So I bought a nix lice shampoo ultra kit and a lice spray. Spent over $67. Then I shampooed and combed for hours!! And it didn't work! They were still alive and there was many . So I looked on my handy dandy Yelp and I found Lice Clinics Of America. And luckily they were able to get me in right away! Very friendly girls who work there . Made my kids feel very comfortable . And they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Business was very clean and well organized. To check to see if you have lice it's $15 a person. If you do have lice and want the full service it's $175. I ended up doing that because you leave with no lice. You just go home and wash your hair and it's done. Or they offer an express treatment that you can do at home & that's $125. They also have a treatment I can take home for $10. They have coffee , water & snacks for you while you wait. And tablets for the kids to use while getting treated. I'm so happy with my experience here. It's pricey sure , but worth every penny!! I can not recommend this business enough! If I ever have a problem like this again I will not waste money on store bought products. I'll always come here !!

The Lice Clinic process used a gentle warming machine that kills the bugs and eggs and then vacuums them out, then a thorough comb out, and oil repellant. Michelle and James's have 12 years of experience helping families tackle persistent lice, and they love kids and have them iPads for entertainment during the hour long process. They took the time to do a thorough job even with super long and thick hair. We really appreciate how they gave us peace of mind and cleared the lice in a single session so that we could go back to our regular activities. The technician on Saturday specifically rescheduled all 4 of us for Sunday to make it right. When we showed up Sunday, the exact same thing happened. They told us they could only do 2 treatments again. When we explained that we were specifically told to come back today for the full group, the technician was incredibly rude. They told us it was our choice to get 2 done or 'just go somewhere else.' Instead of being empathetic or apologetic that we had wasted two days in a row, the staff was angry and defensive, claiming it wasn't their fault because they 'weren't there yesterday.' Dealing with lice is already a nightmare; dealing with this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness makes it a hundred times worse.
