I've had consistently great experiences at Supercuts, but my most recent visit really stood out. I selected the "next available stylist" on the app and ended up with Sophia. I'm honestly so glad I did! Even though it was my first time with her, she completely exceeded my expectations. She really understands how to cut and style your hair based on your face shape - it honestly feels like there's a science behind it. She nailed exactly the look I was going for and I left feeling confident. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, the shop is consistently clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. Haircuts are expensive pretty much everywhere these days so I'd rather spend my money somewhere I know I'll get great results and this is definitely that place. I finally found my place. Jessica has cut my daughters hair twice now. Did layers and a trim the second time. She did an amazing job and she is a great communicator. Did exactly what we asked and wanted. Sophia cut my hair in layers and did an amazing job. Im honestly they picky. I used to go to the same lady for years but she retired. Ive tried out other hair cutting places that I will never go back to because they just chop off all your hair. Love this place. So far so good on all of our experiences. read more

I called to get a haircut and to schedule at 5 PM and I had Adriana and she was so nice and she gave me an awesome haircut!! she listened to what i wanted and even recommended things for me and asked for other options too! it felt like a wonderful environment and easy going!! she also gave me a good scalp massage while shampooing my hair!! i finally found a haircut place im so happy to go here!! the store was very clean and the line was not long at all!! or shall i say the wait. called within minutes and done in 30 minutes after styling and blowdrying! totally recommend this haircut place! and she didnt bother me with asking about hair products hahaha adriana was very considerate with the temperature of the water it wasnt too burning hott either!! overall just so happy with my experience here! read more

Fast service but overall not a super experience. I had to ask for a wash which was weird and they use office chairs which was uncomfortable. I definitely didn't get the haircut I wanted. I wanted this cute pixie cut with longer tousled top. I got shaved above my ears which is all wonky, nicked my ear, a chunk out of the back hairline at the neck, and on top I look like a cross between a hedgehog and a mushroom. It is pretty ugly. Thankfully it will grow out. So for now I look like I cut my own hair with a weedwhacker while high on crack. read more

Best location in the region. I gave up on the Lake Elsinore one near Target when they only staff it with one guy and the Murrieta one has a rude manager and gets really busy. This location was quiet for a Sunday but all the ladies working were very nice! I got a great cut in under 10min and out the door. Plenty of seating and clean location. All locations are now $30 per cut. Recommend using the app to check ahead and put your name in. read more

It takes a lot for me to put up a bad review. Because I believe that sometimes people have a bad day and they don't give you the service that they usually get. However, that's not the case at Supercuts the minute I walked in an hour and a half before they close they asked me if I had a reservation I told him no she said that she can't help me they're booked for the rest of the night without a smile without offering to set an appointment for the next day it makes a difference to customers to feel wanted, and when I walked in. Everyone looked at me like they just Wanted to go home. I'm in customer service and I know how busy people are so it is OK to not be able to help me in that moment but it's not OK to make me feel like they don't want me there. They should've offered to set a reservation for the next time I could come in. This isn't the 1st time this has happened at this Supercuts. read more

Terrible uneven haircut, not blended at all, will never get a haircut at this location again

I'm respectful of everyone's time and when someone is not respectful of mine, I'm speaking up. I had a 3:00 (online) appt. and arrived at 3:03. I'm told Supercuts gives a 15 minute grace period so I do as well. After the 15 mins. I start looking for a sign that my stylist was finishing her customer but I didn't see one from mine, Cynthia who for the next 15 minutes, mega-slowly continued to cut another customer's hair. She was clearly not going to be finished anytime soon. She never turned around to say I'm running late or thanks for your patience so at the 1/2 hour waiting mark I said Cynthia, I'm leaving, and she said okay. No apology, nothing. I tipped her well last time I was there. I've been going to Supercuts for 10 years, I won't return. read more

Let me start by saying I'm very disappointed I want to get a balayage I arrive there at two and was the last one to leave. Even after closing hours I was still there for another 30 minutes .. Only because the female kept getting other clients as she was doing my hair .. Overall I was not disappointed with the service however when I tried to have another appointment to have the balayage retouch they will not return my calls they told me I had to wait for the manager to give me a call back. They never did so I called back and they told me they're not gonna do any more balayage because it's so time-consuming that I need to look for another hairstylist. And if they do it again they would charge me for another balayage. spent $350 on top of that I bought product so they were selling just to support the business and left them a tip. And for them to act like that is totally unprofessional. They will not make any new appointments they failed to confirm my appointment the first time Overall they just need a better management and they need to stop turning down potential clients. read more

