I have been going there since they've been opened and I used to love going but I don't know what has happened ever since the woman owner made a mistake with my time after that every time I and she barely talks to me when I specifically ask for a certain person to do my pedicure on me I come doesn't even greet me And it's almost like she doesn't want me there today, I went there excited to get my nails done but again she acted the same way to me. She wanted somebody else to do my pedicure or to start it and then I specifically asked for a certain person. I usually go to Johnny, but he's on vacation. I asked for a specific person she's sending me to someone else and then I'm asking her and she's just looking at me. I was so embarrassed I had to leave. I will never go back again!!!!! then another time I went with My Daughter and I figured doesn't really care who does her manicure and pedicure so I said anybody can do hers so that way we can both get it done at the same almost didn't even get to get her nails and I made the appointment for both of us it's just always something now every time I go there. read more

If I could give no stars I would I got a rash/ broke out in hives during the pedicure.... my nails were short and square because it costs more to make it longer ??? Also, my nails were all smushed because I was rushed out I had a total of 5 minutes to dry my nails. Came back to fix it the next day I got attitude physically pulled my hand away whenever he was finished and pulled my other hand in. So rude and disrespectful. I was told it was my fault. Not my usual place, but they accepted me right away for a last minute walk in. I was asked if I wanted a spa pedicure or regular, and chose regular. It still came with a leg scrub, lotion, hot towel and a long foot massage. The tech took his time and was very nice. Color came out awesome. I'll be back! read more

The shop is huge and clean. They have at least 8 pedicure chairs and some cute once's for kids too! The ladies doing the pedicures were fast and efficient. The massage was great and my nails look fantastic! The prices were average, pedicure was $25. And they cleaned up really well when they were done. They also do waxing, and have a tanning booth. I tend to get a mani/pedi once a month. I moved to the area about 3 months ago and have yet to find a decent place around here. I've been here twice b/c it's literally a stones throw from my house but I just can't bring myself to go back even if i'm desperate. My first experience was .. OK. My second experience was horrific. I'm not the type of person who needs all the bells and whistles when getting services - just need someone to be trained and efficient. The woman barely cut my cuticles on my feet OR my hands, did a HORRIBLE job putting the polish on, so bad that I took it off when I got home and redid it myself. My other gripe is, it took SOOOOOOOOOO long... I could feel myself aging. I was there for literally TWO HOURS. NOT WORTH IT. Although this place is inexpensive, it's still money. Yesterday I went to this place thinking that I would have a wonderful experience. I was wrong. I went in asking for a a regular acrylic manicure, but the lady kept insisting that I should get a gel. I kindly told her about 5 times that I just wanted a regular acrylic manicure. she was extremely rude because I didn't put the gel on top of my acrylics and it became extremely awkward. She left me to dry my nails and forgot about me purposely ignoring me. I got up and went to cash out and the owner came over, gave me the reciept clearly pressuring me to put down a tip. Once I wrote down the tip, I said have a nice day and he completely ignored me; even though he had been super friendly and nice to the customer who had just left before me. side note: I'm pretty sure that they were talking about me in their native language making me feel more uncomfortable then I was already. read more

A friend recommended this place to me and it was okay. I got a mani / pedi and they gave me a stamp card for after 5 or 6 pedicures you get one for free. I went back and was not impressed. There was still dry skin on the bottom of my feet as if I never had a pedicure. The person that did my pedicure rubbed lotion all over a bandaid I had on my lower knee area that could have been avoided. I won't be going back here. read more

I came here with my 4 year old due to the fact that they have kids pedi chairs. The plus is that they do indeed have adorable pedi chairs for kids and my daughter enjoyed her experience. However, her mani pedi didn't even last 1 day. I had my nails done as well. They offered upsales frequently and I went for it. The pedicure was nice, but the polish didn't last as long as it usually does. Less than 1 week. They upsold me to the OPI gel polish, which I loved at first, but started to peel off after a few days when it is supposed to last about 2 weeks. I have since had it done at a different salon and it was still looking good after 2 weeks. My daughter has also had polish done at "our new place" . My daughters lasts at least 5 days at our new place (which is good for a four year old with tiny nails) and mine was still looking perfect after 2 weeks. Let me know if you want the name of our new place as they are extremely sanitary and have great technique. read more

I'm really big on getting my mani/pedis done all the time.!S o I love trying new places if I'm in the area. I was with my friend who lives in the area, and we were at Staples picking up a few things for school. (we go to regis) and next to Staples was a nails spa! Totally sweet! We walked in and asked for a mani/pedi combo, which was only $35! Great deal! The salon looked like any other nail salon but it was big and somewhat clean. Major bad part here: Mani/Pedi literally took about 40 minutes! They rushed through so fast that we barely had to time to even realize it! The salon had nobody else but us. The tools and files they use was very questionable. We were pretty sure it wasn't sterilized and the file/buffer thingy looked wicked old and overused. (They nicked me on my big toe TWICE) So, it was time to pay! I don't usually carry cash so I asked if it was okay to put the tip on the card. They told me no, which is understandable, but the attitude the lady gave me was awful. I told her if I come again, I'll definitely will catch her next time. She didn't seem very happy and then muttered something in another language. My experience in general wasn't bad. Nail polish on my toes chipped on the 3rd day, manicure lasted about a day. Would I recommend this place? NOOO!! Why? Because for $35 I could probably go elsewhere and had a better experience! read more

