They didn't have waffles or croissants so I went with the chicken and French toast. I feel bad writing this at all but I don't want anyone to waste $13 the way I did lol. The prices on the menu posted on here are inaccurate, add $4 to each item and there you go. The French toast was dry/chewy and although the chicken was juicy, it was pretty bland and lacked flavor. Went on yelp on my way to work and searched breakfast burritos and this place was the first one I saw so I went. Got to the address saw that it was in a gas station that I was familiar with but had never gone in, so I ordered the pancho villa breakfast burrito and let me tell you it was the best breakfast burrito I've had in some time.. perfect ratio for all the ingredients and those bell peppers and onions are the key.. I have been on the hunt for a good chicken Caesar wrap. I had to give Mary Joes a try because it popped up on yelp and so many reviewed their wrap! I ordered for pick up and was pleasantly surprised when I realized it's actually located in a mini mart at the gas station. It definitely did not expect that but holes in the walls like these are usually the spot! My Caesar wrap came with fries and also it was wrapped with a spinach wrap. You can customize it to be a regular tortilla or a spinach one. I opted for the spinach option. It was extremely saucy. Too much sauce I feel and the Caesar dressing tasted like it was straight out of a bottle and not a sauce they made themselves. Which is fine, just extremely over powering. Run, do not walk, to this truly hidden gem located inside a Mobil gas station off the 10 Freeway in Ontario. They have a large menu and everything is made fresh to order. The owner (?) and chef as well as the staff are super nice and the prices are incredible for the amount of food served. This is a grab and go type of place. Their breakfast burritos are huge and are around $10. Worth every penny. Their beefeater sandwich was flavorful and delicious with the option of regular fries or potato wedges. Around $10 as well. This gas station also sells fried chicken and biscuits, which is prepared at Mary Joe's. They have been there since 2016 and I'm just now finding them. No visible signage outside so it's a real surprise finding them there. 10/10 for service and food. read more

I was in the area and wanted to try something new. It's located right inside the gas station and as soon as you walk in it's to your left. I was helped right away and the man taking my order was kind to explain to me what's in the sandwich. The food overall was good. I thought I was going to have leftovers since I read a comment mentioning always having food leftover but the amount of food was well portion. I do think the avocado could have been sliced a bit more. The fries were well seasoned (I did wish I had more fries). Overall, I wouldn't mind trying it again. read more

This location is easy to miss since it's inside the gas station. I'm not from the area, but from my perspective, this seems like a hole in the wall type of place. Even though it's a small shop, there was quite a line. Luckily, we beat the rush by a couple of minutes. I got their Beef Eater, which was delicious! I honestly didn't expect it to taste so good, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. It was grilled on both sides with cheese (yes, cheese) and gooey melted goodness of even more cheese in the sandwich with beef and onions. I would definitely rate the sandwich a 10/10! Breakfast Meats Burrito with no ham 3/5 it was average just ok. kind of dry and an average-sized burrito. Angelos in Garden Grove, CA, used to have really awesome giant breakfast burritos, but I'm not sure about them now. Pancho Villa Breakfast Burrito 3.5/5 with chorizo and cheese and avocado; it was ok, but nothing of a "wow" factor. This was slightly better than the meats breakfast burrito. Chicken Quesadilla 2/5 Seasoned chicken with cheese If the chicken was more well marinated, it would elevate the flavor a lot better. It was kind of dry and lacking in flavor; I think if they add some green sauce, the flavor will be much better. I had only one piece and didn't want another one because it was lacking in flavor in many ways. Today's Special Carne Asada Tortas: 3/5 It was just ok; nothing really stood out that much. The potato wedges can be more crispier some big ones were undercooked. Service 4/5 I got good service from the two gentlemen who were working today shift. My food came out in a decent amount of time--not too long of a wait for the amount of food I ordered. People have their own taste buds and opinions, but to me, it didn't hit the spot or satisfy the cravings I was looking for. If you are familiar with Kech Cafe in Fountain Valley, you are aware that you can get some pretty good food at gas station. Kech actually made the Yelp 100 as one of the best restaurants in the country. It was good, but not that good. Mary Joe's occupies a corner of this Mobil Mart in Ontario. Adam was the manager and was just awesome. He walked out front and pointed out menu the items that were no longer being served and made some good recommendations. I tried the Asian chicken salad and it was dirt cheap at $6.99 (less a 10% yelp check in). Their drinks were super cheap, as well. Very good chicken salad with fresh hot breast meat, tasty tangy sauce and really good lettuce, not that crappy iceberg garbage. Sweet and crunchy fried wontons, too.
