I dropped off my vehicle and they checked the alignment all over and recommended that I get all 4 done since it was off. It was $100 for the whole vehicle or $80 for just the front which I called for. They did a great job and I got my vehicle back before the kids got out of school to get them picked up. BAIT and SWITCH .... The employee (G...) the counter quoted a price of $360 and I scheduled the service 10 days out because they were busy. I called 3 days ahead of my scheduled 8 AM service appointment to confirm the items to be replaced and additional service (flush and fill anti freeze) to be done on on my vehicle. This time I talked to different employee (F....) and he wanted to make sure the quote was correct ... he did a review of the previous quote and found it to be correct in the amount of $360. On the day of actual service the manager (3rd) employee quoted me a price well over $600 ! Needless to say I was shocked and canceled the service. That's the old "BAIT and SWITCH " routine. Get you to agree to 1 price (bait) and then change (switch) to a 2nd much higher price hoping you'll agree. How would you rate this ?
