I had received a few estimates for a job from a few other companies so I called them to provide one as well. The guy who came out was very polite and I had an initial great impression with the company. He took measurements for about an hour and said someone would email me a quote in the next few days. After a week had gone by with no estimate I followed up with a call to the office and the could not find any record of my home visit. They said they would track down my estimate and get back to me. They have so far totally blew me off and never called with an estimate. I called again and asked where my estimate was and told they were having computer problems and would call me right back. I have still yet to receive a call back. I have zero desire to spend a few thousand dollars on a company that doesn't even care enough to even return my calls. Update: The office called me back and was very apologetic about the service I received. They gave me a great price to compensate for all the problem and came out to finish the job.
