Things have been upgraded here. The seating is better, the food is decent, and you'll always find a friendly bartender. The agents at the check-in desk are super knowledgable if you need help with anything. It's a comfortable place to wait for a flight to start boarding! read more

We happened to be in Florida when that Microsoft crash happened & tons of flights were cancelled or delayed. We were flying Delta & figured might as well kill some time here in the lounge I mean if it wasn't for the unlimited liquor u can drink This lounge is not the best in comparison to others, It's the smallest Delta lounge I've visited so far. I Am a bit surprised that they would use such a small space for a lounge not much to do aside from sit, drink & eat. Limited amount of seating it felt way too crowded which was a bit uncomfortable. We made it in & eventually were able to sit comfortably. Drinks is the best thing here, food choices were ahh nothing special more like stuff to pick on like cold cuts & breads some cookies & Ice cream bars. Overall all it serves its purpose but would be nice if the lounge was bigger. read more

The man at the desk was very mean. He acted like he was just following the rules but he was very mean. I did not have my Amex Platinum card with me to show him. That would have gained me access. I was flying first class but he said that gave access only if flying internationally. Well I'm flying to LGA and that's international, isn't it? So I didn't like him. He didn't treat me nice. I have all gray hair. And am disabled. I hope he gets denied access somewhere one day. read more

Probably the best Sky Club I've gone to yet. They seem like they really pride themselves on being the best. Everything was clean and the food was arranged all cute. They even had a little ice cream cart with Hagen-daas ice cream. I've never seen that. We really enjoyed this place! read more

This is my first time that I have the pleasure to visit this Club. My objective upon entering was to relax and enjoy their food buffet. The options at their food buffet were actually better than I have experienced in NY airports. The staff that greeted when I first walk in were attentive and very friendly. After being told by the Pilot that our flight had been cancelled due to mechanical issues, we had to debark the plane and thereafter stand on a line at the gate des to find alternative flights. The only seat that they claimed was available was a center seat in the rear of the plane on a much later flight. Unfortunately I had no choice but to take it. When I reentered the Delta Sky Club, the front desk attendant Anthony was surprised to see me return. We chatted for a few moments and thereafter I found a seat in a crowded club. Out of the blue, I heard my name being called. I walked towards the front desk to discover why my name was being announced. Anthony on his own upgraded my seat to a Comfort aisle seat closer to the front entrance of the plane. What a pleasant surprise. That is seriously over the top service. I am presently enjoying the club and very much appreciate the service of the Delta Sky Club, especially Anthony. read more

An average-sized club for one of Delta's spoke airports. There are plenty of seats and some quiet spots as well as club angels who can help you with your travel troubles. Delta's really stepped up its game as far as complimentary food and drinks in the clubs. Soups and chicken salad have been on the tables lately and that's awesome. First time visiting this sky club. Much smaller than most but the service is friendly and attentive. Hot breakfast items have returned and the eggs with mushrooms were tasty. Peaceful club. The airport itself is relatively small, so the size of the club fits. Stocked the same as all other Delta clubs I've been too (cheese, crackers, veggies, cheese, pretzels, etc.) Cappucino machine was working which was good. The bar is also standard with free wine, beer and simple drinks (examples: Rum & Coke, Bloody Mary -- all free) They had some specalty drinks for cost. While I'm currently very frustrated with Delta, the lounge staff were extremely helpful when my flight got delayed until the next day. They were able to book me on a flight out of FLL later in the day and give me a voucher for cab fare there. The lounge itself was pretty typical for delta. I am really surprised that delta has a sky club at an airport this sized. Very glad they are here and was very happy that they open at 4:30 am for my 5:45 am flight to Atlanta. Very friendly staff and nice quiet seating area. Food was standard skyclub offering and was fresh and presented nicely. A great club and a great experience for me. read more

No frills but updated club with the usual amenities on a smaller than average scale. Gets the job done.

Despite the extra $25 for checking in a bag when compared to Jetblue that doesnt charge, we still chose Delta all the time because of the Skylounge that I felt was safer and more comfy for my kids. Now they charge $30 for each non cardholder (like my 4 & 7 year olds who barely ear or drink).. Why bother.. ill go for the better tvs and free bag next time. read more
