I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. I hope they continue with their wonderful customer service and great furniture deals. We will be buying from them again.

We called the shop and they came out the following day to check out the issue, without hesitant they told us that they will replaced the chest for us because the drawer was broken. True to their words we received the replacement on the exact time frame they had promised us. Absolutely impressed with the service and of our merchandise. Highly recommend.