They completely ruined my hair. I had an appointment at 3 PM and the wait time was completely amazing. I came in and they got me the next hair dresser within a minute. But when the hair dresser asked me what I wanted done with my hair, that's where the nightmare began. I showed her the picture and said I wanted it a little longer in the back and that it was a wolf cut style. She said okay, and at first the bottom looked cute. Then she started cutting the top and it only got worst from there. The sides are completely uneven. Like blatantly uneven. Uneven by inches. If I was still in high school and I started school this week, I would have cried. They did a horrible job. It looks nothing like the picture and they completely ruined my hair. They made me look like a dude. I could have done this haircut myself at home if I wanted it done like this. I want a refund. Horrible service. I understand that they might not be a salon, but if they got a hair cutting license, they should at least know how to cut hair even on both sides. i requested a butterfly cut and she got it perfect. it was an older woman doing my hair. i wish i could remember her name. she listened to everything i askrd for and did it perfectly. for example : I hate the beach wave look that all stylist seem to do with the flat iron now she used a real curling iron and finished my curls all the way to the ends no fish hook looking crap. The staff are very nice and accomodating but the scheduling system sucks. I checked in for a 3.30 appt and was told that there was ONLY 7 people ahead of me. WTF why have appts at all if the system allows overscheduling to that degree? Very disgusted and heartbroken. I paid $21 for my hair to be ruined. I'm not sure why she chopped off all the side of my bangs. She didn't have to do that. Horrible. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I have a crazy two year old so I know I can't just be a walk in. I over heard the receptionist tell the stylist that I had an appointment at 12:30 vs. the walk in. The stylist asked who was here first and the receptionist told her the walk in. She took the walk in first. I knew that was time slot because the other stylist was working on wet hair not even close to being done. No fault to the receptionist because she tried telling the stylist I had an appointment. The stylist wanted to be rude and honestly I believe not wanting to deal with kids cuts. My advice is to not take appointments if you are not going to honor them. I was on time for my appointment I called twice and confirmed. Seriously? Pathetic. read more

Went in for this cut. Betty was really good stylist I'd give her 4 stars but the price was ridiculous. I went in with washed dry hair & was charged $65 for cut & some curls. What ?!? I was in & out in less than an hour & u didn't even shampoo it . When I asked her about it she said everything is à la cart. Went to Supercuts today. In the morning to get my haircut. They told me it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. I then made appointment for 330. I pulled into the parking lot at 3:25 when I went in the girl that had made the appointment asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes, my name and the time. She then called the name that was half of my name and a man's name. I thought she was calling me, but she was calling someone else. When I started to get up, the lady said, go ahead we are walkins. I said that's OK go ahead they were elderly like me. The girl then looked at me and said it's not 330 yet. It was 327. I sat there for another 15 minutes. I left. Took my daughter to get a haircut without an appointment. I was initially going in to see what the waiting time looked like. As we walked in, they seemed to be very busy with all of their chairs full and the waiting area full as well. They still turned towards us and greeted us. We signed in and she told us the wait was about 15 minutes, not bad, so we waited. I think we ended up getting called before the time given, so that was great. I can't remember the name of the young lady who cut my daughters hair, but she was so nice and made my daughter feel at ease. We were in and out in no time, and my daughter even got a lollipop. I wanted an undercut and just to trim my bangs because it's getting into my eyes. Should just have been a simple trim. I also wanted to texturize my hair a bit because it's a bit too flat on it's own because it's Asian hair. What I got was a half ass haircut. My bangs were made uneven, there's a spot they missed (granted I said it should be okay to grow on its own, but I just felt baffled by how they treated my bangs and I got hyper fixated). They didn't even bother drying off my hair and left me leaving the place looking like a wet mop. It was really annoying. I usually don't let bad haircuts get to me, but not only did this felt unprofessional, it WASNT worth 23 bucks read more

I decided to go visit our local Supercuts, BTW call first to get on their daily waiting list as they are still dealing with COVID requirements and it will reduce your frustration. I was a little bit worried since past visits were hit or miss but I was desperate. I had a COVID grow out that really needed to be cleaned up before I began to look like the female fluffy version of Billy Ray Cyrus. So I went in for a color and got Jessica after waiting an hour longer than my appointment time. She was friendly and did an excellent job with my color. Really took her time which I appreciated. She asked me if I wanted to pay an extra $35 to dry my hair with a round brush. Ummm, no thank you. I was quoted $110 for my color. I noticed her blow drying my hair with a round brush and thought oh she must have just thrown in in. Nope, when I went to pay it was $130.00. She added on an extra $20.
