My wife and I have been shopping frequently this past year. My wife made an order online. When she arrived, she was told that due to an error of the business, that the website's price wasn't listed correctly and could only give my wife half the amount that was on the receipt. If anyone had given her an apology or an advanced phone call it would have been understandable, but Jaelyn, the person working there, refused to give her the amount that she pre paid and had a receipt for and never apologized and was aggressive. She told my wife to call the managers. So my wife spoke to the managers, and they apologized and offered the full amount that was on her receipt in full, but after a lot of hostile interaction from Jaelyn and having to return to the store and waste a lot of her time and energy. Everyone else who works has been very friendly over many interactions. Some people use this for alleviating illness, and Jaelyn does not have a professional enough demeanor for this job. We wish we could return there but we hope Jaelyn leaves. read more

This is really unfortunate, but I had to leave a review because this place even though the first time I used their service was okay. This last time that I placed an order my money got removed from my account, but I never received any type of confirmation number but when I chatted with someone on their website, they were prompt and that was great but now it's been 2 days and still no confirmation number and no reply. I've emailed them twice but no answer. I mean it has to be the worst customer serviced I've experienced. Another thing is they keep saying my account is not under the correct email address, so they asked if I wanted this info updated but they just keep leaving me dry.
