Pearl Brows management has a nasty vibe & I'm not the only one to see or feel it. I got my lashes done last July 2025 and left the shop with intense burning pain, blurriness & tearing to my eyes. (Thank goodness I wasn't alone). I woke up the next day looking like this! I went to the emergency room with follow-ups to my eye doctor. Both doctors told me that I had an injury to my eyeball due to scratches with a very small instrument which caused the Lurine's, pain & bleeding. I went back days later to Pearl Brows & spoke with Saman? (not sure of her name but she claimed to be the manager) She was SNIDE & RUDE making it clear that she couldn't give a damn. She told me it was my "own fault!" I knew I had to just walk away at that moment. I was so upset. She acted as if I offended her. After all, I'd already paid her, so it was alright to treat me like garbage & offer no apologies or any compensation. These types of people do not value American Customer Service & choose not to assimilate to our ways. Instead she played the game of: blame the victim; get them to act out & be in the wrong; or just simply deny everything & tell you to go away; & never ever take accountability. I chose to walk away, but I was so upset. I filed a civil suit against Pearl Brows. The cowards never bothered to show up to court on December 16th, 2025. You will see the true & ugly character of this company when things go wrong which is inevitable. They value your money over your respect or feelings. I Thank God that the worst is over for my eye injuries. I pray this does not happen to anyone else

After the 3rd redraw, I began to feel really anxious. I wanted to trust her confidence, but I regret not trusting my own gut and walking out. I ended up with brows that looked *nothing* like the few acceptable design options I shared. They were bizarre, blocky and shapeless and exceeded my natural brow lines. (Can share photos for proof if Yelp allows.) The brows were also uneven:asymmetrical. She gaslit me about this and it took a cosmetic doctor to validate the obvious. It is also a lie that is it "semi" perm. Any doctor will tell you it is perm. I nearly had a nervous breakdown about disliking my face when I previously enjoyed my face and only wanted to enhance my beauty (not destroy it). When I used to do my own brows, I'd get complements all the time, but I never got any complements on her work. I also paid 100 for a lash lift. It did absolutely *nothing*. It was a complete waste of money. When I said something, she dismissed my concern on the premise that too much time had passed. (Personally, I don't think that should really have mattered much given how many disappointing experiences I had.) Matters got worse. I wanted to have the brows fixed. She did saline removal. *She insisted on going *deeper* so I wouldn't have to come back again.* That is *NOT* what you're supposed to do because it can cause scarring. I ended up with a permenant scar on one side of my face *and* not all the ink was even removed after all that. For months, people were asking me, "what happened to your face?" I was told to see the dermatologist, but it took months to get an appointment only to be told they couldn't even treat me, and that I would need to pay out of pocket to see a costly cosmetic specialist dermatologist to fix it.(She wasn't even professional enough to know what kind of doctor to tell me to see, so I wasted months waiting for the wrong kind of dermatologist.) She insisted saline removal was less damaging but the doctors said otherwise. Unfortunately, after already sinking several 100s, if I wanted it fixed, I'd have to pay a cosmetic dermatologist $800 *per treatment* for tattoo removal and $750 *per treatment* to fix the scarring. After 2 years, I'm still saving up the money to possibly get it all corrected. I feel like I'd pay almost anything at this point just to be happy with my face again. She refunded me for *one* of the removal sessions because of the scarring, but no amount of money could ever make up for the long lasting stress of this experience and having permenant damage to my face. This was a waste of 1000s. It only takes messing up one persons face *once* to leave a mountain of pain and regret. I would consider removing the review for a full refund of services, but otherwise, I think it's important for people to know. If yelp allows photos: Attached are photos right after treatment (when it was still really dark) and 1.5 years after treatment with fading and scarring. The scar was very pink for a long time. Now it is just whitish, elevated, jagged, and obviously different from the color and texture of my natural skin. Im honestly devastated. I'm $1600 deep into the removal process. Can also share photos of myself after my tattoo removal treatment so you can see what I had to go through to remove it.

I came to them 2 weeks ago for lash extensions and I admit they did come out nice but during the process of getting them done no instructions were given (such as keep your eyes open & try not to blink) & afterwards no aftercare instructions were given. The women was not friendly at all but had the audacity to ask for a tip. Fast forward to today, my lashes mostly came off on my right eye and I looked crazy so I came back for them to remove it. The lady told me have a seat, poured a liquid on my eyelid , gave no instructions and walked away. I'm sitting there with my eyes closed for 10 mins while the workers chit chat on their phones. My eye then starts to burn so I start cussing and freaking out and what do the workers do? Nothing but laugh. I asked for a napkin , the lady gave me one.
