prosciutto was delicious as well, served with cantaloupe that was fresh and sweet. Caprese was a typical presentation it very good For our mains we had the salmon, ravioli, short rib and the lobster fra diavlo. Both were very well done. Lobster was just spicy enough, pasta cooked perfectly. Lobster was plentiful and cooked exactly right. Ravioli was delicious as well, salmon served over sweet pea ragu. Short rib was tender and fall off the bone good. Everything was cooked perfectly Dessert was a collection of things and all were like art pieces and tasted as good as they looked. This was truly a phenomenal and memorable meal. And that is saying a lot because I consider myself more of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant fanatic rather than a fine dining guy. However Sinatra's really impressed me. Every single bite of food I had was fresh, and all of these familiar dishes were uniquely and spectacularly prepared. The caprese - so much character there with the fresh mozzarella and some of the most flavorful tomatoes I've had. The fried mozzarella - blissful. How can something fried taste so clean?? Here at Sinatra once again to celebrate my wife's birthday. This great Italian restaurant located off the Encore casino floor has an old school Vegas vibe. They have the pictures of Frank and the Rat Pack on the walls as well as a few of Frank's awards. Music is always old lounge songs. The TV over the bar is always playing Rat Pack movies. We had reservations but it was super busy and we had to wait about 15 minutes past our reserved time to get a table. Once we were seated, our waiter quickly explained the menu and brought our drinks. For appetizers, we started with the complimentary bread basket and split a cesar salad. The bread was excellent! Very soft and tasty. The salad was fresh and crispy with a good sauce and croutons. Their menu has changed with a lot of our favorites no longer being offered. Franks favorite spaghetti and clams, the venison, and the pork chops are no longer offered. So for our entrees we had the filet mignon with mushrooms and the linguine with clams. The filet mignon was served at exactly the right temperature (medium rare) and the mushroom and sauce were a great accompaniment. The linguine with clams replaced Frank's favorite spaghetti with clams and is a good replacement. Linguine noodles had the right bite, the clams were juicy, and the sauce tied it all together. As it was my wife's birthday, she got a nice card and a complimentary dessert (vanilla custard with blueberries). Five stars as always. read more

Of all the restaurants I've ever visited in my nearly 58 years on Planet Earth, Sinatra is my favorite. The fact it's officially-sanctioned by the Sinatra family makes it THAT MUCH MORE my favorite! Situated in the corner of the Encore Hotel right next to the High-Roller gambling area, Sinatra welcomes you into its classy, comfortable foyer & bar. Oh yeah, before I forget, definitely call ahead to get a reservation here as I'm sure it's the favorite restaurant of many more than just me. ;-) The bar is kinda small but still amazing. I always, always order a Jack & Coke here (though I usually modify it to Gentleman Jack & Coke Zero) in honor of The Chairman of The Board. The dining area consists of one large main room across from the bar, followed by a more intimate room in the back. There's also outdoor seating in the garden next to the windows (haven't yet done this myself). Since I've been coming here fairly regularly for the last several years, I've settled into a routine: A glass of wine to match the Ossobuco "My Way" I invariably order for my main. Then, if I'm feelin' it, an appetizer and/or dessert to bookend the meal. The servers have always been outstanding, with an old-skool high-flyin' Vegas vibe. It truly makes the experience for me! One day I'll start eating my way through the rest of the menu. ;-) But for now, this is my favorite meal in the universe! Can't wait to get back to Sinatra again. Great service, food. Loved the little chair that was given for my purse. Was very disappointed that we were sat by a group of kids who yelled and had their iPads turned up loud for all to hear and they said they had a strict policy on dress code and that was far from the case. Dined here for a second time before seeing the Eagles at The Sphere. We had a reservation early enough which I thought would give us ample time to make the concert. We arrived to find the place slammed and chaotic. The hostesses seemed to have no control and frankly, little concern over seating and I had to fight to secure my reservation by flagging down a manager and asking for his help. We were seated eventually and had a nice meal in spite of it all but arrived to the concert a little late. I would return as the food, service, ambiance are all excellent. Our waiter, asst waiter, sommelier, and everyone who visited our table made this meal that much more special. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and made perfect suggestions. Walked in and was seated right away. The ambience of the restaurant is lightly dim with beautiful decorations inside. I sat at a table close to the bar and the chair was really comfortable and it was beautiful inside. I was greeted by my waiter Mario who by the way did a fantastic job the whole night and made sure that my dining experience was perfect. I started the night to drink with a Diet Coke. I wanted to try the butternut squash soup so I tried Cappuccino Di Zucca. It was delicious, smooth and easy to sip. For dinner I ordered the Pennette. This was a nice dish, meat and pasta. When I asked our server Tim whether there was a gluten-free menu, he said no. Fine, not every restaurant has one. But when I followed up and asked him to help me identify which items I could safely eat, he responded, "If you look at the menu, it's obvious," and walked away. We flagged him down a second time to address what had just happened. Rather than offer any assistance or a genuine apology, he told us "sorry you took it that way" a non apology that placed the problem on me rather than his conduct. This isn't a minor lapse in hospitality. Dietary restrictions tied to health conditions aren't optional preferences, they require accurate, attentive guidance from staff. Dismissing a guest's need for that information is the equivalent of pointing someone who needs a wheelchair ramp toward the stairs and telling them to figure it out. A guest managing a health condition deserves basic attentiveness, not to be made to feel like a burden. It's not just rude it reflects a gap in training that can have real consequences. I left without eating and took my business off property entirely. For a Wynn restaurant, that's not just a service failure it's a lost guest. I hope management addresses this directly with Tim and revisits how the team handles dietary needs in the future. read more

