Called in our lunch order today at 11:32 arrived to pick it 20 minutes later, at 12:50 we finally left. The chicken was dry and overcooked and the sandwich was as well. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered the $10 box he ordered the double burger & like other reviews stated the dried out, over seasoned patty is much smaller than the bun. The baby chicken wings/cartilage were over cooked & over seasoned. I had a couple of raw fries in my box. Also, it is time to change your grease. Such a waste & we will never go back!!! How do you dine in, have to wait for your food and still get it lukewarm is unfathomable to me. To compare this place burgers to Stamps Burger is a total insult especially Stamps from back in the day on Dalton St. The dog may have enjoyed it, but we surely didn't. read more

My experience wasn't as well as Tobias down there. Went in to try this place to see what the hype from friends were about. Greeted by two ladies they were great. I proceed to look at the menu a lot of options. But I figure if you have a lot something won't be up to par. I order the $10 box and catfish plate. Unfortunately they were out of catfish.. so refunded the whole deal and got $10 box and fried cheesecake ? I thought it was interesting to see that myself but all of this wasn't for me. 10 box includes burger(not dressed just a cheese burger) 3 wings and fries. I always go into a place looking at picture reviews but this again wasn't my choice lol so disappointment arises but what do you expect from 10 bucks. Well here's the deal from what I've seen and not tasted. Burger was small as heck maybe 3oz of beef but that's reasonable for 10. I don't know what everything suppose to look like. Like Tobias mentioned it was flavorful and overcooked ( I prefer med-rare burger if it were me eating this.) Wings were nice but wrong flavor no big deal. Fries ... yeah seem like these were the fries floating around the fryer after a couple orders. Either that or the person behind the fryer can't pull fries in time.. The fried cheesecake was meh whipped cream and whatever fruit sauce that came on it was completely melted but that's expected dealing with fried desserts I suppose.. a little too dark so I couldn't finish it. I drove an hour to experience the B Town Bomb... I purchased two B Town Bombs and a burger ,along with fries to the tune of 44 .00.. We waited another 40 minutes in expectation....It bombed for sure! The B Town Bomb known for its greatest was anything but and the burger was tasteless.. The fries were eaten and after much wasted time and disappointment the rest went in the trash... Hi, well to start I had to call the phone number on their Facebook business page to see if I was walking in the right direction of the outlet. The young girl that answered the phone didn't speak, just said "Can you hold for 5 minutes?" I responded quickly by telling her "I don't have an order to place, I'm literally in the parking lot and was trying to get clarity of what part of the outlet you all are located in." She said, "We're by Levi's." and hung up the phone. I went in and waited while 3 people in front of me ordered. When it was my turn to order, the girl just looked at me and said, "What you getting?" No hello, thanks for coming today, nothing for a greeting. I said, "Hey, how are you today?" She lightly laughed and then spoke. I asked her, "Before I place my order, I have a quick question ma'm. Were you the person who answered the phone? Before I said anything more, she said "I'm sorry calls were coming in and I'm on the register. I'm the only one here at the front and no one is helping me." So she was aware of how she came off on the phone, if she was able to address before I was able to. I said, "I understand that, but you didn't have to be so short and rude because you hung up before the conversation was over." Regardless of the situation, courtesy should always be given to paying customers, especially if they are trying to patronize your business. You take a breath and calm down, you are only one person and you only get to your responsibilities piece by piece. Not by taking it out on innocent people whom don't have anything to do with whatever "in-store problem". I placed my order, paid and went and waited for my food on the side. Five minutes into waiting, I realize that I forgot something off of my order, so I went back to the counter and waited behind one couple ordering. I got to the counter, another stare off with no words. So I said, "Hey, I placed my order and I realize I wanted to add cheese sauce to my broccoli. I wanted to add it if it wasn't too late to request it." The first thing out of her mouth was, "Well, why you didn't say that the first time?". I was shocked. I'm like,"Well your attitude and shortness through me for a loop when ordering, so I forgot to ask for it to be added." I paid 51.57 (lobster plate, half steak nachos, banana pudding and a bottle drink) and that's the treatment I received. We all are human and everyday. No one is perfect, but kindness should always be first bc you don't what someone is going through and trying to overcome. Secondly, she needs to be sent to a training of PROFESSIONALISM, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and COMMON COURTESY. She was very ignorant with her behavior and definitely not a positive reflection on the establishment. My food was good, but the lack of respect and treatment from the young minded girl at the front made it not that good. I almost canceled my order after the second conversation with her, but I said I wasn't going to let her ignorance be the reason I didn't support a small black owned business. She needs to fired and rehired with a new attitude and perspective on how to treat and talk to people. The girl that I interacted with has her name as "Suge"on my receipt and her physical description is the one with the twists that are almost touching her ankles. Suge is also pictured on Facebook as well at the register too. Since I'm on a roll, if she's going to touch the plates and bag them, she needs gloves. Touching money (random germs, monkey pox, covid, etc.) and then touching the food containers and bare forks is not sanitary at all. She should be gloved when she touches the food containers and forks. Conclusion of this passage is: Stay at home if you don't want to work, especially when dealing with the public. Put someone in the front that wants to be there and that has appropriated social cues/skill before your establishment loses people's want to genuinely support you. -Disappointed read more

This place was such a disappointment in every way imaginable. I can't even begin to understand how they are still in business. We finally got to check out Dem Dam Burgers in the Outlets of Mississippi Mall in Pearl, MS. We had some slight difficulty finding it, as the signage was unclear. However, when we entered we were greeted and were able to order immediately. We did I have a bit of a wait, but there were a few people ahead of us and the kitchen was indeed making everything fresh. When we did get our food, there was a bit of a mistake on what items were in what box. We were eating as a family, so it was no problem swapping a few things around. It would have been problematic if we were dining with friends or other non-family. As for the food itself, my wife reports that her fried shrimp was excellent, particularly the spice used in the breading. My burger was certainly flavorful, if overcooked (I prefer medium-rare, which I don't see very often here down south). Portions were quite generous and as previously stated everything was hot and fresh. We will go back; we ordered basic items this first visit but want to try the specials, in particular the surf and turf fries. We did not try the desserts but we will next time. I heard the burgers were great and my double was very good. My three star rating was because of other things. The menu is hard to read. The print is small and the lamination is peeling. The soft drink I ordered wasn't chilled(all they had to offer was bottled drinks). I had to ask for a cup with ice. I dislike watered down soft drinks. I was given a pager to let me know when my order was ready. My pager was activated and I went to the counter to get it. When I returned to my table, another customer had occupied it. There were no other tables. I asked if we could share the table and he said yes. Might be a good idea for the staff to deliver the order(s) to customers. While my burger was good, it was difficult to eat. As soon as I picked it up, it started falling apart. By the time I was half way through it, I was using my fingers to pick up the pieces and eat it. Might be a good idea to investigate a different type of bun/bread for the burger. read more
