A nice burger place serving up breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, etc. They have a drive-thru if you just wanted your food to go. The dining area is nice and clean if you want to dine in. Was craving for breakfast so I ordered one of their breakfast specials. Got the 2 Pancakes, 2 Sausages, and 2 Eggs. If you don't want sausages, you can choose Bacon instead. I've recently been going to Titan because they are the closest to me that have the good ol breakfast burrito, bacon, eggs, hashbrown, cheese with green salsa/hot sauce on the side. I've never had any issues before but I'm simply writing a review now because I'm a bit irked that I paid for the additional extra green sauce on the side on my DD delivery, but they did not give any extra. I've gone through the drive thru a few times with the same order, and they've always given 2 sauces on the side (no charge) with per burrito. But this time I felt like ordering DD for 2 burritos and wanted extra green sauce, but they charged an extra 1.40 or something that still gave 2 sauces per burrito. Like what? I'll still come here because of convenience, just be warned about paying extra for the sauces and double check that you were given it. Aside from that, it's a good fast-casual spot for typical American food. I usually go here for their breakfast burritos. We've been to Titan Burgers a few times and have never been disappointed. When dropping off or picking somebody up at the Ontario airport, this is our go-to place. On this last visit, I was very surprised to find that the prices, like most restaurants, have not skyrocketed. Job well done Titan burgers! I've been in Ontario residence since I was 14 years old I'm now 53 I've seen our city grow ,businesses open and close .I've had my favorite spots throughout these years and one of my favorite places to get a breakfast burrito was Archibald burgers they were very tasty and reasonably priced I used to get the mini that was no more than four dollars and the big one was eight dollars unfortunately those prices no longer exist and I understand the cost of living the pandemic and the truck driver strikes I feel and this is my personal opinion that it is something else. Titans has gone through the same pandemic cost of prices changing the truck driver strike yet they have managed to keep their prices affordable to everyone including myself who has medically retired and is now living off disability. I just want to thank you Titans for truly looking out for our community. I will always support your business and recommend you to locals and visitors. FYI I used the drive thru this time. Before I start this review I just want to say that my family and I have been going to Titan for YEARS. Food has always been excellent. Huge portions for the money. The chicken salad is a family favorite. But our visit on 8/16 wasn't as great and it's mostly because of the service. So our order consisted of 2 chicken salads, extra egg and bacon on both, an extra side of ranch, and a cheeseburger combo with a large fry. The total for everything was $53.28. Ordered everything in the drive-thru and paid with my debit card. Got home, food was great, finished everything. Upon checking my bank account however (which we usually do after ordering from anywhere. Helps to be thorough to know what you've been charged and you'll see why here in a minute) we noticed that we had been charged $66.49 for the order. So I called around to Titan and spoke to a woman on the phone who didn't give her name. Upon hearing that there was a $13.21 difference between the receipt they gave me and what I was actually charged, she bluntly stated that Titan charges a 4% service charge to customers who pay using their debit cards, and that there was a sign on the drive-thru window that stated as much. I very quickly thanked her for explaining that and stupidly hung up. I say stupidly because I shouldn't have hang up because I soon realized the math didn't make sense, something that she should have caught on to as well. If they're adding a 4% debit card fee onto customer's totals, that would only add about $2.34 to the total. So where the hell was the extra $10+ coming from? Wanting to give Titan the benefit of the doubt, because again, we've been customers for years, I sat there and quickly did a few scenarios/calculations to see if anything would make sense concerning this debit card fee. First, I added the 4% to the total, but it only brought it to $55.41, still way off what I was charged. Then I sat and considered something that I had observed at other local restaurants: some places actually charge a debit card service fee by adding whatever percentage they charge onto each item that's ordered rather than the overall total for the meal. But even doing that, the total was still off from what I was charged. So I called Titan back and luckily was able to speak to another woman by the name of Lucy who was more understanding. She actually asked what my total and order was to do some checking and found that we had been incorrectly charged. She explained that since the manager wasn't there to do a debit card refund, they could do a cash refund of