If I could give them 0 stars I would. The sign outside says walk-ins welcomed. The lady at the desk ask what would I like. I told her a Brazilian wax. She asked me if I had a appointment. I answered no , she then said ok you can wait for her , pointing to the lady doing eyebrows. I said on thank you , I told her that I called earlier she said let me see the number, you must have called up the block let me see the number. Now I'm confused because, if walk ins are welcomed and she already told me I can wait. Why does it matter. Then she says she doesn't have any space. Very rude. I left. I just left this place and while I don't usually write bad reviews - really want to warn other people. I went a month ago for brows and I think it was Sumi did an awesome job (though I'm not 100% sure of the name). This time I walked in asked for brows, facial hair threaded and a bikini wax. For brows this place is great. For wax not so much. First of all it's not that clean. There are threads all over the floor and it does not feel particularly clean (though she does wear a mask). The owner was the one who serviced me and her bedside manner was not great. For instance I was waiting in the room while she finished with a customer and when she came in she was rude and just said you were supposed to get changed. She was short with me, and when she started she hurt me so much I involuntarily moved my leg. She did not ask me if I was ok then however later when it didn't hurt she would ask me. When we finished it was clear to me why it hurt so much, on one side was a red purple burn mark (not from the hot wax) . She took no responsibility and just said it was because my hairs were long but I've been waxed many times before and never been hurt that way, nor marked. I have a photo if anyone is interested. I would not recommend this place and I hope she focuses on running and cleaning the place and hires more competent wax professionals. Lastly she did not charge me but honestly, that doesn't make it better. Nor does her shouting at me as I left that I wasn't welcome back. Not good business practice I would say to someone in pain and visibly upset. read more

This new location opened up this past September and I was so excited to know they were so close to me and then covid happen . They re-opened up almost 2 months ago (I think? ) and I couldn't be happier! Not only do you feel safe and comfortable but everyone has been so nice. Sushma was amazing! This was the first time getting a bikini wax after being home for 4 months and trust me the fear was in me but Sushma was amazing. She took her time, made me feel at ease and most of all, I feel so clean and back to my old self. Sushma threaded my brows and again no pain whatsoever. I'm so happy they survived the pandemic!! We need to support this community as small business have suffered so much. Don't be nervous to resume your waxing, Brazilians etc.... they take your temperature when you enter as well as filling out a tracing form.