Went in to get 1 nail fixed and get a color change, I was in a hurry, so they felt like it was okay to over charge. Paid $18. Technician claimed that the color was gel like and super fast drying. It took just as long as regular polish to dry and smudged as soon as I reached it my purse. That was the first and last time. read more

Had a usual Mani and Pedi done.. getting ready for the nice weather and was excited to see that they honored my appointment request by letting an other client know that I booked this appointment yesterday and sorry that she was a walk in and had to wait. .Jenny then explained to me that she does that so the walk in knows that she is not being over looked and she is the next in line to be helped. Lee Nails is great!!! I have been getting my nails done for a longgggg time and this has to be the best Shellac manicure I have every gotten. Shellac manicures... they are supposed to last two weeks; no chipping or peeling, just beautiful nails for TWO Weeks. Within my job I use my hands A LOT, and I have never had a Shellac manicure last the entire two weeks. There has always been a little chip, which usually peels into a big chip, or the sides peel up which usually persuades me to peel off the rest of that gel, which consequently damages your nail. Normally elsewhere, they never really get close enough to your cuticle, so it seems (to me anyway) as I had the manicure for a little bit. I accepted this as part of the deal of wanting nice looking nail polish at work and just the way that polish worked. Over the past year I've had numerous customers come in with beautiful manicures and they all said they go to Lee Nail across the street. I didn't want to stray from the salons I've gone to for the past eight years so I disregarded their recommendations. On an extreme time constraint one day, I decided to give this place a shot. I WILL NEVER GET A SHELLAC MANICURE ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON!!!!! My nails look just as perfect MORE than two weeks later, as they did the day I got them!! HALLELUJAH!! At a price that is a lot cheaper than high class spas I have gone to, I am more than ecstatic with the service done at Lee Nail. With all of that said, the employees are all extremely friendly, and IMAGINE THAT, they will actually hold a conversation with you! I have gotten a couple of pedicures here and they have all been great as well. Some of the staff could give a little bit of a stronger foot/leg massage with the pedicure, but hey, I'd rather have too little pressure than too much! I'm sure they would add some pressure if I asked. OVER ALL SATISFACTION AT LEE NAIL AND SPA IS 100%!! For the customers who complain about their 4 year olds pedicure only lasting a couple of days, THEY ARE FOUR YEAR OLDS! Have been going to Lee Nails for some time now. Since the new ownership there have been alot of changes ALL GREAT!!! The new decor makes you feel relaxed while you are getting you manicure or pedi and that staff is very friendly. Before you rushed because there was not enough staff on. Now the new owner makes sure that there is enough on so you are not rushed. Thumbs up for the new owner who is doing a terrific job. I went here because I was in a rush and didn't have time to drive to my normal salon (x-cited). I wanted a pedi and just polish on my nails. I told them I wanted a simple pedi nothing special and nothing long. It took 1 hour and I didn't wind up getting polish on my nails. Fast forward 3 days and I have an infection from my pedicure. Let me just start with I have been going to this place for a few years know only. Getting pedis. It's cheap they do a decent job so there's nothing to complain about. But yesterday I decided that I wanted to get my fake nails put back on well I made the worst decision by walking into this nail salon. Lets start with how this nail tech cut my 3!!! Times and one is a deep cut, some of my nails are crooked and one has is longer then the other. Basically I'm so embarrassed by my nails I wouldn't let anyone els at that salon touch my nails. I went in last Tuesday for a gel mani for my son's wedding. Bonny did it. On Thursday, I returned because it was peeling. She fixed them up. By Sunday morning, 4 of them peeled off. Keep in mind, this was a GEL mani. It should last two weeks, not 2 days. Very unhappy. My pedicure was fine. read more

These people are butchers! I paid $33 plus tip to have a gel fill done and the next day my cuticles were bleeding, infected and sore. Do not go here. The Board of Health should shut this place down. HORRIBLE! read more

I have gotten gel manicures here before and while they were never the best, I have never had one as bad (anywhere!) as I did here last week! My cuticles were cut repeatedly and were bleeding quite a bit. The man doing my nails did not stop to wipe the blood away, even after I insisted on washing my hands to get the blood off. To top it off, the polish looks horrible! Thick, globby and all over my fingers! Again, I asked this to be fixed and was met with a half attempt to correct it, I believe only to shut me up and get me out the door. The prices here are good, which makes it just slightly less infuriating that I had to take the gross looking polish off after a couple of days! Won't be back! read more

Stay away... absolutely the worst place I've been. I typically get mani/pedi/waxing done every 6 weeks and have been for 10 years. When I moved to Marlborough a few years ago I figured I'd look forward a place close. They are less than a minute from my home. I was disappointed but I thought I'd give them another shot....bad idea... I'll drive 30 minutes to my old place and pay more money for good service. A year later, my salon was closed for vacation so I was desperate...OK..maybe they have improved.. I'll go and try...I was dumbfounded by how horribly done my nails were. He didn't cut my nails, after repeated requests, he left all the edges sharp (again, I specifically said "make sure they are smooth") The woman who did my wax was definitely untrained, she burnt my eye and left my eyebrows and lip so sticky. I'm very patient and understanding. I won't complain unless necessary..well it was necessary...when I was telling them what was wrong, I was not offered an apology or ANYTHING... I was asked (by the man who did my nails) "did you pay me my $60 yet" I said "yup" (thinking for a split second, he was going to offer a refund) NOPE.. he replied "OK" and walked away.
