I went in for a deep cleaning in December of 2024. Insurance made me split the two deep cleanings up so I had another in January of 2025. I was told to come back in three months, and I did in March. Coming back three months after a deep cleaning makes sense, and it matched my experience with another dentist in 2019. Then in March I was told to come back in three months, so I did. Then in June I was told to come back again in three months. I gave the office one more shot to not make me feel like I was just being sucked dry of money, and went back in September. Again, I was told to come back in three months. Through that entire time I was never given any indication that I was doing anything wrong or that there was reason to monitor me that closely. Then today (Oct. 30) I received a text message from them saying their records indicated I was overdue for a cleaning and check-up appointment. In four instances while I was getting my teeth cleaned I heard the dentist tell hygienists (I'm not certain the proper name) to have other patients come back in three months. I asked one hygienist if this was standard protocol at the office and I received a non-answer about how I'd had a deep cleaning, which is fine, but I was never spoken to about what was wrong that made me have to come back every three months. Was anything worse? Was anything better? Should I be doing something different? None of those questions were ever even on the table because I continued being told that everything was good. I refrained from writing about this because I did genuinely have a good experience with the individuals in the office. The text to try and get me to come back even earlier crossed the line for me, though. The communication from this office, particularly the dentist, is very poor. And I started to feel like less a patient and more like a financial opportunity. That is not what I want from my dentist. read more

After moving here a year ago I thought I'd never find a dentist like our last one we had for 25 years. BUT I found Dr Ramona and her staff and they are just as friendly and trustfull as my last dentist. I recommend them highly. read more

I found Dr Ramona thru our local Fb page site by recommendation of a few on there. She is the most sweetest dentist I have ever had. She is thorough with her care. I needed to have some crowns replaced and she did such a beautiful job. Her office staff are equally as kind and professional and really helped me navigate our insurance coverage (double) so I didn't know exactly how that worked and they really helped me to maximize my benefits. So I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. I absolutely will continue to be her patient. read more

The Dentist and dental assistants are really Great scheduling is 6 months out for cleanings so you can organize your life . However , their scheduling department is confined to limited days. they last minute rebook you, telling you and not asking (through texting in my case , as an MBA this is just bad business). I have a very busy life with succinct timelines so I can't trust their process with my time to not jerk me around. EOD they cost my time and their is no price on my time We don't get it back when we die point blank period. So that was a deal breaker. Best Wishes! read more

My husband went here for treatment and due to personal issues with an employee while my husband was in the room getting his teeth cleaned our daughter was waiting for him in the waiting area and Dr. Ramona's employee began to harass my 14 year old this is completely unprofessional and adult harassing a child!!??? Unacceptable. When my husband talked to dr Ramona she completely brushed it off. What kind of business is this everyone should be able to go get treatment and be treated with respect!!! Worst dental experience ever at this place. They misquoted us to they could get our business, once they got our business they performed damaging work on my husband that resulted in him needing antibiotics so his tooth wouldn't get further infected, and they were so unreasonable with their billing after they billed us improperly. I'm not quite sure how a business like this stays in operation, Ramona (I wouldn't call her a doctor) is a horrible dentist who lacks integrity. I am very happy with this dental facility. I was a little apprehensive about changing dentists since I'd been going to my previous DDS for about 15 years, but when I moved out here to BFE it wasn't practical to continue going to my old DDS. My old DDS had a separate group of hygenists who performed my regular teeth-cleaning visits, which would take about 30 minutes per visit. At Delta Family Dentistry, the DDS herself (Dr. Ramona) performs my teeth cleaning, and she takes about 1 hr versus 30 minutes. She does a very thorough job at each of my check-ups! The couple of times where I've needed work above and beyond the normal check-up (e.g., I recently had a chipped tooth and an old filling that fell out), Dr. Ramona is *extremely* gentle while also doing a very competent and thorough job. She took on a new partner a couple of years ago when she went on maternity leave. I don't recall this other doctor's name, but I have been seen by her twice while Dr. Ramona was on mat.leave and this other doctor was equally gentle and thorough. Not sure what help I can provide on the pricing. I have Delta Dental dental coverage, and all of my visits have been fully covered so I've never actually had to pay any money for any of my DDS visits here. read more

I figured I update my review since 2012. Dr. Karbassi and his staff are great in doing a thorough examination of my teeth every time. I've been going to this office for about 20 years. They have done anything from veneers, to cleanings to x-ray and making me night guards. I wouldn't consider using anyone but Dr. Karbassi and his awesome staff. Thank you. read more

Took my daughters here for the first time since it was a local dentist. The dentist is actually very nice and gentle she took care of my daughter's one cavity in under 10 minutes and didn't even need to numb her. Prior to the visit I had made sure with the front office that my insurance would take care of everything besides the co-pay. They assured me that our insurance would. To our surprise we received a bill from the dental office for $150. Our insurance, which is very good in coverage, didn't cover all the costs and we were resposible for the left over. In speaking to my insurance they said for the area, the charges were very high. I was confused because I thought the front office checked the coverage and even more confused that for a procedure under 10 minutes with no novacaine still could not be covered by premium insurance? Never experienced this before with our old dentist. Just something to think about before coming here. Oh and one more thing, after my daughters check up they were given toys from happy meals not toothbrushes or stickers. Kind of weird. read more

From the time you come in the door, through the polishing, and cleaning and wonderful , lively conversation, the entire experience is a delignt .
