The spicy pepperoni pizza was great! I added mushrooms the second night.

Alex and Nancy were wonderful! Two nights in West Palm Beach and 2 dinners at Galley. Most hotel restaurants are missing one thing or another whether it's the enthusiasm in service, food quality or speed of service or a general lack of a sense of urgency, this team was great on all points. Genuinely happy to see repeat guests, remember names, what they had to eat and drink and a very real "welcoming" feel. I was thoroughly impressed and as an almost 40 year veteran of this hospitality industry, it's been a long Time since I felt in necessary to Yelp about a place and their team.

Shareen, our server, gets 10 stars! She was so personable and helpful. They have a summer prix fixe menu and for $60 you get a starter, an entree, and a dessert. It's like getting the dessert free. Three in our party decided to go for this. I started with the Tuna Tataki which was perfect. I got the Black Grouper which was fantastic. The vegetable farrotto and sauce on it were so good I was glad I had leftovers the next day. My husband enjoyed his Steak Frites. I tried my friend's Mushroom and Truffle pizza and it too was very tasty. For dessert we got a key lime tart and a cheesecake. To me the cheesecake missed the mark but I loved the key lime tart. We will definitely try to come here again. Shareen needs another mention. She was THAT good!!! Thank you Shareen!

Food was very decent for a hotel establishment. I had the burger, ceviche, and steak frites on different nights. I'd say the steak frites were a hit for me. Medium rare, chimichurri, and fries hit the spot. Burger was on the dry side. Service was excellent even having sat at the bar. Ambiance is dark lit, loud, and rustic. Sports playing on TV in the background.

I came here for my anniversary dinner and sat outside. The ambiance outside with the lights and flowers is amazing. We ordered the margarita pizza, steak frites and the salmon. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce on the salmon was delicious. I highly recommend ordering the truffle fries, they were our favorite. We also ordered the Mac and cheese which was good, but not our favorite. For dessert, we ordered the cheesecake which came with a raspberry sauce on top and on the plate. I was originally not sure about dining here due to the negative service reviews, but our experience couldn't have been further from that. Our waiter was extremely attentive and checked up on us throughout our entire meal. From the service to the quality of the food to the ambiance, I recommend dining here and sitting outside.

Galley is located at the Hilton hotel, it has valet parking available and it has a set fee. The restaurant is cute, the aesthetics are nice and romantic. Our server Carrel was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Now let me talk about the food. As an appetizer we ordered the lobster crispy rice which tasted so good, we also ordered the wagyu short rib that melted in your mouth but I wish it had a little bit more flavor (I guess it depends on your palate). We also ordered the steak frites and truffle fries, the steak was so flavorful and tender. Overall the food was delicious and service was great.

The food was delicious especially the swordfish, which was fantastic. Solid drinks, great service, and they were open until 10pm for dinner, which was such a blessing after our flight was terribly delayed. Nice ambiance inside and outdoor fire pit. They even helped us celebrate my birthday, which made the night extra special. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has such a warm and cozy atmosphere! The staff provided excellent service, and every dish we tried was full of flavor. We arrived at the hotel and headed straight down to enjoy happy hour before it ended and it was definitely a great decision. The truffle fries were outstanding, and the Wagyu short rib sliders were incredibly tasty. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner, and again, everything impressed us. The kimchi fried rice, lobster rice appetizer, and ribs were all delicious. If you're looking for a great cocktail, this is the spot! We tried the WPB Spirit during happy hour and the Smoked Old Fashioned was probably the best we've had. Whether you're staying at the Hilton or simply in the area, this restaurant is absolutely worth a visit.

Great to eat outside. Amazing mushroom and truffle pizza. Loved the Pinot noir from burgundy. My server was awesome. I'd love to come back here very soon!

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner dining at the Galley and their outdoor patio! Food: Fusilli col Buco {wagyu short rib bolognese} this is a new menu item and I was worried as I didn't see any reviews yet but wonderful dish. Very filling and flavorful. There is a chili oil topper that I didn't taste, even when ordered extra on the side it wasn't noticeable. Would prefer maybe just some red chili flakes cooked and would really set this dish off. Would certainly order again. Size house salad: loved the citrus vinaigrette on the salad. Service: I think my servers name was Dakota! (Apologies) great service and very attentive. Beautiful outdoor patio with fire pit in the center! Would love to go back and try the drinks! Logistics: this is in the Hilton hotel. You receive valet discount when dining in the restaurant so do not forget to get your ticket stamped.

We ordered off of the summer prixe menu and everything was a 10/10. From the moment you walk in you are met by a romantic ambiance with dim lighting and the service was top notch as well. The outdoor seating area is also beautiful and pairs well with the botanical theme of the hotel. The steak with the chimi churri sauce was the star of the show and the charred garlic added a wow factor.

I went here with some friends for a bachelorette weekend. We were able to reserve a table for 9 with ease. We had Dakota as our server. He was extremely attentive and was able to make great suggestions for us. I ordered the swordfish and it was cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself was also very nice. The lighting was dimmed so it set a fanatic mood. We would definitely come back again.

This place blew my expectations out of the water. We made reservations for 5 to celebrate my partner's birthday the day before. It's located in the lobby of the Hilton. Valet park is validated. They will not sit your party until you've all arrived. The hostess was friendly upon arrival. The restrooms are located right outside of the restaurant. There is one dimly lit modern looking booth where they sit reservations. The space between tables is reminiscent of covid. It feels like you are having a private party. We were served by Dakota. What a personable and respectful person. From his food and drink suggestions, to his attention to detail, to his conversation, we really felt taken care of as a family. Everyone in our party absolutely enjoyed what we ordered! From the kids burgers to the salmon, octopus and short rib. My favorite was the deliciously seasoned and broiled octopus. I enjoyed the refreshing beet salad and the white wine sangria. The star of the night was the key lime tart. We were informed since this is mostly a business restaurant/hotel they do not sing happy birthday. I told Dakota that was fine, we would sing. Andy brought out the desert with a lit candle and even sang along with our family. What a nice touch! The wait time from being seated to receiving anything was 1 hour. If you are in a hurry this restaurant is not for you. If you are looking for a fine dining experience and you have patience, I would highly recommend. The total meal time was 2 hours + we checked in at 7pm. We opted not to sit outside because it was raining on and off and was extremely humid but as you can see from the picture and video they have a gorgeous fire pit which I'm sure is wonderful on colder dryer nights. I'm definitely looking forward to returning and enjoying more of the menu.

Nice restaurant inside of the Hilton West Palm Beach. Drinks were delicious and staff welcoming and friendly. Everything on the menu was delicious, really loved the cauliflower!

Around the table, there were fried chicken wings, a big juicy burger, French fries (very tasty) and one of my cousins have the special skewered chicken from the Brazilian menu. The manager checked on us twice to make sure we were having a good time and we were - generally speaking. It's a beautiful rooftop. I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.