I was late to the dinner party so most were already eating when I got there, so after waiting about 10 minutes before flagging someone to bring a menu, I figured it was going to be too late to order since everyone else was finishing up. So I opted to wait and order dessert with everyone else. Everyone raived about the food and they said portions were huge. Food: I ordered fresh strawberries for dessert, since I'm on a no sugar diet. The strawberries were delicious but then realized they weren't just fresh strawberries, they had been soaked in sugar. So I stopped eating them. Got placed outside in the far corner and there was lots of noise coming from the street and people around the back wall. Not very pleasant. When there's wind, the awnings clank around constantly. Outdoor chairs aren't comfortable, and overall this place didn't have the magic like before. It used to be my favorite Vegas restaurant. They also stopped providing vegan menus and the options are limited for vegetarian/vegans. Food, drinks, and service are still above average, but for the price, there are better options. read more

We had an absolutely fabulous dinner at Sinatra during our stay at the Wynn back in December. My opinion is that the restaurants at the Wynn are overall the best on the Strip in terms of service and food, and as expected, Sinatra did not disappoint. The restaurant is tribute a to Frank Sinatra, and the menu is Italian American, seafood, and steaks...there's something for everyone. The bistecca ribeye was enormous and was grilled absolutely perfectly as ordered, and came sliced as requested. My favorite dish by far though was the raviolo aperto which we ordered kind of as an appetizer. It's an open faced ravioli with a mix of seafood and it was just so, SO delicious *chef's kiss* As expected, the dinner overall was amazing and the service was top notch. The ambience was impeccable. We had the Caesar salad which we split and the meatballs as our first course then for dinner, we shared a 24 ounce ribeye and for sides we had their Yukon gold mashed potatoes along with their broccoli Rob it was slightly spicy, but still good. Because it was my husband's birthday. The waitress was nice enough to give us a vanilla Panna cotta with raspberry gelato as a birthday dessert. It was a nice surprise. We had a wonderful and excellent dinner here at Sinatra's. From the start we knew we were going to have a great experience. The atmosphere and and decor is nice with Sinatra tunes playing overhead and the only thing that could be better would have been live music. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server Cris was great along with Raphael who was assisting him. The complimentary bread (3 types) was great. The Insalada di Rinfozo (salad) was delicious and unique. We had ordered the Cioppino which was a good portion size of delicious seafood and the Agnolotti di Zucca (buttersqaush stuffed pasta) was equally delicious. The Cappello desert along with French pressed coffee were a great way to finish out the evening, and we were not rushed to leave and encouraged to stay as long as we wanted. The complimentry anniversary card and dessert were also a nice touch as well as personal congratulations from the staff. The tables were closer than we expected so a little was lost in intimacy and privacy. The only thing I would have liked is for the staff to check back with us after dropping off the check and perhaps a manager making the rounds to see how our evening was. Also, parking is easy and free for the firsr 3 hours. Unfortunately, they don't validate parking do I did end up paying $25. Overall, we had a phenomenal experience and Sinatra's delivered us an evening that exceeded our expectations. read more

We were excited to finally eat at Sinatra. The restaurant is beautiful inside and very busy on a Saturday night. The service was excellent and we didn't have to wait for anything at all. We started with the polpettine (meatballs) which were amazing and panzanella di granchio which is basically jumbo crab meat in a mix of cucumber, tomato and brioche crouton. That was cool and fresh also a hit! For the mains we had two veal dishes. The veal parmigiana was outstanding! The Ossobuco veal was just ok. It wasn't bad although we hoped every dish was going to be fantastic. We do have other Italian restaurants here in Vegas ahead of this one as far as food, although the service here tops our list. I don't think Frank Sinatra would be happy with the food quality or flavor at his namesake restaurant, Frank Sinatra. We had a variety of appetizers, meatballs, prosciutto & buffalo mozzarella, octopus and the only enjoyable starter was the carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette arugula. Dinner, don't get the Branzino!!! It was fishy, the texture was strange and it was not filleted at table. It looked like a microwave meal. O had 2 bites and left the rest. It was sitting on a bed of vegetables. They reminded me of buffet veggies that had a strange spice on them. The restaurant is very loud and tables are packed into this room. Of the 100 restaurants I have been to in Las Vegas, this is one of the most disappointing. On the bright side: 1) The bread and butter basket was great. 2) The Cannoli was one of the better ones I have had, but they need to cut down on the sugar in the ricotta filling. 3) Hearing Frank Sinatra music is always great 4) They had a great bartender! I finally got to try Sinatra for the first time, located on the Encore Casino and Hotel side. The overall aesthetic is elegant and inviting. We started with the Polipo, a Mediterranean octopus dish that was cooked to perfection. I also had the grilled Mediterranean sea bass while the portion was too big for me, it was delicious nonetheless. My boyfriend ordered the veal parmigiana, recommended by our server, Roger, who was very attentive. He enjoyed it but found the portion a bit overwhelming. The entrees here are definitely generous. Cocktails were fantastic, and overall, it was a great experience. However, with so many exceptional Italian restaurants in Las Vegas, this one doesn't quite make my top five. read more
