    Full set and nail art.

Second time visiting this nail studio, and by far my favorite spot. I love that they are walk-in and seat me immediately. Awesome nail art skills and just a great experience, quiet and relaxing environment with many nail options! Will definitely return.

I contacted the salon and was told my nails are soft and that the service was already two weeks old, I told them I have proof of the date I got the gel, so still no correction or refund was offered. Love the pedicures, my feet feel new. I'll get a dip every 2-3 weeks, and pedicure every 4-6 weeks, and both hold up very well. NEVER had --- or observed --- a bad experience in 15 years, so I don't understand the complaints. Sometimes, they might be slightly over-booked, and running behind, but after a couple of those, they always call to let me know ahead of time. It's important to be clear about what we want, eg, length/shape, color of our nails. I haven't been to another salon since I started coming here, because I've been happy with my nails. The quality of the work has always been excellent, and I prefer to be in an environment where I know the people. The salon is clean, and the decor is serene. All who work their are Vietnamese, and perhaps it takes a while to understand their accents, but a little patience and compassion goes long way. Some of the complaints sound like those from a competitor trying to damage this business.

They sanitize the chairs and massager buttons on the chairs between visits and they offer a variety of colors. For an extra $8 there are various special colors that stay on longer and are a bit stronger. I didn't go for that, but I can see the appeal for other customers. They have many different pedicure options starting at $35 with the classic. The other pedicure options include the smoothie, relax, lemon quench spa and lavender relieve spa ($50-$65 range). It's a very organized and relaxing environment and the massage chairs are pretty much brand new! Whoever owns this salon is extremely type-a and ultra organized and a clean freak, which I totally LOVE! I recommend making an appointment. You won't regret coming here. The staff is great and they do a wonderful job of making your nails and look wonderful!

Maybe she's learning, so I'll cut her some slack. But the rudeness I experienced from the man at the desk, Paul Choi, was hugely disappointing. I forgot they only accept cash tips. So when I was done, I headed toward the door to go to my car to get money. He stopped me, challenging me that I wasnt going to tip. When I told him my plan, he pulled out his phone and opened Venmo, which they do not normally accept for tips. I scanned it and was typing the tip into my phone while walking out the door. He stopped me again, challenging me that I was actually going to process it. I was appalled! I told him it's not nice to tell customers they have to tip and walked out.

She asked me a lot of questions and took the time to look closely at my hair before she started. Everyone at the salon was extremely kind. The salon is clean and beautiful. It is very clear that everyone there is knowledgable and professional. That being said, I really anticipated giving this salon an excellent review. I brought a picture of the color I was hoping to achieve. Unfortunately, after nearly four hours, my hair was no where near what I was hoping it would be. When I saw a friend later that evening she said, "I thought you were going to get your hair done today?" I'm not necessarily unhappy with the color, but it looks VERY similar to what I came into the salon with. My visit was also a lot more expensive than I anticipated. According the salon's website, the full cost of a haircut is $50 and the full cost of a full foil is $110. However, when they rung me up the total came to $225. I asked for one inch to be trimmed off and received a balayage. I understand that a balayage is not the same as foil highlights, but I wish I had been advised that this service would be a different price. I was expecting the total to be around $160 and only brought enough cash to leave a tip for that amount. I didn't question the price when I was checking out because my stylist was near the front desk, and I did not want her to think that I wasn't appreciative of her time and effort. She really did spend a lot of time with me and was very thorough, but my hair doesn't look much different. I think the toner made the most difference. In February, I visited a five-star rated salon in Nashua, NH. I received the same services, a cut and balayage for $140. I decided to try out this salon because there were so many great reviews online, and I thought that the prices seemed very fair, so I was a bit blindsided by the final price. Lastly, some of the bleach must have gotten on the chair because the shirt I wore to the salon has several spots of bleach on it. I had bought the shirt the day before my appointment, so I was pretty bummed. Overall, I can see why people like this salon. I wish I had a better experience because I really liked it here.
