Heard the whole convo of her complaining as I awkwardly waited there for her to close her books, was sitting on her phone for a few minutes, and have us wait past our appt time to sit my daughter in her chair. Overall odd experience & felt terrible seeing my daughter's hair being brushed so roughly, especially when she told me after that it was hurting her & now tells me no to future trims ._. I'm not one to speak up but regretted not doing so. I appreciate the owner squeezing us in when another place "didn't realize they booked me". I'm honestly so glad I did! Even though it was my first time with her, she completely exceeded my expectations. She really understands how to cut and style your hair based on your face shape - it honestly feels like there's a science behind it. She nailed exactly the look I was going for and I left feeling confident. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, the shop is consistently clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate.
