A few weeks ago we lost one of our cats to lymphoma. I will spare you the details of what went onto the carpet in our attempts to get him well, but it was bad - really bad. Brian, our regular technician, came to the rescue. First, he sanitized it so that we could have our grandchildren over again without fear of them getting sick, then magically got all the spots taken care of, and believe me, there were some TOUGH ones! They were reminders of the horrible ordeal we all went thru and their removal has facilitated the healing process that must follow the death of a beloved pet. The carpet looks good again, the living room is decorated for the holiday season and we are ready to move on with our life. Santa Fe has always given us a great job for a reasonable price. They lady explained me their pricing and I was able to get an appointment immediately! The person who was going to clean my windows showed up on time. Quickly checked all my windows and gave a quote as well. I wanted to even get my screen and tracks cleaned so he was able to tell me the exact pricing. He did an excellent job and was very professional and courteous. He was wearing the mask and made sure while he was inside cleaning the windows, not to disturb us. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. He took the door of it's frame and brought it outside to sand off the existing finish, then re-varnished it with two coats of varnish. He had also quoted me a price for the under-door vapor barrier and gave ma a good price on putting a coat of varnish on the inside of the door, which had some scratches. He gave a good price and was very conscientious and thorough. He even gave me a free tip on how to get some new door hardware for free (from the manufacturer) I would have him back in a heartbeat if I needed another door refinished.

I hired this company to do a move-in clean on a new build house. Now to their credit, they did fit me into their schedule in just a days notice. I met them at the house, paid & provided all my own cleaning supplies. When I went back to check, as I took my shoes off at the door I noticed dust & grit on the soles of my feet. Next I find, crumbs & dirt on the countertops, shelves not wipes & gritty dust on all the wood floors & a food wrapper left behind. (Since I had not moved in yet there was no food in the house). I grabbed my bona mop ( it & the 2nd cover I left had not even been used), the cleaners & rags I left were all unused. I cleaned 2 rooms with the first cover, then 2 with the 2nd. They were so filthy (nearly black) that I had to wash them & start again. Till I finished I had coated both mop covers 3 times each. Art had called on his way to see if the AC was on yet. I suspect that they sat around in the AC to chat or whatever & eat. Whatever they did it was certainly not cleaning. I asked for a refund & was refused. There was no offer to re-clean. I do not recommend this company.
