Heard the whole convo of her complaining as I awkwardly waited there for her to close her books, was sitting on her phone for a few minutes, and have us wait past our appt time to sit my daughter in her chair. Overall odd experience & felt terrible seeing my daughter's hair being brushed so roughly, especially when she told me after that it was hurting her & now tells me no to future trims ._. She really understands how to cut and style your hair based on your face shape - it honestly feels like there's a science behind it.
