As I walked in everything looked cleaned and I was suddenly hit with the smell of the lobby with burnt charcoal! Against my better judgment, I asked for the most popular dish and was given the chicken and beef teriyaki lunch special. It Does not come with a drink coupled with a full lunch special price!! Meal Taste: Both the lobby smell and smell of meal added with the black flakes matched the overly burnt taste. Spring roll: vegetable- Good Salad: okay with dressing, next day salad was welted. Rice- Mid *Need sauce- if I did not have charcoal bits and overly smoky meal, I could have used sauce to moisten meat, rice to eat instead of tossing next day on second attempt. I also found the multiple posting that if you give a 5-Star review you will get a 4piece free fried shrimp off putting with my experience. *Free to use debit card but will have to pay 3% fee for credit card transactions!!! read more

Made to order so it was all super fresh! The gentleman that helped me was really nice. He was patient with me as I was so unsure what to order. I ordered the beef bowl with avocado, and we also got a half-and-half plate with avocado. Everything tasted fresh and was really flavorful. I would easily take this place over flame broiler, Waba grill, or even other non-chain teriyaki chicken places. It reminds me of a place called Dragon Teriyaki in Chino, but it's even better than that. The teriyaki has like a personality to it, it's not just your typical sugary, ultra sweet teriyaki sauce. And the texture/consistency of their teriyaki is unbeatable. Great service, great ambiance, no complaints.
