They are truly service-oriented from the moment you reach out to them, and it starts with Dan. He's friendly, responsive and provides detailed estimates immediately for whatever work is needed. We have a 5-zone sprinkler system with a combination of drip lines and sprinklers in the front and backyard. It's a funky arrangement that needed a serious upgrade. His crew (Marvin and Jose) are miracle workers! They are real problem solvers who managed to reroute some existing sprinkler lines, fix several hidden leaks and provide more water coverage in several zones. Marvin and Jose are a joy to watch. They really enjoy their work and it shows. Marvin will even sing while he's putting in new drip lines or tying off others, and nothing seems to faze him. Both men are polite, courteous and appreciative of drinks and snacks while they work. They say "Thank you, so much" every time. After spending the entire day at our home, we tested the system and everything worked well, but there were a few dry spots I noticed the next day. Dan came by today to collect payment and I showed him the areas where water wasn't quite reaching and he said, "No problem." Marvin and Jose will come back to make a few adjustments -- at no extra charge. Best of all, the new parts they install are guaranteed for 5 years instead of one. Who does that? (A fence exactly like our neighbor's) Because of the beauty he created, we continued having him level our whole yard which was simply mud and very uneven. I didn't get any contact until from them until I filled out a negative review of their services. Long story short. this company does not care about their customers only their bottom line. I would say this is hyperbole if I hadn't talked to Adam about this fact and I got a lecture about how the company can't be expected to act any differently and stay in business. There are many other companies out there I would NOT recommend this one. They seem to be more concerned with outward appearance and collecting as much money from their customers while citing justification based on a vague interpretation of a contract.