the difference. I thanked her for it and a couple of hours later, went around and got my refund. I'm glad she was nice and understanding, unlike the other woman I spoke with. But you see the problem here? I was incorrectly charged for the order not just by a few cents or dollars, but by over $10. That's enough to be more than a simple mistake to me. And while I could be wrong, it also seems intentional. And I suspect that the girl that I spoke to the first time over the phone was the one that originally helped me in the drive-thru, because she wasn't friendly at all. And with Titan being an old school, hole-in-the-wall (not in the literal sense) type burger joint, this also tells me that while taking my order in the drive-thru, she wasn't inputting the order into the register, she was writing the order down and then did the charge after I got to the window and handed her my card; it was a about 2 mins or so before she came back to the window with my card after I initially handed it to her. This worker's nonchalant attitude and bluntness about the debit card service charge also tells me that this has happened to other customers as well, and it's wild to think about just how many people who didn't pay attention to what they were actually being charged. So if you come here, make sure to check both your receipt and your bank account or you may unknowingly end up giving Titan free money. read more

Titan is OUR "go to" burger place in the Ontario, CA area. The food is cooked fresh when you order it. The people behind the counter ask not only for your order, but how you would like the item prepared. The deep fried foods are done to your order; crispy, extra crispy, etc. I did not know this until one order was not done quite like we would like it. No problem, when I went back and a couple of day later and asked for the items to be more crisp. OK, the burgers are great, but for me the pastrami sandwich is my new favorite there. It was piled high like you would find it at a good delicatessen. I was asked if I wanted mustard and pickles on it. Oh yes! The restaurant is a typical fast food restaurant, but it is cleaner than a lot I have been to in the past. The variety of food is way too much for me, in a good way. Titan Burger has at least two locations (Ontario and Chino), but seems to be a privately owned Mom and Pop type local burger joint. They are located just south of the airport/Ontario Mills Mall area. On this visit I tried to be healthier and order a turkey burger when I phoned in my order. However, Titan called me twice on the way over to let me know that they ran out of turkey patties. Unfortunately, I did not get their messages because I was driving. However, when I arrived and gave my name for pick up they immediately apologized and let me know that they tried to call me twice. I ended up getting the the Titan burger. The burger was pretty good quality. However, it was a little dry. Even though I did not order fries, they offered me ketchup. Apparently they know the burger is a little dry and I should have taken the ketchup because it would have been a pretty good burger with it. There were a lot of young people and what looked like blue collar types eating there on my visit. It was average to loud noisy. Other reviewers mostly complained about the bacon breakfast burrito (2-3 complaints specifically about this item) and the customer service. I cannot speak to the burrito, but based on other Yelpers, I would recommend avoiding it. As for the customer service, it was nice of them to call me about their inability to complete my order and the two ladies who helped me in the restaurant and the lady on the phone were very nice. My burger was prepared pretty fast. Other reviewers also said the fries here are very good, so I will give those a try on a future visit. Overall, a 3.5 star average is good for a fast food place on Yelp. On Yelp most fast food places get 2-3 stars, so 3.5 is slightly above average. 1-1.5 stars for fast food means avoid it, 4-5 is almost never seen, and anything above 3 means very good for fast food. I plan to give these guys another try for lunch sometime and recommend you give them a shot too. read more

With the pandemic placing a hold on any travel plans, I decided to travel to Titan to finally satiate my curiosity. My sister and I stuck to the greatest hits: -pastrami ($7.29): mustard, pickles, on a French roll -cheeseburger 1/3lb patty ($3.89): topped with 1,000 island dressing, lettuce, tomato, onions + pickles The bread for the pastrami sandwich was a tad dry. And while it did its best to contain the massive amounts of pastrami meat, the bread runneth over and made for pretty messy bites. The pastrami was missing a little something I couldn't quite put on my finger on. As for the burger, it lacked the chargrill that makes grease joint burgers so good. I love grease joints. Ordered a combo on uber eats as a store pick up. One minute after my order was placed I received notice that my order was ready. After arrival, I ask for my order, they tell me one moment and then disappear. There's no other customers inside and the three people working were all talking when I got there.
